It is a well established chain. Food was pretty good. Service was also pretty good. There was an issue with a drink; meaning the difference between club soda and tonic water wasnt quite known. I believe that owning the outcome would have been better than trying to prove the customer wrong In this case it was a fail. Ive had enough experience as a restauranterur to know when management isnt teaching their employees how to take care of their customers. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Its the little things that stand out and create return customers.

First time dining at Boomerjacks. Michelle was our server and did an exceptional job. I noticed something very rare seen in the industry since I operated restaurants. There were designated bussers constantly clearing empty dishes and glasses off the table. Overall experience I give it a 5 star! Again, Michelle made the experience

Second time eating here. The first time was shortly after they opened. The food and services was ok but not good enough to go back until now. Everywhere else nearby had a wait except here. That should have been the first sign. We ordered multiple starters and not one came out as ordered. Then we ordered our mains which took a while for the server to take the rest of our order and only the salad was right. We also asked for butter and that took 30 minutes and pretty sure it was a cup of fryer oil. The service was terrible and the food was just ok. The steak was touch and cold. The hamburger was not cooked to spec and was cold. The place wasnt that busy so not sure why it took forever to get our food. Wont eat the again.

Went here for lunch. I always enjoy their chicken wings. Very juicy and full of flavor. My dad had the cob salad and my mom had the brown bag burger. Everything was delicious. The waitress was excellent checking on us and provided a to go cup. They have a bar and also many televisions and outside seating as well. Had a surprisingly delicious beef burger for $6 bucks only but it was late night but came out hot good amount of pickles and onions, and some good sweet potato fries , the regular fries came out under cooked almost rubbery in texture. Plenty of opportunity to level up. I got a waitress one time who didn t even come by and tell me her name. I told her I was gonna be moving over and she said oh I don t care and made it very clear that she didn t care. She never once approached my table, somebody else had to step in and say hey are you OK and then took over. I ve come in for Stars game every game and sat at a 4-top, never a problem. Always several open tables left, not everyone comes in to watch the stars and they rotate in and out pretty quickly as the game goes on. I came in yesterday to watch the game and asked for same table and I was told no they re saving those because they were EXPECTING a big turnout. We were about 45 minutes away from the game so the turnout was already there for the most part. I was told I can be tucked away into a back booth that would be so much fun considering all the stars fans are huddled in the bar area. So when I asked to be sat at a table in the bar area, I was told well only if you make it quick. I said I can t make the Stars game go any faster. So we went back to my only option being a booth in the very far back, because management would get upset if i took a table at the bar area. That s news to me so we re catering to potential customers who haven t even walked in and we don t know if they re gonna walk in rather than serving somebody who s already at your door ready to sit down and lock in for the game. luckily, there are plenty of other options around Boomerjacks that I didn t have to drive too far or think too long about where to go. Thanks for nothing. Keep your diluted drinks and all the high tops!

Went here with a group. We ordered various dishes. The place was clean and the food was good. It was slow, and their service was a bit slow, too. After being sat, I eventually had to ask the hostess for a server. Now I dont know if our server was busy and/or did not know she had a table, but it doesnt look good when you have several servers sitting at a table near you just hanging out (no customers at said table). Our server did her job and did it well. Maybe it was a bad day, but no one looked happy, and it showed. Personally, I dont think Ill return to this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not someone who frequently gives reviews. After waiting 30 min we requested our food to go. The waitress excuse was she put several orders in at once. People next to us ate, paid and left before we received our food. 20 min or so later we get our to-go boxes. When I got food in the car it was a fried chicken sandwich, not grilled. Not the end of the world, but it wasnt thoroughly cooked.

We went to the restaurant last night. We ve been there many times before. I asked for a vegetarian flatbread, which I ve had many times before, and the waitress told me the kitchen told her that we no longer carry vegetables that they couldn t put mushrooms or the grilled vegetables that they offer as a side dish on the Flatbread. I asked you don t have mushrooms or onions or any other kind of vegetable that you could just put on the flatbread?. She said no, but she could offer me a veggie quesadilla and a black bean burger as options. That is not what I wanted. As we drove away, I was wondering how they could offer me a veggie quesadilla if th they didn t have any veggies, but it didn t occur to me to ask while I was there because I was disappointed that I couldn t have the meal that I had had there several times before with my friends Due to dietary restrictions in my life, I m unable to eat meat and it s nice if a restaurant can offer more than one or two options for somebody who has to make those choices. We used to go there all the time, friends, family, we ve had football parties there, birthday parties there and I m the one that organizes them 99% of the time. Because they re unable to accommodate, multiple needs for someone with dietary restrictions we have to choose someplace else to go. And that s unfortunate because we definitely like the service and the atmosphere but you can t just go to a restaurant because of good service and atmosphere there has to be options for everybody to eat.

First I want to say BoomerJacks in Fairview was absolutely amazing! And so my family, friends, and I we wanted to try the one off 121 in Plano and I love the atmosphere! They had a fire going outside, it was perfect weather. Honestly our waitress was great, just maybe a little slow with service, but great attitude. Very sweet. I had a little discrepancy. I ordered the poblano Burger and it comes with yummy ghost pepper mayonnaise and I got a side of broccoli. Not a big deal but when it came out it came out with broccoli and carrots and I dont like carrots cooked so she took back the broccoli and carrots...Im eating my burger and I pull a long curly hair out of my mouth from the burger...that I even paid 1.99 for a for a gluten-free bun and another 1.99 extra for an impossible Patty. When they remake the burger, they bring it back with no cheese and no ghost pepper mayonnaise. It was literally dry. So she brings me a slice of melted cheese and a side of the ghost pepper mayonnaise. So i basically got full of my broccoli And then they actually put the Burger on my check!! I didnt feel like I should have had to pay for that... They did end up taking it off of my bill, the manager was really nice as well!!!... but I dont feel that I should have had to ask to remove it. It was disgusting!!!! Ewww to pull a hair...a LONG curly hair out of my throat from food... ther than that the place is great! I just feel like they may need a little bit more help or the cooks just need to be more aware of what theyre making but the one at Fairview had great service, great food, great atmosphere. No problems I love boomerjacks! Awesome place Vegetarian options: The only option for a vegetarian meal would be an impossible Burger or maybe a salad without the meat the soup is made with I believe a chicken broth poblano so not even the Dietary restrictions: The only dietary restriction Im aware of is they have gluten-free buns and the impossible Burger option Kid-friendliness: Its a very open relaxing atmosphere theres not kid games but there is basketball and Jenga Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessibility to the patio

Go to another place if you want good service. This place had potential, but the service made everything worse. I went here and ordered boneless wings and a burger. The appetizer came out late and alongside the burger, so it was cold and nasty. Mind you, we are nearly the ONLY people in this place aside from a couple of people at the bar. We reported this to the manager, and all he did was remove the item from our bill and take the plate back to the kitchen. There was no effort to make the error right, unlike places like 54th Street and other places. 54th street is almost always packed, and when my food came out cold, they fixed it and brought free dessert to make it right. I will continue to go to 54th Street, and I will continue to recommend against Boomerjacks.

This amazing restaurant has left the best impressions since I started going two years ago, The environment and the food were killer! The food, the service, and the staff were always on point. Both managers came up to me at least 2 times in a 3 hour period. The staff was incredibly interested in How I was never sure what to order, and when I asked for a recommendation, it was absolutely perfect every time. I love the fact that they have so many choices on the menu. It doesnt matter how many times you eat there. As long as you close your eyes and point at this point you are winning. It doesnt matter if youre going there. After a long hard day or if youre meeting up with a giant group of people to watch a game, Boomer, Jacks is an excellent choice and always comes through. Its never a waste of time if you have time to spare. Its the place to go. Ive been to several locations, the one in allen is my favorite. Before I moved to the area. I would drive forty five minutes to hang out for four hours, or to have a quick bite. Danny, Trish, Madison and Nicole Are are always on their game to welcome you with a smile. Listening and offering up great recommendations and yes, it is a bar so I have seen them have to ask customers who are unruly and unwilling to leave. And they do it with dignity, grace and class! Next time you are in the area.ont hesitate to stop by, you wont regret it!

Love it here. Great food. Lots of TV s. Tons of fun outside too when the weather is good. Taylor is outstanding if you are lucky enough to get her as your server.

Considering the area, our experience was shocking to say the least. Walked in, place was not busy, asked to seat at the bar, so far everything was going well. Sat at the bar, 3-4 different people could clearly notice us but ZERO acknowledgment. Being in customer service myself, I normally give people a pass considering they have a lot going on behind a bar. About 6-10 minutes of sitting there, excuse the actual timeline because I was not really clocking them, an older White Couple sat at the bar. They had not even sat on their chairs and a young white bartender was already placing coasters in front of them. Mind you, I placed my own coaster in front of my husband and I about 5 minutes or so earlier. My husband noticed it too and said let s get out of here. The young lady looked at my husband and continued greeting the older couple. Having served in the military for 20 yrs, I completely understand freedom! I m Hispanic and my husband is African American, when I got out of my chair I realized, every customer at the bar and the crew behind the bar were all white. Thanks to my background, I don t see color! Hope this helps, my hard earn Hispanic/African American cash will go elsewhere. Best of luck with your business. If you re management and want to identify and retrain your staff look at your 4:30pm crew behind the bar on 12/29/2023. If you re management and that s how you want them to behave, that s FREEDOM, you re WELCOME! All others, you can t complain because they are free.

Will never order from here again. This is the second time trying to order chicken bacon quesadilla. Dry chicken scattered underneath empty tortillas, no cheese,bacon nothing. Chicken was obviously leftover or stale. Could not have been drier.

If I could give zero stars I would . Came in on this lovely Saturday afternoon, ordered burgers and fries for my son and I , when I tell you the food was absolutely disgusting. The fries were old and full of grease . The burgers were warm , not to mention the bread was cold. When Chris the manager came over , I told him my complaints, he followed by saying the burgers were fresh . I showed him the grease dripping out my son s fries .. and he seemed unbothered. I will not be back. He offered no apology at all for the inconvenience. I paid for my drinks and left . Two words HOT MESS

Food good as always at any of the locations, I just have to say that the waiter kept forgetting items we asked for. Waiters have to come to the table more often when the party is bigger. Parking: Plenty of parking at any time of the day Kid-friendliness: They have good options for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

I ordered the lunch special burger. It was incredibly overcooked. But they did give us a small tub of mustard. Did ask for some ketchup. However, I had a burger and onion rings so I asked for two cuz theyre so small. The onion rings came out lukewarm. Probably the worst thing was having to return the utensils because they had old food on them. On a positive the wait to have was friendly and attentive. Probably wont go back. Not worth getting sick over food on my utensils.
