Respectfully the server we got was not trained at all. We were sitting for close to 45 minutes before getting our drinks. Which came out the wrong thing. I understand training but at some point someone else should step in. Our appetizer never came out. Our entree we wanted to split came on one plate. We didn t see our server, Emily, for half an hour at a time. Food and atmosphere is great as always. But this is the 2nd time i ve been and the service has been bad. Respectfully servers need to be trained, i shouldnt be penalized because staff is in the middle of training. Thanks to the one lady who stepped in to find our server.

From the moment we sat down, David welcomed us with a warm smile and provided a level of service that went above and beyond. His knowledge of the menu was exceptional when we couldn t decide on an appetizer, his recommendation of the Ahi Poke was spot-on. Every dish came out perfectly, even with special dietary modifications, and he ensured everything was exactly to our liking. David s timing was impeccable. He checked in at just the right moments without ever interrupting or rushing us. Even with a packed dining room, he was composed, attentive, and made us feel like we were his only guests. His ability to manage multiple tables while still offering personalized service was truly impressive. When it came time for dessert, David recommended the famous Pizookie, and it did not disappoint. **Great Food and Outstanding Service!** We had a wonderful dining experience at BJ s Brewhouse! We ordered the fish and chips along with the tri-tip salad, and both dishes were delicious. The fish was perfectly fried with a crispy coating and flaky interior, while the tri-tip in the salad was cooked just right, tender, and flavorful. What really made the evening stand out, though, was the exceptional service we received from our waiter, David. He was incredibly attentive, making sure we always had what we needed without being intrusive. David was quick to refill drinks, checked in regularly, and had a warm, welcoming attitude throughout our meal. His attentiveness made our dinner that much more enjoyable. At one time, this place was one of our favorite places to get a deep dish pizza. The last few times weve been here, the food has been pretty disappointing. The deep dish meat lovers we got our last time here wasnt an actual deep dish, it was more like a regular thick crust. It had a taste like it had been frozen or some of the ingredients had been frozen with frost bite. You can tell that they are just not using the same quality ingredients as they used to use. The waiters have always been friendly and quick to fix mistakes the kitchen make. So the service is great, the food will leave you lacking.

While visiting Frisco Texas, we had the opportunity to drive over to Plano to BJ s restaurant and brewhouse at 1101 N. Central Expressway, Plano, TX. We wanted to compare it with ours here inOrland Park. We definitely weren t disappointed. The atmosphere was fun, food is tasty, and staff accommodating. So if you ever get homesick for BJ s and Orland and happen to be in Plano Texas, this is the place to go.
