UPDATE: IMMEDIATELY After posting my review, I received the EXACT same response from the owner as other 1-star reviews also received. Look them up! Same canned response lol. There s nothing to rectify in my situation, so the response actually doesn t even make sense. Either it s a bot or they have someone watching for them no way on earth do they have over 2000 good reviews. lol ORIGINAL POST: PLEASE read the other poor reviews before going here. AND reviews on the Better Business Bureau. As others have mentioned, the actual photo shoot was lovely, amazing experience but I think the other positive reviews were written immediately after the photoshoot, and not after they are told how much everything will be. Or they re fake. There s no pricing anywhere a video is sent from the owner, and after 5 minutes of only talking about her own child and life, I lost interest and turned it off. I had to email for a price list and was completely flabbergasted. Ridiculous pricing!!!!!!! That s all I can say. No one in their right mind should ever pay $200 for one 8 x 10 print, and no rights to the photos. The other issue is that you have to select your photos during a zoom call, not at your leisure like every other photographer on earth. In addition to the insane pricing, I also feel scammed into attending the photo shoot in the first place. I saw an ad on Facebook that said they were looking for models for their new baby unicorn. I thought that would be a fun experience so I booked for the $25. When I arrived at the photo shoot, the photographer had no idea what I was talking about and had not heard that anyone was doing modeling photos. I shrugged it off and we still had a great time, and supposedly I m still getting one free 8 x 10, in 8 to 10 weeks . so we ll see if I get it. I was also sent a link to an online financing website BEFORE my Zoom call So that I could be prepared for an exorbitant purchase. Thankfully, I did not have a high-pressure salesman during my Zoom call, but reviews I ve read on the Better Business Bureau are contradictory to that and it seems that many families, who cannot afford thousands of dollars worth of photos, have gone into debt over this. ZERO cancellation. I even had to sign a contract that I may not cancel my order (thankfully only for the free 8 x 10). It just seems so wrong on so many levels. The fact that they volunteer financing before you even look at your photos should be a clear indication that there is something wrong with their company. I truly do not understand how they are still in business.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Our original appointment had to be cancelled last minute. A quick email or two back and forth and a new date was scheduled. We arrive right on time and the magic never stopped. From picking out our dress, to the reveal, to a very opinionated toddler, it was every thing I could have hoped for and more. Amanda was amazing with our little fairy, who did not normally go to people she does not know. We have a forever friend in Amanda! She kept our fairys attention the entire time. We cannot wait to see the end result. I think this will be a yearly thing!

It was a great experience. I brought my 2 and 3 year old granddaughters and they had a blast. My 3 year old was so excited and she just couldnt stop expressing how excited she was. She repeated over and over Im so excited to be a fairy. When she got her wings she said I got wings I cant believe I got wings. So, the experience was absolutely awesome. It made me happy to see my granddaughters so happy.

Amanda s energy while doing the photoshoot made the biggest impact for the overall experience pleasant. Edit 8/13/24 - For $25,000, we were offered for the BEST photo package at Enchanted fairies located in a struggling shopping mall in Plano, Texas. After careful consideration taken offline during our Zoom consultation, my wife and I figured you could take your family to Disney World in Orlando Florida (hotel + airfare in Business class) several times and hire a photographer for $99 for a 20 minute session and have them printed at whatever cost and still save a few thousand. Plenty of ways of doing business, this is a poor one. Hoping you ll reconsider your practices.

Booked a session for my granddaughter s birthday. It was a surprise and afterwards sir told me it was the best surprise. Amanda was so good with her and made her feel so comfortable. She s usually shy but did great and felt like such a princess.

My great grand daughter decided to have a meltdown and I thought the day would be lost but our photographer was so good and it looked like she got some really good pictures in between the meltdowns of a 3 year old. I would definitely recommend yall. The settings were great and the frog and baby unicorn were big hits

Amanda was positively amazing! She did so well with my 2 yr old. The session felt like it went so fast, even though everything took an hour, which is great for my toddler. Amanda was able to keep her entertained, laughing, and talking. My daughter tends to be very shy and quiet. She had an awesome time and loved walking around in her dress and exploring everything she could. Thank you guys so much for giving us the opportunity to have this experience! We loved our experience at Enchanted Fairies! <3 I submitted to an online contest and won a shoot. I assumed it was for little girls because I didnt look into it much. Our appointment was for my daughter. The second we walked in my son was invested. We love all things fantasy The photographer let him pose aswell. I was so relieved! My 2 (7yr &8yr) absolutely loved it. Im sure my son gave the photographer an experience aswell Thank you Amanda. Your patience is appreciated, your a Gem. Cant wait to see the end result. Amanda was an excellent Magical Portrait Artist. Big Smiles, Eccentric Attitude, Very Welcoming. Her storyline along the shoot was phenomenal. It included magical dust, charming frogs and beautiful fast flying fairies. My kids enjoyed themselves to the fullest. I ve never seen them smile so happily and naturally for a photo shoot.
