Went with my best friends for a birthday celebration. Couldn t get the name to our waitress - blonde with pig tails today around 5:30. Sat upstairs- biggest mistake because we ended up with the worst waitress. She till so long too cater to us. No customer service at all and no conversation. Towards the end of giving us our check that s when she got friendly. Sorry - a little too late to earn that tip. Could have gotten more out of us. We really tip well only when our server engages with their customers. Maybe she thought we had no money because we we were young teens - . Never judge Miss Blondy. We could have given you 25-35..% Our mothers taught us well. Your loss. Urban Crust needs to train their staff on how to treat their paying customers no matter what age.

First time there, 11 of us for a double birthday celebration. The food was excellent especially the pizza! A lot of attractive young women I saw coming out of this place before we went in karma plus I heard this from others. I believe the party is upstairs wherever the bar is second or third floor!

Usually really like coming here with my lady, last visit was kinda unpleasant. Long wait and un attentive host stand, seemed like a friend of a couple employees was hanging out and they all seemed to be chatting for 10-15 minutes before seating us. Kinda makes me not want to go back but I do really like the food and have had much better experiences in the past, Hopefully just a one off thing.

Ask for anyone but JOSEPH. Super slow/piss poor service had to get up multiple times to get my tap and only catered to specific customers. My nephew left his phone when I came back the server downstairs told me how Joseph complained about not getting a tip and he should ve kept the phone. JOSEPH should have better service and make sure that his tables are taken care of and shouldn t think about stealing a 9 year olds phone I usually never have an issue here and have always tipped well so I figured to bring my 9 year old nephew after a day of shopping. Today was the WORST experience I ve had here. I m not sure if it s new management but a female manager came out and COMPLETELY overlooked our table. I m not sure it s the color of my skin or if she just catered to her regulars but she was not the vibe. I would NOT bring a child to the rooftop it was too loud and I m not sure if they have an alcohol cut off but one guy was clearly drunk and belligerent and no one said anything and he kept ordering drinks. I will never eat hear again I will only order out this experience ruined it for me.

Ive already rated this place in the past. Still 5 stars. Highly recommend their Quattro Formaggi with added pepperoni and jalapeños. My wife is a tiramisu connoisseur, and theirs was surprisingly among the best you can get at a local restaurant.

I ve gotten takeout pizza twice and both times it has been soggy. Flavor was decent but the texture not so much. The second time it was leaking through the bottom of the box from the moment I picked it up. I know there are lots of good reviews .so maybe it s better in the restaurant?? But i definitely will not order takeout again.

Our first time trying this restaurant. We really enjoyed every aspect of our visit. The food, the service, and the ambience was great. Our server Jaxson was awesome with suggesting some of his favorite menu items. I loved that the staff was so helpful and welcoming. I also liked the decor and the open kitchen concept. You can watch them preparing the pizza, that was fun. We will definitely be back to try more menu items and the rooftop bar located on the 3rd floor of the restaurant. 10/21/2022-We had a nice relaxing evening with great pizza and drinks. The complementary crust and sauces is so delish. I had to bring some home to snack on. Our server Jaquan was very attentive and made sure we were satisfied. The blueberry pie ala mode was yummy. I also advise you to join the wait-list on Yelp and check in with the hostess when you arrive, because they are sooo busy. 12/31/2023- Our pizza was delish as always. Joseph our server had great recommendations and did an awesome job!!! This is really my favorite pizza spot. We also had some leftovers for the following day. 09/07/2024- I had lunch with my family to celebrate my birthday today The service was phenomenal as usual. Great customer service from our waiter.

This is by far one of our favorite pizza and Italian restaurant in the whole DFW. We love their whole menu, some of the highlights are all their pizzas (my top fav is the Godfather pizza), the steak, the salads, pastas.. pretty much everything on the menu we visit too often and always go back when we dont feel like trying new places.

Just go here. Dont debate, just go. Pizza is fired fresh, unique flavor combinations, monthly specialty items - I have loved every one I have tried. Starters are also amazing. Love the garlic naan (its free) and various dips and salads are also amazing Other entrees are also excellent - wife enjoys f-bird, steak is mouth watering. Desserts - all good, if you saved room for them. Chocolate cake is dense and delicious. Beverages - always on point. Service has always been great on any visit, with the occasional extra minute or two waiting because they are so busy/popular. The third floor is a great casual space as well. Outdoor area while smaller, has good views, great way to enjoy the evening. Friday night there was a DJ keeping it lively too. Urban Crust is on our list of regular spots to visit. No pics because once I sit down Im lost in my food and conversation. :-) Vegetarian options: Check the menu online to confirm, but several options available. Parking: There are two garages within a 4 minute walk. If youre lucky you can grab street parking even closer. Wheelchair accessibility: Like most places in TX, getting in the door may be tricky. Staff is ready and eager to assist though.

We loved all three levels of the restaurant, specifically the rooftop. It is a good view and a great spot to have lunch on a nice day. Their gluten free pizza crust is DELICIOUS. $6 extra, but it tastes very good. They also have dairy free cheese as an option for those with allergies. This was my second time eating at Urban Crust. The design and atmosphere of this restaurant are very cool, even though it can be a little tight. The waiter was nice, and the meal was served quickly. The food itself was enjoyable, besides the Carpaccio, which is definitely an acquired taste. Other than that, the food was good and reasonably priced. Kid-friendliness: My 2 year old and 2 month old children were with us, and staff was kind to them.

Ordered black and bleu pizza to-go, then decided once we got there to eat there, well we were told we couldnt do that. Thats not acceptable! We love this place for the variety of food and drinks available. Pizza is outstanding and you get little slices of extra crust as an appetizer. My wife had the grilled Cabio fish with vegetables and it was more than she could eat. Gelato is also some of the best we have had. If you play Pokémon GO there are several gyms and stops you can reach while you are sitting at the table. Win win for us.

The pizza was fantastic. However the first and second floors were sold out for the whole night. We were told there was seating on the third floor but they werent aware of if they had seats open or not. (They did not, people were just pooling together at the top of the stairs) The elevator was broken, and that lack of accessibility coupled with lack of awareness of the third floors seat available is a concerning combination, especially for those with accessibility needs.

Wow, pizza the way it should be! The crust is what truly makes a pizza and they know how to make it fantastic! Seriously, you wont find better. Soooooooo good! Top notch toppings as well. I can not say enough about the quality of the food here. Service is great as well. I had the make your own and I chose roasted mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and fresh tomatoes. I loved it. We really enjoyed the roof top dining area on the third floor. It s open air so when the weather is good you have really nice views of the old historic part of downtown Plano. The wife and I were there for lunch on Sunday (9/24)since the temperature was in the low 90 s we expected the roof top to be open and it was. We shared a 12 two topping pizza ($16?) and I had one craft beer ($8) and the wife had one peach sangria ($11). Our bill came to $38.54 before tip. My only complaint was the service was lousy. For some reason after taking our order the waitress never brought us our drinks. I had to go inside and ask some other waitress for our drink order. We finally got our drinks and then the pizza. The pizza was on point but then again the waiter never came back to refill our water. We ended up having three different servers during our short lunch. Not sure what that was all about. Even so the views were wonderful, the pizza and drinks were excellent but service needs some work.

I love the Ice bar on the rooftop, but I also come here with friends or family for pizza night outs. The pizzas are good, I personally recommend the Quattro Formaggio. The Plano salad is delicious with fresh artichoke hearts. Staff and service is always kind, friendly and attentive. Whether youre sitting at the bar or at a table, youll be well taken care of. My go to drink is the frozen peach Bellini with a Sangria swirl. The only complaint I could have is that the rooftop patio isnt enclosed and therefore undesirable in heat or in inclement weather. Overall, an excellent spot downtown.

Service the service, and even the management are almost comical. I do have a favourite waiter who reminds me of Keanu Reeves, who I just love. But the rest are kind of unbelievable. The food is pretty consistent and good and you can t be us the atmosphere. I mean sitting on a patio above downtown Plano on a Saturday night or whatever kind of hard to beat but then again, it s fairly close to me. I have tried all the salads and they were kind of meh except for Farmers something (??)salad. The chicken dish is delicious although a tad pricey it is very consistent for me and it works with my low-carb diet. The pizzas 90% of the time are great.

I came here Friday night for a nice chill dinner w my boy and we get seated, multiple servers walk past us and look at us and keep walking. Mind you there were about only 4 other tables sat downstairs. They were not busy. A random guy brought us bread but we haven t even been greeted by a server yet to take our drink orders. We sat for about 15 minutes until someone finally came up to us and said, do you guys have a server? And I said no. She took our drink orders and got us waters. We ordered the crispy calamari and it was rubbery and hard to chew. Sauce was good tho. Next day my boyfriend had the worst upset stomach and couldn t get out of bed and was throwing up. Pizza was okay it was soggy and the crust was so thin it would just flop around. We didn t get checked on at all after we got our food. Finally she asked if we needed anything maybe 20 minutes after we got our food, I said the check and she brought it. I would not eat here again. Worst restaurant I ve been to in years

One of the best pizza spots in Plano, great food and quick service. Originally our wait time on a saturday evening said 1 hour, but we were called minutes after we got on the waitlist. Complimentary bread was given to us which was good, especially with the olive sauce. We got started with Caprese, which tasted wonderful and came very quick. Around 5-10 minutes after our Genova Pizza came, which tasted pretty good, though I would not suggest it if you don t like Arugula.

We ate here on our Dallas vacation. Registration and waiting times must be taken into account. We had to wait 45 minutes. wait. Air on the ground floor a bit tiring. Cool looking place. The food had some issues. Service was average. Nothing notable. I tried their blue cheese fries appetizer. I love blue cheese and I love fries. I really wanted to love these, but it was just a bunch of wet fries. No crunch. Appeared to be a butter sauce poured over them with blue cheese sprinkled on top. Thumbs down on this one. I also ordered gluten free pasta in the Pasta Al Forno. The taste was good, but the sauce was oily and appeared to have separated. This was my first time eating here, so I may be mistaken, but when I read quattro formaggi sauce Im expecting something creamy and it definitely wasnt that.

Some of the best pizza I ve ever had. Been here on 3 occasions and tried a different pie each time. 10/10 pizza. Great charring and dough has an incredible consistency. It shows that they really care. Photographed here is an empty box of Tiramisu. Truly the best I ever had. I know they say seeing is believing but, trust me, the lack of tiramisu in the box is all the proof you need. They also gave my son dough to play with to keep him occupied. Incredible service. Kid-friendliness: They gave our son dough to play with which helped keep him calm and occupied while we ate!

The pizza crust bread with tomato salsa and olive tapenade is delicious. But the pizza is just so so. We ordered a pepperoni and olives and the urban amoire. It was too sweet. The pepperoni had very little flavor. My grandson said this was caring the best pizza he had ever had! My daughter ordered the chicken. It was the best item! Very moist with a lemon butter and steamed veggies. Not a pizza we will crave to have again.

Fantastic food, service, you name it! Pizzas were delicious and the carpacio was out if this world! Sitting is nicer in ground and 2nd floor, top floor looks like a fast food place at a mal... doesnt matxh at all the rest of the restaurant. The top floor also has a bar and a nice terrace with beautiful views. Brett our waiter took really good care of us! Thanks for making my birthday special!

Pizza was great. We were celebrating a birthday, and brought a cake. They then proceeded to charge everyone eating a $2 fee, without informing anyone in the party. Good food, but that s a shady practice in my opinion.

I havent been in person yet, but my wife and I recently had them cater our wedding in Grapevine (via a mobile oven), and everything was amazing. They were easy to work with from start to finish, and the food was nothing short of absolutely delicious. Great crust is hard to come by, and this place has it. Even the desserts were incredible, including the most delicious strawberry cake.

We spent the day walking around downtown Plano, and we stopped in for lunch at Urban Crust. This was our first time here, we set up on the rooftop since it was a beautiful day outside. The service of the servers was fast and friendly. They have a variety of different menu choices, the brick over bread with the olive tapenade is absolutely amazing. I had the Caprese salad and the blue cheese fries. All were very good.

If youre looking for a romantic spot, family gathering, or just to meet up with friends, look no further. The staff is extremely friendly and the manager Derrick was outstanding. I am always more than satisfied with my visits here. Amazing food (big fan of Sheas Eastside and the Prime steak) great wait staff (s/o to Valentina for being such a wonderful server and always being great with remembering our usual carpaccio, Dr pepper & lemonade, and a pizza order) and a pretty comfortable atmosphere. The ONLY thing that isnt great about this place is that one booth on the 2nd floor (right when you come up the stairs on the right) is the worst to be seated out because you sink so far down the table is at your neck practically everywhere else is great comfortable seating except for tht one booth Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible via wheelchair, very small entrance, small space to walk between table, most seating located upstairs, bathroom upstairs only

Came here with co-workers on our lunch break. We all ordered the steak and mashed potatoes. Steak was overcooked, but flavorful. Blue cheese butter concoction on top was excellent, and complimented the mashed potatoes nicely. Our waiter was excellent and offered to have new steaks brought out but we were not about to waste any! The rooftop view was nice. We will definitely be back!

I heard great things about this place, so I decided to come out on a Monday night. Ill keep it short but I had an amazing experience here! The interior design of each floor are very intricate, the pizza and free bread are delicious, and the service was amazing! They definitely do not skimp on the toppings much to my surprise. I usually get pizza in Dallas, so sadly Im used to barely getting any toppings lol. Joseph (our server) was the best! He was very accomodating and checked on our table pretty frequently. He was a really cool and chill guy that our table enjoyed talking to. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try, and I will be sure to stop by again when Im in the area! :)
