Weve used Brian for all sorts of things and he is AMAZING. Hes helped with trademarks, copyrighting, filing patents. Hes given great legal advice on how to handle different business situations. Ive had a few issues with individuals using my copyright or stealing my content and hes nipped it in the bud. 100% recommend.

Brian has represented my IP needs for several years with multiple lines of business. Goodhue, Coleman and Owens have represented me with several patents, and multiple trademarks. The US patent office for me was quite a journey with several adjudications over several years before award was granted. What was impressive was the ability to not only understand patent law, but to understand the abstracts and technical details to support our claims. The cross-referencing with prior art and filing of continuance claims was impressive. Registering marks was not as complicated, but still critical to my business. They continue to manage my IP renewals from their platform. I highly recommend Brian and team.
