The most horrible experience at Texas Roadhouse ever this was for a birthday ordered wings as an appetizer there was a hair which was remade at this point I m already disgusted the server kept having to be stopped to ask for drinks condiments or anything needed as she disappeared we had to clear our own table and put our plates to make room for the birthday cake on another table I will Never come to this location again we came out of our way because we always had good service here but never again food we very mediocre we ordered the mushroom chicken not much sauce or mushrooms the potatoes warmed over see photos with hair

Ordered flavored tea and lemonade. Really good. 1st order of wing appetizers was cold. Fish entre I didnt even eat half of it. No flavor to it wasnt good at all. My friends BBQ grilled chicken also had no flavor and baked sweet potato was just as bland. I wouldnt go back unless its strictly for drinks. A waste of $65. Of course I paid for everything and left a good tip since it was my choice to try it. Huge fail but now I know I wont be back

It s such a shame to love a restaurant but live near the worse one!! Humble location don t ever get the temperature of a steak correct. If you order the cook sends it out dry and overcooked. It s now starting to annoy me because it s a consistent thing. It s the only steak house on the beltway nearby. Guess I have to drive to Kingwood or Spring for a good steak! Management should be shamed , the cook needs to be replaced!!

It was the first time having Texas Roadhouse. Waiting was 25 mins for a party of 3. Wanted to see what the hype was about with the rolls. Atmosphere loved the Texas decor and country music. Hostess was nice and friendly. There was a 20 minute wait wait because were short servers. We ordered drinks at the bar while waiting. Our server, Rose, was super friendly and helpful. Cactus blossom was prefect, Cesar salad was tasty and prime rib was PERFECTION. All in all a perfect meal.

Server was fine but when food came out our steak that we ordered (medium rare) was raw, couldn t even cut it with my knife, raw. Had to wait awhile for server to come back to ask them to cook it to medium rare like asked and we were instructed the manager would bring it out we waited for 10+ min for a refire while everyone else ate their food. By the time the food even came out everyone was done. Not to mention they overcooked our steak the second time but I was just so disappointed at that point I just am taking it home and probably throwing it away. What a waste of time and money.

This time we had a short waiting time of around 40 minutes. You can spend the waiting time in or in front of the restaurant. There are free peanuts. We are then called and brought to the table by a waiter. We have visited the Texas Roadhouse chain several times and in various cities across the United States. It was equally good everywhere and we would love to come back. The staff was very friendly and helped us get an uber. There is no WiFi here.

No idea why this place is so popular. The music is way to loud inside and outside the resturant. We went as a large group, and even though they took our orders at the same time. the speed in which they brought it out was pathetic. half our table had gotten their food, ate, and was ready to leave, before the other half got their food. The rools were good, the sides OK, and the main was hit and miss. so people at our table said it was great, while others were burnt or way over cooked. Prices arent bad.

We have done both the catering orders and the regular carry out. The food is always fresh and delicious. Even though this location is always packed, the staff is always kind and courteous. i ordered a medium rare steak, they brought me a rare steak that was difficult to chew. i didn t want to ask for it to be cooked more so i just tried to eat it because i felt guilty asking but it was SO RARE. we tried to ask our waitress, alysia, to take it back for us to be cooked a little more and she was nowhere we couldn t find her for about 10 minutes. we then asked a manager that passed by. when my steak came back it was well done and i was very displeased but i still didn t want to cause any distress on the staff. my waitress alysia then just dropped off our ticket to pay and said no rush but ran off without us being able to ask for a to go box. we felt rushed and honestly very unhappy overall.

My wife took me to Texas Roadhouse for my birthday today. We were served by Josh. I hope TR realizes the gem they have in this server. He is genuinely interested in engaging with his customers. It was as if we were guests at his home. He made us feel like we were the only people there. We never had to ask for anything. He was on top of it from jump. The only downside was that the cactus blossom was in a puddle of grease. Stuff happens. We love this place, though. A definite 5* restaurant.

I will say, the food is pretty good for its price point. The main attraction here is definitely the beef, that New York Strip does not disappoint! They got some real good ribs too. That buttery bread is real nice too, though Im not that fond of the spread it comes with. I have come back to this place a good many times now with family and everyone leaves satisfied. The service is quite good, the people here do a good job. Not once did I have to call out to anybody despite how busy the place seems to get! The atmosphere was quite lively, a bit much for me though. It was still good, could clearly hear everyone I was sitting with and enjoyed my food untroubled. Parking: Parking usually not a problem, can find space even in special, busy days.

Came to pick up a to go order which was 2 burgers on Thursday May 23 around 8pm Got home and bit into a SHARP YELLOW PICK!! It hurt soooo bad and cut the roof of my mouth. I ve had the worst experience ever at Texas Roadhouse! Every year I celebrate my Birthday at Texas Roadhouse because it s my upmost favorite restaurant. From beginning to end the experience was horrible. I ask for seating of 18 which I do understand it may be a wait and we would be at multiple tables. I waited about 48 min to be seated at a table of 6 spoke with the host about the seating she pulling up a side table that added about to chairs. Manager then came over about 7 min later and apologized and sat me and my party down at three booths. Wasn t brought any bread had to ask, no refills. Once my plate was brought out the steak was a bit under cooked so I requested for it to be properly cooked. So the steak was taken back to kitchen for them to bring me back the same steak I had just cut and bit into, WOW contamination of the grill. I did not send it back because at this point I was ready to go! This experience was horrible

The service was great for a busy evening, quick for a Friday. The server was a good-looking young man, if I may say; kind in manners and very attentive to our needs. The drink menu was very appealing. I saw a few cocktails that I wouldnt mind sipping on had that been the occasion. We kept it simple with a strawberry Daqari that was perfectly porportioned with alcohol and flavor; beer for the others. For starters, we went with the Wings Hot flavor appetizer. The wings could be cooked a little longer for a better crunch. They are not your usual saucy buffalo wings. They are more of a dry spicy heat or lightly tossed. Either way, Id go with something else. Two of us ordered the 8oz Sirloin (best selection), and the other had the 8oz NY Strip. All looked the same in size and we all had a baked potatoe, Im pretty sure I had the NY Strip that I had to send back for more cooking, Im a Well-done graduate to Medium-Well, only accordingly to that chart that shows a slight pink line not my steak mooing on my plate for mercy. I took a bite of my sons sirloin (better choice) it was on point. After getting my plate back and taking a bite of the steak, it didnt have the same bite or great taste as the bite I had just tasted. The food overall could have been served warmer, rating this category by the side dishes. Again, grabbing food from other plates while mine was back in the kitchen I got to try the fries [cold], I kept my mixed veggies[cold] good in taste, and the baked potatoe [cold & salty] was an awful bite. I packed that potatoe, my tuff steak, and rolls (always good > late to table) to go. Maybe itll be better later when Im hungry with a microwave available. Parking: Safe parking with huge parking lot, plenty of room for the swangers, room to steer away from the special parkers, easy accessible for our beginner drivers still trying to get parking down right, and plenty of up front parking for the motorcyclist. Wheelchair accessibility: Theres front row parking allowing plenty of space for handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility. If Im not mistaken, the parking lot and entrance ground are pretty much leveled out, not needing a ramp.

Normally, eating here is a pleasure. My kids always look forward to it since they opened. We have been patrons to this location for a while. Unfortunately, when we went last night for my daughters birthday we did not have a good experience. First off, since we were a party of eight, we called in early to make sure to get on the wait list. Understandably, we knew were going to wait. We were told it would be would be 30-45 minutes. It took an hour and a half. Which is fine, but we draw the line with bad customer service. Our server was great but the lady JODY/JODIE helping her bring out our food WAS EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. When she brought out the food, she shoved the plates to us and when we politely asked her to please help us make room by taking the appetizer plates, she YANKED the plates from us, rolled her eyes, and stomped away. The server also witnessed her behavior and apologized to us despite the fact that she, herself was helpful and awesome. Normally, I would address the issue there at the time but I didnt want to ruin my daughters birthday dinner. I hope management addresses this individual appropriately and effectively. That is no way to treat other human beings that politely asked for some help and even less acceptable in the realm of customer service. We go out to eat a lot as evidenced by my reviews. Mostly, we show our gratitude to excellent service by tipping generously but unacceptable behavior by JODY/JODIE needs to be called out publicly.

The place is highly recommended, the service is very attentive, the waitress is very attentive. I ordered my cut of meat and it ended up medium red. And they gave it to me very well at that time the warm and very delicious rolls. I will definitely give them another shot. The family pack is definitely a must try. Unfortunately the sauces that come with the meal were missing. Imagine eating a salad with no dressing. Now imagine dipping your chicken tenders into air cause the dipping sauces were also missing. To top it off they automatically include a tip for pick-up. Does not make me feel good tipping someone to get my order wrong.

So where do I begin... The food was subpar at best. The bread tasted like Shipleys kolachi bread. The stakes where over cooked and cold. The Mac and cheese was undercooked and dry. The rice was Korrs boxed rice. I know because I made that yesterday at home. We never god sour cream for the baked potatoes, the wings were boneless, who actually likes boneless??? The cheese was stale. The fried pickles were soggy and soft. The jalapeño poppers where horrible. The tea was the best thing in our order.

Ordered online for pickup. It took almost 30 minutes for the order to come. Then when I got my food, it was cold. I will never order pickup again from this place. HORRIBLE!!! Never again!!

We order a to go order. Took twice as long as we were told. They didnt come back with peanuts like they said they would. Managing take is poor. We tipped on the app order. I feel like they stole the money, cause they sure as heck didnt earn it.

This place has no idea what they are doing.....none. Ive eaten at the Roadhouse in Kingwood and 45 at 1960. But I go to this one because it is close to my house. Black people do know what medium rare is, okay. So when I order a medium rare steak, I really mean what I said. Ive been to this place 3 times. I sent 3 well-done steaks back. Waste of food.... watse of time.

I had not been to Texas Roadhouse in a few years until the last couple of weeks. I was actuallypleasantlysurprised by the food for the most part. The customer service aspect needs a little more work. We did the virtual line for our first visit, and it told us it would be a 20-30 minute wait, and the wait ended up being an hour. If they didnt have peanuts and a large outdoor waiting area, we would have left. The server on that visit had no idea that they had oil and vinegar for a light salad dressing. My prime rib was not rare like I ordered and kind of tough and chewy. We went back a second time a week later because my daughter wanted to try the peanuts for her birthday. It was a weekday, so no wait. The food was actually perfect this time around. My wife ordered the filet medallions rare, and they came out perfect. This time, the server didnt know what beers were included in the happy and never bothered checking, so we never bothered ordering any drinks. For the most part, I was happy with the quality of the food and the value for what we paid. The filet medallions were very tender and had a great flavor. Ill definitely go back, maybe not on a weekend.

I ordered the $32 Porterhouse T-Bone, and the meat was tasteless, tough, hard and dry and I could only eat half of the steak. Was only able to eat and barely chew the tenderloin side, which also had not very much tenderloin on that side. Not sure where they get their meat from, but I am very sure I can find a better cut on sale at any grocery store. The server never asked if I would like any rolls and I had to ask another server passing by if I could get some rolls which she did bring to me while I was waiting for my order to come from the kitchen. I was very looking forward and excited to go out and have someone else grill me a great steak dinner, now only wishing I should have done it myself. When ordering the food, I asked for the loaded baked potato and was brought a baked potato with butter, bacon and cheese and had no green onions or sour cream which I had to ask the server for sour cream. I was one of the first to arrive when they opened their doors at 4pm and waited patiently until the doors were opened. As I went in and was being seated, no one even told me that I was being seated as one of the 6 Roadhouse staff standing around the seating podium nor the hostess doing the seating never mentioned her name and told me should we be seating me and just expected to me to have telepathic powers and know this and to follow her. Once I figured it out after asking some of the other staff that was coming and going around the podium, I quickly caught up to hostess that was seating me which she was already halfway through the restaurant when I caught up to her. Then she tried to seat me next to dish & pot washer room with loud clanging while the rest of the nicer seats were empty for the establishment just recently opened. In all it cost me close to $51 with tip, and sadly I need to say this restaurant is in desperate need of better training for staff and also a food vendor that will provide them better quality meat that is if the restaurant wants to buy better quality, which I feel is really the problem for the steak that was served to me was only good for a dog chew toy. Being a retired fine dining professional chef and retiring from the food industry after 35 years of service, I can say I pretty much know what I am talking about for this review. My response from the response from the owner: I really do not appreciate you trying to assign more work for me, especially after all of the hard work that I had to do already by trying to chew into that dry cowhide that was served to me yesterday. I walked into the establishment with a smile on my face and walked out with a frown. The waitress was aware and should have shown the management the half-eaten steak that I left on my plate prior to tossing it away after I left the restaurant yesterday or management should have met with me during this nightmarish experience to observe the bad steak experience I was having for themselves instead of acting like ghosts. Anyone in my past that ever stepped into any one of my 5-star restaurants and had a problem, I was right there at their table and in their face which was once in a blue moon and I always had long lines outside of all of my restaurants before I opened the doors, which was kind of a red flag to me from the start before I walked in and I should have expected the treatment I received from your establishment.
