Low-key cinema thats literally hidden from sight along busy Legacy Dr. and Central Expressway. The theater is generally clean and well kept. Concession workers are nice and courteous. Our experience has always been positive with this Cinemark location.

The place was very clean, and the crew was very polite and worked very well. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the young man who gave me my drink was a little sloppy. I had a fountain drink, and he fixed it kind of sloppy. That was the only thumbs down that they got from me. Everything else was very professional and polite.

Excellent place to go watch a movie in the Rooms, a very clean, non-smelling place, with great sound in the movie, and good picture quality to enjoy the movie. Big parking lot to park around. Just only one thing I think was good, when I stopped to get my tickets the girl in the window by the front door, the girl charged me money when I said to her I had credits in my rewards account she still charged me and I told her I have credits so she ringer up with actitud like I was the one wrong...

Cinemark went from being a 5 star theater to a 1 star. They decide to put profit over the (loyal and high spending customers). I am at the premiere of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, I bought my tickets the first day pre-order opened. (Which I do often for the movies I am a fan of). I arrived to the movie 2 hours before showtime.. but they decided to release ALL the movie special items weeks ago. I got my kids, myself, and my wife fully decked out in Beetlejuice outfits, and this happens to fall on our anniversary. I fully expected to buy some Collectibles, but now I cant. I will be taking ALL my business to AMC, after a decade of being a loyal Cinemark customer. Also the hotdog was smashed AND COLD, the pizza was hot but stale... and the pretzel bites were hard. 1 star is much too generous.

Friendly staff, clean comfy seats and great audiovisual fidelity~ My only two gripes wont be a factor to most, but I wish the seats were comfier for couples to snuggle. Even if you raise the armrest it will dig into your back as you try to go into the space in-between the seats. I also wish they had more popcorn flavours - spicy or sweet or... Something.

Cinemark at Legacy, specially management is not good. Have complained about lift that goes to Auditorium 12 and 13, they are not fixing for more than a year. Everytime i complain they say, they will but ignore. It is hard for people who loves to watch movie in XD and want to have seats all the way back for better sound effect to cli.b stairs. But they dont care. It is bad bad on management side. Hope they fix after this review is posted.

Refused admission to a large group of 16 yr olds who had tickets to see Deadpool. Parent showed up in person and relayed to staff and management that they were okay with them watching the rated R movie by themselves and were told an adult would have to accompany them at all times otherwise they d need to get a refund. Management blamed corporate for this policy. What a truly ridiculous and financially stupid policy for a corporation that almost went out of business with Covid.

Great movie going experience, clean, safe and great staff. Employees are friendly and helpful. They offer XXL popcorn with free refills. They offer layered option for popcorn and bring it to your seat or you can pick it up at the concession. The seats are big and comfortable. Can t go wrong with this location.

We have always had a great experience at Cinemark. However on Saturday Dag, a friendly outgoing worker, saw me struggling carrying drinks and popcorn. Dag insisted to help me carry my things from one side of the theater to the other. And would not take no for an answer. We had a great conversation and Dag is an exemplary member of Cinemark team and exactly why my family and I will always be customers.

This location is close to my house so I have been here a few times. There is a pattern... quite a few times the seats were not cleaned. Like the other comments pointed out, the seat, cup holder,... can be sticky at times. And guess what? The theater is always on the hotter side. Have you ever been to a hot theater? There was a time my back was sweaty by the time the movie was done. Unbelievable. To add the cherry on top, I am pretty sure they are removing bad reviews also so dont trust what you are seeing on here.

Bad experience tonight at this theater watching despicable me. We came here to relax after day of moving with a mindless movie. However, we were NOT able to enjoy ourselves as the theater remained uncomfortably hot. Now, I do understand that it s hot outside and maybe your ac may not pulling what it should, and if that s the case you should let your patrons know that and let them make an informed decision. This was not the escape that we wanted or needed. When You pay over $50 for 2 movie tickets and snacks you are allowed to expect more. We will not be back to this theater. For the sake of everyone do better. 0 stars for this experience sad to say

Strange little hidden theater but it was great. My wife and I went to see Ghost: Rite here rite now and we had a blast. Seats recline all the way back and are very comfortable. Theater was not huge but not small either. We went to the early showing and there were not many people at all with lots of open seats (whole rows) and of course someone comes and sits right next to us, so rude. The sound was just OK, we were watching a concert movie so not ideal but it was not terrible. Popcorn is popped fresh. Would visit this theater again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Seats were clean and in working order. But the walls dividing the levels are so high you cannot see over them off you lean back or are shorter. My 2 children had to sit on their feet and Im 55 can could not lean back at all or I was too low to see the bottom portion of the screen. I think the lower levels have lower walls, but row G was high.

We visited this theatre on Wednesday and had a great experience with Dag. As my daughter and I were walking to our theatre, Dag asked if he could help with carrying our drinks. My daughter insists on bringing her stuffies so they can enjoy the movie too, needless to say I had my hands full. I accepted his help and Dag carried a conversation with us about new movies and asked how our day was. He has better customer service and social skills than the average person these days and that was the cherry on top! His parents should be so proud and Cinemark is lucky to have him as an asset. His personality alone makes me want to go back. We didnt have some great interactions with the rest of the staff, but this isnt about them. Thanks, Dag! You are a gem, keeping shining. Oh and hes in high school with this level of customer service.

The personnel at this movie theater yelled at my child to be quiet, while he was in the arcade on a motorcycle adventure game. My child is special needs and at times can be very exciting about games he enjoys but that does not warrant a grown man to yell at a child playing in an arcade. Hope you feel better for doing that and shaking us into leaving. Do Better To Your Customers.

I love this theater the only issue is that some of the seats are too close to the ledges. Im 56 and when I recline the seat in certain areas the ledge cuts the bottom of the screen off The chairs are so comfy and I love the option to lean back!
