Great place with amazing people! The people are so incredibly helpful. Kingsley went out of his way to help me get a scooter for my mom. They are so kind and they have lots of options for supplies and things at the store. If I need anything all I have to do is ask and they will see what they can do. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this compassionate business. My husband needed a hospital bed and the company that was supposed to deliver it one day called and said that it would be another week. I called Affordable Medical Supplies and I had a hospital bed delivered and set up within an hour. Their workers became our friends and were so helpful explaining how to operate various medical equipment that we needed. No matter who I spoke to on the phone-they were always great listeners and resolved my requests immediately. I always knew that then I called them-I would receive help... When my husband passed away after this-I received a sympathy card from this precious company. If you want service-diligence-respectful people and great prices--this is the place. I wish that I had a 10-star rating to give them. They truly deserve it. THANK-YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!

This is the BEST medical equipment store I can even imagine!! Richard is a 5-star sales and service person. He helped us figure out what to buy vs what to rent with an absolutely customer-focused approach. He proved that he cares about the customer as well as the success of the store. Beware, this place orders more supplies than the quantity you request, bills your insurance for what they ordered but only give you the quantity you requested. They bill your insurance for the full amount they ordered then turn around and resell the surplus items they obtained. Have reported them to Medicare for fraud!!!

A++ Amazing customer service and many options for your DME and medical supply needs. We arrived 15 min before they closed and they still went out of their way to help find us the right Rollator walker. Mom tried 4 different choices, picked the Nova Star 6 in shiny maroon, they assembled it immediately, and even brought it to our trunk. They did a great job with also safety precautions during this Covid 19 time. They processed my moms Medicare benefit on site as well! Chris is an excellent employee. We called looking for a power cord for a certain machine after calling everywhere. After saying it only was available with the machine, he placed is on hold and was able to locate one that he could overnight and have in by the next day for my aunt that was in from out of town! I call many medical supply stores, here in Plano and this one was the only one I could locate which would file insurance! The staff is most helpful over the phone and in person! I recall there were three persons working and they all popped out to help us with our needs or were ready to help! Anthony was most helpful to show us on how to use what was purchase.
