Leaving this review for Blanca, specifically! She is amazing and so hospitable. My first time trying Piada and the basil pesto pasta my husband ordered it for me and brought it straight to the car, I took it out of the bag and proceeded to eat. While it was very delicious, it was lukewarm to cold. Second visit: I walked in to order the basil pesto pasta and, without asking, Blanca warmed the pesto & cream sauce in a skillet. When I tell you it took the meal from a 7/8 to a 10! Will definitely visit again because of her service.

Yall need to check your orders before you hand them to delivery people. I asked an employee if the drinks were in the bag and when they said yes i asked again if it was a carton drink because it didnt seem like there was a drink in the bag and they reassured me it was inside. Well, dropped it off and the customer opens the bag to find it was indeed not in the bag. This makes drivers look bad, and your business look bad. Management needs to have a chat with the team about this.

i was picking up lunch for our office, stopped by the Richardson location and unfortunately they were closed w/o power from this weekends storm. hopped back in my truck and came here, the cashier today took it upon himself to offer a discount for the inconvenience even though I wasnt asking for one. everyone always has a great attitude regardless of the location I stop by. I think Ill keep making the drive until corporate decides to build a location in Rockwall.

Was at this restaurant earlier and I have to say I received the best service I ve had in a long time the staff there is great the food is good and there was on kid that stuck out to me his name was Xander. He stood out to me as he was very respectful yes sir thank you Sir you don t hear that anymore from younger generation, and he was patient with our ordering as I took forever couldn t decide and the food was awesome. Keep up the good work.

This restaurant missed 5 stars because I literally just stood in line for 20 min and the place was not busy. The reason for my wait was that they were handling online orders. They didn t even bother to say anything about the wait or look up your address almost 7 people in line.

Chipotle style delicious Italian wraps salads and pastas. The diavolo and pesto wraps and pasta are our families favorite. You will not be disappointed coming here! Its better than most Italian restaurants around here.

I love Piada in Plano! Their food and quality is amazing but it s their service that keeps me coming back. Jennifer and the entire team there are so welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend Piada in Plano and if you re not sure what to get try the avocado chop with grilled chicken.
