We hosted our kids bday party here and while the venue itself is great, it is NOT worth the grand we ended up paying. They nickel and dime EVERYTHING! Including blowing up balloons. No outside foods or beverages, just overpriced pizza. If you want a beverage outside of water (which cost 20 dollars) they have a 40 pack of juice for 30 dollars. There are no smaller drink options for smaller parties. They decorate the party room with balloons and as it turns out they reuse them so imagine how many hands have touched those things. They give you no time to decorate. The party we booked at a different venue a year prior was over half the price less and allowed us to come in early and decorate, bring our own food, and didn t charge us to blow up balloons. It was twice as big too. We learned our lesson after throwing a party here. There are much cheaper, better options out there. The kids had a good time but our wallet definitely did not.

We had our son s birthday party here and it was great! The place is private for your event and included in the price. Also, they are helpful and super friendly! We had has previous birthday at Cheeky Monkey and Safari run was a way better experience. It was more organized and half the cost. I highly recommend!

I do not recommend working at this horrible place. Owners are greedy as hell and try and do everything they can to make everything so cheap to gain profits while in reality they re losing employees and profits as I ve noticed.. It s pretty sad to see a place that was good back in the days turn bad. While I revisited for a birthday party that my kid had. I noticed the pizza got smaller and the quality was even worse considering it s MARCOS PIZZA. I do not recommend coming back here unless your ready to get ripped off by their horrible cheap owners wanting to try and take every single dime off you.

The staff here are very friendly and it s clean, it doesn t have any smelly feet smell like some indoor playgrounds. It s not too big so it s easy to keep track of your kids. My kids love them and will definitely be back.

Went to Safari Run for a kid s birthday party and was super impressed by the cleanliness and overall space! I can get pretty grossed out by kids play facilities. There s also a great hand washing station to promote cleanliness for the kid s experience as well. Staff was attentive and kind. Overall great experience!

Staff is too robotic and are just going through the motions. Went to a party here and theres just a constant push to get you into the next stage of the event. There are constant staff reminders about having to get out of one area to move to the next. Food was inadequate for the number of guests, and the quality of the cake and pizza were subpar. They didnt do anything to make the birthday special for the one celebrating it. I was told this costs 1000$ - which gives a completely different perspective to the food and experience.

Me and my kids love this place. So easy to bring them when it s ugly/too hot out. Would 100% recommend over and over!! However, I wouldn t recommend going if you see school busses show up. Normally it isn t a big deal but today they had a school from Frisco there and the kids/chaperones were screaming at the tops of their lungs.. doing wind sprint challenges and *accidentally* bulldozing other kids. I get having fun but the parents of the smaller kids were mortified watching it happen over and over again. We lasted about 30 minutes before we needed leave as the little kid area was even over run by big kids. Again, I m all for kids being kids and having all the crazy fun but it was TOO wild for an indoor park. Just wish the front desk would have mentioned something to the attending schools staff.

We were here for my son s 5th birthday on May 19. We saw some things we loved and some things that left us extremely disappointed. I ll start with the good stuff first. PROS: loved the venue and the organization. I love that you get the whole place for just your party and that they have seating for adults. The staff at the front were helpful and great. They took me to see the room at the beginning and called me back when they were decorating. The servers at the party room were also great. Polite, friendly and served everything really well. The place was also clean and I was so happy they had the kids wash their hands at the end. The person that ran the game and helped us at the end was extremely nice and helpful. She was so sweet to the kids and to my son. CONS: during the play hour, there were two staff members there in the play area. My assumption was that they were there to make sure the kids didn t get hurt or were following safety rules. Instead, these two staffers were playing with a ball back and forth without caring what the kids were doing. They continued playing basketball and bouncing the ball, kicking it around and kicking it over stuff during the first 45 minutes. At the 45 minute mark, my son fell on his head from the zip line. While my son was crying and the kids trying to help, these staffers just sat there, continuing to play basketball. They were really close and did not go over to see what had happened or pulled an adult over. We saw another parent approached them asking them if they were guests or working and asked them to please do their jobs and stop playing basketball. They said nothing. They kept quiet and had a lot of attitude. I understand accidents happen, and are bound to happen, but this was unacceptable. During the race game, one of the staffers continued playing with the ball. He lost control of the ball and it ran into the kids running, causing them to almost trip. Instead of going after it, he just stood there and did nothing. My husband asked him if he could help manage the kids and make sure they understood the rules of the relay race so they could run one at a time and he just walked away from him. These staffers are getting paid to work there. They need to show professionalism and responsibility especially with children. They were not guests at the party. They were there to work. To say we are extremely disappointed is an understatement. At the 50 minute mark, I went to the front desk to ask for ice for my son and told the guy at the desk what had happened. He quickly apologized and told me he would take care of it. Which he did. But this went on for the entire party. While two of the staffers apologized after the party and told me they took care of it and removed him from the play area, this does not excuse the behavior. They removed him at the 55 minute mark when everything was over. This should not have happened at all in the first place. Staffers need to be attentive especially around the play area and make sure the kids are safe. For the amount of money charged, this should have never happened. Very disappointed.

My little one had a blast. As you can tell the crocodile slide was his favorite because they go down it fast. It was nice to relax as he was playing with other children, as hes not in school yet and we dont have many grandparents that they are raising their grandchildren. It was great he made friends! Its worth the money. We were there for hours.

My granddaughters 6th birthday party was here. They all had a blast. Its expensive, BUT you get tons of help. You walk in with your cake and gift bags and they take it from there. They cut and serve your cake. The pizza is from Campisis Italian Restaurant. That is top of the line pizza!!! They do all of the serving. You do not have to do anything and they hand out your gift bags. All of the presents are gathered up to take home. They roll them out to your car and load them up. Its awesome to be a guest at your own party!!!

My three kids love this place! This place is perfect for them. I have an eight, seven and one year old. I also have a 2 month old and it s stroller friendly I can bring it in. Not lot of people so it s not over crowded. They have little cubs room where it s a play area for smaller kids with a family restroom near by. They have the other playground by the entrance. They also have an arcade where you can get tickets and pick a prize. They sell snacks at the front. Bathroom are clean! They have gates so little ones don t run out also! We stayed over 3 hours last time! Definitely recommend to come to open play!!

This place is a little slice of joy for us. Its a great place for the kiddo to play and burn off some energy if the weather is too cold or wet to go to a park. It is very easy to supervise or play with your kiddos here. There are couches to sit at, an eating area in the loby, handwashing stations near the play zones, designated toddler area, and bathrooms are clean. Its possible to check on how busy the place is on the website by checking the schedule. We enjoy going during free play times, and my kiddo has always come out of this location knowing a new friend.

The staff was so kind and set up everything for the party for me. My 2 yr old daughter likes it here, we cant go too often because we live kind of far from it, but I like that even parents can climb through the play structure with their child or you can just sit down and watch them too. Its a bit over priced here; just for my 2 yr old daughter to play was $20 something, not including us or anything, and the drinks are over priced, socks, snacks, toys they sell and even the game room uses lots of tokens for mostly all of the games. I like that there is a little section for smaller kids, wish it was bigger though. The bathrooms are pretty clean for the most part. The staff is not that friendly, sometimes they would just stare at me and my family, not sure why. The game room is pretty cool but is more on the expensive side. The prizes are pretty expensive to win too, so if you play and dont want to spend a bunch of money to win tickets, then you will only get tiny little toys, I know because we spent around $50 and we were only able to get the little toys. Wish it wasnt so over priced, but I like the play structure

We normally have no issues coming here but tonight when we were there, they were playing songs with literal f bombs going back to back. This is a KIDS PLACE... NOT A CLUB... My 3 year old is starting to pick up certain words and now Im going to have to explain why that was not okay. You guys really need to figure out a playlist that is APPROPRIATE. The only reason Im not more mad is because they did change it but it shouldve never been played in the first place.

I brought my four kids ranging from 8 to 1 years old. They all had a great time. The big kid area had a good variety to keep them busy for a few hours. PROS: The kids had a blast! There s a small arcade with pretty good games to play & the tokens to play are reasonably priced. There is a smaller play area for smaller kids also. The staff is friendly. CONS: For over $1000, the food is overpriced and you cant bring any hot food from outside sources. They use their own vendors. The pizza was served cold, the crust was soggy and the cheese was congealed. They dont allow you any time to set up in the party room. The space is double booked so the employees only have 30 minutes to sanitize and set everything up for you so the vision I had for my babys party was not properly executed. They set up the dessert table at the end of the kids table so none of the photos of us singing happy birthday are with the balloon arch background my family set up in 5 minutes. The communication is poor so none of the 5 employee hosts ever spoke to me about the execution of what is to happen next. ie: they served 80% of the party guests before the birthday boy ever entered the room. By the time I entered the room everyone was eating and we didnt get the opportunity to bless the food. They didnt want to put the cake out on the table until they determined it was time. When I asked for my child to stand by the cake to sing happy birthday they refused and said, we will bring the cake to his seat so the children dont get up from their seats. I had to demand that my child stand beside his cake. The decoration we had along with the murals on the wall was beautiful but the employees are young (most likely dont have children of their own) so I think the set up of the party room is not a priority for them. Overall, we will go to Safari Run for open gym or if someone else hosts a party there but I will NOT host another party here myself.

Make sure to bring socks, but no worries if you forget because they sell socks at the counter. Food is a bit overpriced, so maybe eat before coming. Brought my 3 year old last minute (didn t know they were closing in 30min) - still had a great time - it s a great crowd and atmosphere. The other kids were friendly and considerate and it was pretty busy. Parents were all nice and chatty and the staff stayed open an extra 10min to give my son more time to slide down the slides. Overall we had a good timee and good experience for a Birthday celebration. Clean and nice. A couple of things to watch 1) when they packed everything for us to take home, they gave us the unused bottle waters and unused juice boxes that we paid for. They also included the cake. Leftover pizza that we paid for was NOT given go us. This is the customer s pizza. It should be given to you as you paid for this! 2) at check out they ask you for a tip in a nice way. This was weird and unexpected. I have celebrated birthday many b-day parties in numerous locations, including once before at safari run and they never ask for tip on top of the bill. While I understand the spirit behind it, they should be transparent when booking and let you know that tip is expected so you can budget the extra $100 buck.

All my daughter wanted for her birthday was to go to Safari Run which fell on a Friday. I called a few days before to confirm they have open play on Friday and won t be closed for any private events, and they confirmed to me they only do private events on weekends so to not worry and come in Friday. Well, we show up and they are closed for a PRIVATE EVENT. Daughter crushed and crying, scrambling to try and find a new place to go. Called and they said well we got rented out for a private event . Cannot trust anyone with what they tell you. Do better Safari Run

Whatever you do, keep your kids out of the arcade. Half of the machines dont work properly (ie the zoofari game the guns werent working). And the token machine gives out an odd number of tokens but all the games require an even number so it forces you to either waste one or buy more.

We are fans! Spent a good 2 hrs there. It was spacious and kid friendly. It was only $15 for the child, and there was no charge for adults. I liked that because for some places you have to pay for another adult. With more adults, you are likely to have better supervision for the kids, and the kids get more total playtime because parents can switch out supervising their kids.

Love that free play is unlimited. They are open until 6pm during the week which is longer than play street museum. Their food is expensive so eat before or after. They play area keeps kids involved. My kids had hours of fun. Theres also a parents lounge and a place to charge your phone. Theres a TV to watch. They mainly keep it on ESPN. My kids had a blast and I stayed comfortable.

We hosted an awesome 4th birthday party at Safari Run! The place was clean and spacious. The playground is fun for kids to explore and play independently, but also safe! The arcade was also a big hit and the kids really enjoyed playing games and choosing prizes. Will and his staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Safari Run is an amazing place for kids to play from toddler through mid-elementary age! We ve been going here since 2018 and went again today. It s still in good shape, clean, and lots of fun.

Everything was super clean. From the play areas to the bath rooms. Furthermore the sofas were super comfy to relax while the little ones burn some energy. The layout of the location greatly help decrease amplification of noise. It compartmentalizes the arcade room, break room and the play area. The floor is made of noise absorbing material and the tall roof has also insulation which further reduces noise. During our visit their internet was down and were accepting cash only but in return they had a great deal of $10 for open play. It s the first time the kiddo spent more than 2 hours in an indoor playground.

Nice place for the kids bit you have to pay to enter the safari place and there is an other section you have to pay separately to be able to play per game. It could be better but the staff there are extremely nice i would go again.

OMG! i love this place, i mean my kids love this place lol. I took my 12 year old when she was in elementary school and now i take my toddler and they both enjoy playing. They could spend hours and hours playing at Safari Run. There s something for everyone. They also have an arcade and some snacks for purchase. Overall it s a great place to take the kiddos to run around and get some exercise in for the day all while having fun!

I love this place. So nice and clean and perfect to teach your kids some independence. I also like how secure it is. I just wish they would make the green slide not so fast and also the things that kids climb on a little shorter as my 2.5 year old struggled a bit with that. But even with these definitely a customer for life.

Took my 3 year old today for the first time. The place was clean and the play areas were a good size and lots to do. There are some obstacles that may make it difficult for small kids so be careful. They also had a small arcade that we did not go to but will check out next time. My daughter had a blast. Will be back.

Hosted my daughters 5th birthday here. They only do private parties on the weekends so not only will you have the place to yourselves, but also the staff are there to serve. Clean, attentive staff and fairly large facility with even arcade room! First time hosting a party where I dont have to lift a finger! Highly recommend!

We went to Safari Run for a friend s birthday party, and it was a blast! The facility is very clean, they have a hand washing station in the play area with lettering that says Wipe your paws! Hand sanitizer stations at different entrances, and a parent sitting area facing play area so you can see your kids in any part of the playground. I was seriously impressed by how clean the facility was, and at the amenities. Oh! They also have a keurig for hot tea or coffee for the parents. LOVE!

Great little play place for kids. There is even an aracade the older kids enjoyed too. My only complaint is the policy for socks to be worn all the time. My son is on the autism spectrum and will not keep his socks on. He absolutely loves running around in there and it was a wonderful place for him to celebrate his 4th birthday but every child with special needs should be accomadated so they can experience the fun too! We tried our best to keep his socks on him and even his Papa had to hunt his socks down in the tunnels where he shed them at one point. Lol

We have had two birthday parties now at Safari Run and we could not recommend it more. The place is clean, well run, and so fun for the kids. We plan on having future parties here because we are so happy with the service we receive. My only negative is that you have to order from their food partner only and the menu is limited.

Weve been several times without issue, but the last two outings resulted in a refund, and I think were done with them. The first one we arrived, paid, started playing, and within ten minutes we were told to vacate the area for a mandatory cleaning period of nearly an hour. Would have been nice to know when we first got there, as we were only able to stay for a short time anyway. Refunded, left. The second time (today) we arrived, paid, and started playing, but within half an hour were told to once again vacate the play area since they had forgotten about a private party that had reserved the area - we left again, with another refund. There are enough places around town to play, no need for this nonsense. 5/5 stars for the first several times we went, 1/5 for the last two times.

No wonder kids loves this place. There s so much to do in one place. Nice arcade games selection and the best part for parents is that you have a very comfortable place to seat and watch your kids while they are having fun. I highly recommend.
