This attorney should be avoided at all costs. He represented me for 23 months and during that time gave me conflicting and erroneous info resulting in my case being dismissed for lack of prosecution. He then told me to get another attorney without any reason. I have reported him to the Texas Bar.

Poor communication. No returned phone calls and no response emails. I have been completely ghosted. This behavior is very unprofessional and distasteful. I honestly would not recommend to anyone after these last few months. I ve worked with this firm for almost 2 years and I originally had minimal to no issues until a mistake on their part needed to be corrected in regards to my daughters name change. Mr. Brown stated that he would correct the legal paper work and has not done that or attempted to do that. That has been well over 6 months ago. I have called and emailed weekly to no response ever from himself or his paralegal Kim.

Smh sad, I really try to support our ppl but this is a hot mess frfr... so I did the consultation he told me how much the retainer fee was okay.. the problem starts after tht, so I didnt have all the money up front I had ab 2k they wanted me to drop my Money off and wait for Mr brown to call me.. keep in mind I was asking when would he be available to speak with me about my case and what are the Expectation of his service, she told me hell give you a call when he can.. I stated tht this was my first time dealing with the courts and I wasnt comfortable just dropping 2k off and not speaking with anyone at the time of payment.. honestly I felt like they were going to take my cash and give me the run around ab my case.. went to another law firm and it was completely different.. Mr. Brown team NEVER called me even when I was trying to see how much they would take to start a payment plan..

This attorney and his staff has to be the most completely irresponsible law group and demonstrates a complete disregard to conflict of interest. Mr. Brown and is staff was trusted to retain and protect important files pertaining to his deceased clients, my mothers estate and conveniently loses the file, so he says. A determining factor to the alleged lost video file is that it was brought to my attention that his brother is or has been in an intimate relationship with apposing partys daughter and didnt even see that as a problem; thus explaining why the important file became lost. In a strong word, he doesnt really care about the best interest of his clients, but he absolutely will protect his siblings inappropriate, obscure relationship. Either way, this attorney needs his bar card revoked and license suspended indefinitely. Doesnt even deserve a star at all.

This attorney is totally incompetent he is trying to railroad me out of most of my settlement. He did not get what I deserve he blame the small settlement on me. He forgets things does not keep up with your case. He is a liar and a fraud I will be reporting him to the State Board of Texas.

He is horrible and needs his license revoked. he took our money, served my husbands ex and did nothing. he first told us we had to wait 30 days, then 60, then 90. he does not keep in contact or send you your monthly statement to confirm what we are being charged for as per his legal agreement. after 4 months, we finally called and he then told us that the time ran out and she had to be re-served. then he showed up late to court. the process is 21 days. he made a one month process last 5. months. then recharged us to have her sign the paper work.

Mr Brown is a nice person BUT he does not do what he says , he forgets what he has told you. He does not return calls. I will not use him again and I certainly dont recommend him to anyone else. Also he has several violations with the bar. Do your research before using him. Also his paralegal Kim is beyond unprofessional and rude!!!
