I found so many great deals at the North Dallas Toy Show yesterday. Definitely worth going if youve never been there. Its big! The people are very friendly and the variety of vintage toys is amazing with great prices too!

Every time I go in to this place my allergies flare up. There is something in the duct work I am highly allergic too. I go once a month for a toy show that has people crammed in like sardines, there are so many people you can barely walk around and look at peoples tables.

The place is not wheelchair accessible! There is no elevator to get to the second floor, the hallway to the bathroom is very narrow, and there is a high curb to the entrance. I dont recommend this place.

Too strict on everything, probably the worst ballroom weve gotten. Wouldnt recommend for so many little things. If youre under 30 years of age bring your ID or you wont be able to drink.

The calendar is not reliable. I have gone twice to the ballroom dancing on Fridays and despite it being on the schedule, no one was there. Edit: 4 years later as a facility its not bad, the floor has been sticky once but most of the time its a perfect size with a good floor!

This place is awesome. This is the new location for the monthly (1st Saturday) North Dallas Toy Show. (It was voted the best toy show in the state.) As a vendor, I could not be happier with the location after the first show there. Clean, lots of light, a vaulted ceiling, great crowd...just a really nice place. A MAJOR step up from the prior location which honestly kind of sucked.

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked this place for a wedding in early 2020, paid $1000. unfortunately pandemic hit in march and due to public health emergency we wanted to cancel the event. she answered my call once and said the deposit will be on hold for future events in my family. I called her twice after that because I have no planned future events anytime in near future but she did not answer, left voicemailsx2, she never called back.

Just to keep the good people of Plano / DFW updated this was a pretty sweet venue. I was the DJ for a Sweet 16 that was an amazing night - I got a 5 - Star Review as proof, so I figured I would spread the love! My client was able to provide her daughter great new memories in the perfect environment. The staff was so helpful in making sure I got started at the right time. This venue is not wheelchair accessible! There is literally no way in to the building in the front or back entrances. There is a high curb that is not even with the pavement, so even if someone could help the person in the wheelchair get over the curb there is an unsafe drop on the other side. Then even if the person got inside the venue, they could not get inside the bathroom since it is down a tiny narrow hallway and totally inaccessible. My husband and I tried to attend an event there recently. All of our family and friends were there for a very special family event. He could not get in and he had to turn around and go home. It was very upsetting for everyone involved and we will never forget it. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. This should be illegal, but I guess since it is an older building they are not held accountable. Ill be complaining to the city of Plano.

The owner Annice does not know how to conduct business AT ALL! She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and in my opinion BIAS to anyone who doesnt have a wedding at the location. First, if you google map the location, it brings you to a house or somewhere else. Second, if you have a dance class or whatnot in the ballroom, RANDOM people come in and out during your time to have the space. She is very inconsiderate when it comes to communication and fairness about the space you rented. Regardless if you have the space reserved for whatever day or time, if someone with more money comes along and says they want to rent the space, guess what..? YOURE OUT AND DONT HAVE THE SPACE ANYMORE! LIKE WTH???????!!!! WHO DOES THAT?????? If I knEw there was going to be a BIDDING WAR I WOULD HAVE NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS MORAL AND JUST PLAIN UNPROFESSIONAL. GO GET A REAL VENUE FOR WHATEVER YOU ARE TRYING TO HAVE.
