We have enlisted Dan Chern on two different occasions to assist us with legal matters for our business. Dan has always assisted and advised us with the upmost professionalism. He has shown to be very knowledgeable in the law at hand. Dan explains things in a concise manner and makes it easy for the layman to understand. We were quite pleased the first time we hired Dan, he provided us with a fair price to represent us with our matter and even after the case was drawn out longer than anyone anticipated Dan stood by his commitment and helped bring the matter to a close.

I had a consultation with Dan Chern today about setting up an LLC. He is a wealth of information, was very attentive and interested in helping me with my issues. I asked him many questions and he gave me frank answers, plus he made practical suggestions for me and explained complex legal situations in such a way that I was able to easily understand. I really like Dans down-to-earth personality and approachability. His fees are very reasonable and he is easy to talk to. After speaking to various lawyers around Dallas, I have decided to go with Dan as my permanent business lawyer.
