This place is amazing! An absolutely fun packed birthday. Very professional. The hosts are great and really know how to keep the children happy and entertained. Neeta and Jill are really awesome and make sure you get a perfect birthday. My daughter had a great time and never will forget this birthday!

Just had my daughters 5th birthday party here, it was great! We did the princess/knight package, which is one of their standard ones without add-ons and it was a lovely party. Its a dedicated party space and they literally do everything (ie take the presents to the present table for people, set up and serve the cake, lead the kids through the whole party). Its a family business with exceptional service. Party starts in the bounce house room while parents sign waivers/guests arrive, provide themed dress up clothes for kids to put on if they like, then they lead games in the party room and outside in the courtyard on nice days (we were lucky with nice weather), then go to the cake/present room to sing happy birthday and eat cake. Our birthday girl felt very loved and special and her friends who attended had a great time. They make and pass out party favors as part of the standard package. It was very well planned, organized, and executed.

Couldnt say enough wonderful things about them. It was the perfect place to host my 5 year olds birthday party! The staff was so interactive with the kids and great at getting them involved in the games. The costumes were a big hit. From a parents perspective, I loved it. Everything was taken care of and they did a beautiful job!

We just had our daughter s 3 year old birthday celebration at KKP. It was the best! They are super organized and great communication and quick response to any questions you have during planning. On the day of the party, they are organized and follow the schedule and lots of different games and activities to keep the fun going for the kids. We had Elsa came in and she was the best Elsa! She looks like Elsa always in character and play games, sing songs, cut cake and sing happy birthday with our daughter and she even crowned her to be princess at the end! All our guests had so much fun and this definitely made our daughter s day to remember! We highly recommend them and will come back again!

We just hosted our daughters 6th bday here and were very happy! They can provide essentially every aspect of your party so you can just show up and not have to lift a finger. They have SO many themes to choose from and it was perfect because my daughter is into superheroes, not princesses. They have a bounce house, a ton of costumes, games, an obstacle course, and outdoor activities, a party room with a ton of decor (pictured here). Its not cheap if you choose to upgrade the # of kids but I loved having that option and it worked out well-- they do everything for you and my kid couldnt have been happier!

Worth every penny for some great memories for your kids! We just had the super hero theme party and had such a blast! It was action packed fun for everyone! My son was so excited to hang out with Spider-Man! The hosts decorated the place amazingly! From the bounce house, games and outside play it was fun for all! Highly recommend! Thank you all for giving our son a great birthday!!!

Book it!! From the first moments of arrival we had a personalized and beautiful birthday party. All we had to do was show up with the birthday girl! They took care of everything!!! AND we ran the numbers, and while this is just our experience, weve hosted at our home and rented a bounce house, gotten the food, etc, etc and this cost us LESS than the last three years of birthday parties have!! Us and all of our guests were so impressed with every aspect of the facility, I could not give a more glowing review. Looking forward to booking with them again and doing an entirely new theme next year! Thank you Kreative Kidz Partyz!

We attended a birthday party for a child turning 4. It was fun and my little one loved it. The theme was princess and knights. I love that all the kids got to play dress up with princess and knight clothes. It was well decorated, and very clean. The princesses and Knight who hosted did great.

We had my sons 5th birthday here and the kids had a blast. My son was so shocked that Spiderman came to his party. Really made mom look like a hero. The venue was clean and came completely decorated in superhero theme. The party host took care of party activities and even let them go outside to play a bit. They handled passing out foodand cake to the kids. I actually had time to sit back and watch my son enjoy his party and take pics. The owner is very nice and well organized. The cost to do a party here is a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. I didnt have to do anything, they coordinated the decorations, cake, food, party favors, and face painter!

We visited for a birthday party and had the best time! They pulled out all the stops! They had super hero costumes for the kids, face painting and fun engaging activities. Spiderman and SuperGirl were our hosts for the party and the kids had the best time. There were awesome superhero backdrops for photo opps and we rounded it out with kid friendly food and birthday cake. It was a very clean, very hospitable establishment. I would definitely suggest this place if youre looking for a child friendly party venue!

We had our daughter s 6th Birthday Party here and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! This place does it ALL! If you are looking for a place that is all inclusive and makes you feel like family- look no further! We will be having our younger kids parties here as well! I am so impressed and happy at how well the staff and hosts are! Everyone is professional and our daughters party ran without a hitch! I had my sons party there today and couldnt be happier. All of the kiddos had such a fantastic time. Every parent was impressed. Everyone there is so polite and professional. They kept true to their word and created an exciting time for my boy and his fellow superheroes. Spider-Man and Wonder Woman were incredible with all of the children. They were inclusive and interactive. Patient and kind. They definitely made the kids feel a little starstruck. I couldnt have asked for more.

This place is too expensive. I had a birthday party here which cost 1200 dollars. They made me pay the delay fee of 125 dollars deliberately Besides, the tip charged me 152 which was too expensive. I will not go there again, nor will I recommend my friend to go there.

I really enjoyed having my 3 year olds birthday here! It was fantastic to walk in with cake and drinks and be able to do just enjoy the party. From the start of the process to the end the owners were very professional and kind. They were very upfront on cost and additional costs that I might accrue day of the party. I went with the basic package and was very happy with all the beautiful decorations and the host (Spider man and Super girl) were wonderful. If I would do it again (which I hope to in the future) I would definitely use their photographer- just was always trying to get photos so couldnt be as attentive during the party. I love how they party plan it all and I didnt have to do anything! Great place, beautiful decorations, kind owners and wonderful staff. They were very good about responding to emails when RSVPs ended up cancelling.

We had a great experience here for our sons 5th birthday. It was a superhero themed party hosted by Spiderman and Wonder Woman. This is where my twin granddaughters Birthday Party was.They were Great! Every child that was there had so much fun! The theme of the party was Frozen, a Disney movie. All the adults that put the party together and all the children were dressed up as the characters in the movie. It was so much fun for everyone there.

This is an excellent party venue. Very professional service & super clean facility. The kids had a really great time with all of the activities. There was a bounce house, party games, theme specific decorations & costumes, a bubble machine, face painting, pizza, cake and party favors. The party hosts matched the theme perfectly and led the kids through all the activities. This is definitely an easy way to throw a great party. Lots of other parents complimented on what a cute place it was. They handled all the details and maybe the best part is they handled all the clean up!

We recently celebrated our daughters 6th birthday at Kreative Kidz Partyz and selected the Glitzy Diva Rock Star theme. It was fantastic and stress-free. The hosts were wonderful with the kids and our daughter is still talking about it. In addition to how well the party went, I was very impressed and pleased with the professionalism of management. While planning the party, management clearly explained to us the various options and prices so we knew exactly what to expect in services and costs. The whole party and experience was worth every penny, and my family and I will continue to do business with Kreative Kidz Partyz and recommend them to any parents looking for a stress-free, fun, and professional experience.

DONT GET TRAPPED. BE SMART AVOID THIS PLACE!! I organized my Kids First Birthday Party at this venue on May 13,2017. We took most of their optional packages for our ease. Below are the Ordeals that I faced - 1. THE WORST PART - I had taken the Photographer Package from Kreative Kidz which cost me around $300+. When the party got over, the owner herself told me that the Photo Book and Flash Drive should be delivered within 6-8 weeks. The contract mentioned max 10 weeks. There was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from Kreative Kidz team during this entire span. When I finally had to call them myslef after 8 weeks of wait, they first told me that I would get the album in next 2 weeks. Those also passed by and I had to call them again. Then after lots of discussions and deliberations, they gave me my photo album after 11+ weeks. I asked politely for refund (for Photographer amount), since they did not abide by contract. It was again rejected by the owner stating lots of lame excuses. THESE GUYS ARE TOTALY MONEY MINDED AND ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THE SERVICE OR CLIENT SATISFACTION. JUST IMAGINE what emotional stress parents had to undergo when their kid had turned almost 15 months and they had no photgraphs of his First birthday to post (apart from those shared by friends). 2. They will tie you into a bunch of contracts and force you to sign on each one of them. BEWARE - These contracts are binding on you and not on THEM!! 3. Even if you are 1 minute above party time of 90 mins or ask for an extra napkin(as per your contract), youll have to shed out extra Bucks. 4. The number of guests (Adults + Kids) will be strictly counted and if you end up with even 1 more guest(than written in your contract),youll have to PAY MORE!!! THIS WAS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE MOST COSTLY MISTAKES EVER MADE BY ME AND I WROTE THIS REVIEW SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE DONT SUFFER LIKE ME. THESE GUYS MADE SURE THAT WE FELT LET DOWN EVEN AFTER SPENDING SUCH A HUGE SUM OF MONEY($1300+).

Good one stop place if your party is of limited numbers may be if its below 25 or so. Otherwise you will end up paying a lot for nothing and could do better parties for the same money elsewhere on your own. Please go through all their terms & conditions and extra charges you will be paying before hand well in advance even before you pay them the deposit and book your slot. Otherwise you will be shocked to the core for sure after the party while you go to pay up the balance. Out of all this the arrangement was good and the party hosts were excellent in that they took care of the little kiddos very well by keeping them engaged all the time. Bottom line, for the lesser money you can book a big party hall and hire the activities like balloon artists, face painters etc on your own for lesser price and have more fun with more party time. This party went on like a fire drill for us (adults) coz people got moved from one room to another so fast you will not know when your 90 mins party ended ! Beware that you are responsible to keep a tab on your watch too ! If you exceed the time then you will be paying up a lot more extra charges. Nothing is free here or no scope for any kind of flexibility without paying more.

They did well on my daughters first birthday party in May. Dont be fooled because, Well is not good enough for me. I anticipated my expectations being exceeded given I paid nearly $2,000 for a 1 year olds birthday party. To elaborate, I felt like there was a lot of cheap set up and equipment used. Secondly, I paid for a circus theme with clowns and instead got teenage girls dressed up like colorful vagabonds. Next, I was quite angered by the fact that, after I advised them on what went to whom REPEATEDLY, they served the wrong pizza to the children which caused us to run out and the children being served pork, which we dont do. Also, it took a ridiculously long time for me to receive her photo book and flash drive which was not proper quality given the amount we spent on it. They werent horrible but not good enough for my standards. Thus, I dont intend to use them ever again and would never refer any of my friends family or coworkers to them.

I rarely have time to write reviews but I read them. In this particular instance I had to make an exception. Being a fulltime working mother of young children with a passion of throwing birthday parties for my children that are (1) kid-friendly (2) fun (3) all inclusive and (4) filled with perfect details. I searched for a venue that would meet my expectations. Kreative Kidz Partyz in West Plano exceeded my expectations. They offer an array of birthday themes, the staff (from the front desk receptionist to the owner, Neeta) is very organized, professional, well mannered, detail oriented, and kind people. The customer service I received was outstanding. The staff call/email in advance to help you make the necessary arrangements in preparation for the party. On the day of the party, I arrived with children in tow, the staff asked for my car keys and helped unload the additional party articles I brought from home. At the end of the party, before I was done with the checkout process, all my personal belongings, leftover party articles, and birthday gifts were already packed in my car and ready to go. The birthday cake from their baker was well decorated, tasty, and affordable. The hosts successfully kept our large group of party mates engaged and entertained. We had a blast! This venue was amazing!!! While trying to come up with a creative birthday party to celebrate our daughters 4th birthday we set out to find a private venue where the kiddos could run freely and parents could relax without worrying about where their child was or who they were interacting with. I found this place online and stopped in for a visit! There was another party about to start but the staff there was very friendly and polite. Upon entering, we were greeted with a fresh clean aroma to match the pristine presentation of this establishment! It wasnt until we booked our date that I had the pleasurable experience of their thoroughness and impeccable planning process. The contract was explained in detail and every detail was clear. We arrived a little early thinking we needed to set up ...Oh no! We brought in our cake, drinks, and arranged for pizza delivery. The gracious staff took our things, asked us for a few details about how we wanted candles arranged on the cake but otherwise, we were told well take care of it and they certainly did!!! Unfortunately, my planning wasnt as impeccable! If youve ever planned a scheduled party, you know there are bound to be some late comers. So I asked our guest to arrive at 4pm for a 4:30pm party. ALL of our guests arrived on time... that has never happened!!! No worries, because the staff went out of their way to accommodate us by allowing us to start 20 minutes earlier!! Our daughter and her friends had an amazing time with the character host. They kept all of the children engaged in every activity. The kids and their parents had a wonderful time. We added on the face painter, Sparkle, who was awesome! Some of the adults even treated themselves some art!!! The event was well planned and very organized. Our daughter raved about her party all night. According to her it was the best birthday shed ever had ...shes turning 4!!!! From the all-inclusive price to the joy of not having to clean up behind a bunch of little ones, I would highly recommend Kreative Kidz Partyz!!!

KKP is a one stop shop for amazing. My son had his 4th birthday party there over the summer, and it was more elaborate and detailed than I could have ever hoped. We did a carnival theme, and we had a petting zoo, magician, photographer and face painter - all arranged for by KKP. The owner is really professional and easy to work with. Her staff was great about following up with me throughout the whole planning process, and all of the details were considered. I will definitely be a repeat customer at KKP - the idea that all I have to do is show up to my childs birthday party is perfect for a working mom. I would definitely recommend that you book your next party here!

Kreative Kidz Partyz is utopia for birthday parties - for the kids AND the moms. It was so easy for me to just call, make an appointment, pick out the theme, party favors, cake, pizza and decorations in one 30 minute meeting, and then show up on the day of the party. My daughter LOVED the princess and knight theme. The hosts were dressed perfectly - my daughter clung to Cinderella throughout the entire party. The hosts are young and energetic, and they play age appropriate games with the kids. My daughter definitely felt like the princess, and the other kids felt included the entire time. KKP provided me with everything, right down to invitations, goodie bags and thank you cards. Everything was customized, and we had the entire facility to ourselves. It was great for the kids to get to jump around in the bounce house before they got dressed, and they loved playing dress up with the make up and tattoos and princess gowns. She even offered professional photographers, carriage rides and caterers if I wanted them. The owners and staff are really kind and professional, and they made it so easy for me to plan this party. I like my childrens parties to be detailed and special, and having my daughters party at KKP was like having it at home, but without the headache of planning. I literally just had to show up! I definitely recommend having your childs party at Kreative Kidz Partyz - it is such a fun, easy and memorable experience.
