Overall it s a fun place to have a party for toddlers. Two stars for that. However, the party host that we ve got today isn t that great. Sometimes they over communicated with common senses, asked me so many questions that are not necessary, very rudely interrupted us doing anything. Sometimes there is no communication when it is needed. The most unpleasant thing is, they kicked everyone out right after 1 and half hour, not in a friendly way. She started to take the decorations and everything 20 min before the party time. Even my friend who hosted two birthday parties at PSM was very shocked how rude she was. He said this rushing-everyone-out issue happened to them before. Luckily all the kids were not impacted, will NOT recommend this place as a party venue to anyone.

We recently booked Play Street for a Friday night party and it was FANTASTIC. We had plenty of tables and space to celebrate! Shannon, the employee on staff that evening, was SO helpful and friendly, and everyone had SUCH a great time. The facilities were clean and organized, and all of the children were very happy by the end of the night :-)

I cant say enough great things about PSM Plano. The cleanliness, kind staff, fun atmosphere - its a really great place for kids to play in a safe and creative environment. The toys are well kept (nothing broken or dingy). I really love that they close for periods during the day to tidy up and disinfect so that you can walk in to a clean, organized play space no matter what time you book. They have areas that appeal to various age groups (older infants, toddlers, young elementary). We recently had my sons 2nd bday party here and Riley was incredible every step of the way (communication beforehand, helping us set up, making sure the party ran smoothly, and getting us packed up). Cant recommend PSM Plano enough for an activity or a private event.

In town for husband s work trip and we brought our toddler. Found this gem on tiktok and so glad we checked it out. Very clean and the toys are in such great shape! The ladies working were so friendly. Very affordable for the hour and half play time.

Truly the easiest, most enjoyable birthday party ever! The staff member was an amazing host, gracious and helpful with set up & tear down. SO nice to not have to entertain our guests but just let the kids run around. 100% would do again. Maybe next year. Maybe every year.

An amazing place!! All the workers were so wonderful and friendly, and my kids had a blast. Ms Riley was very nice and welcoming at the front desk. It felt very clean and It was suitable for all of my kids ages!! Absolutely loved it here, will be coming back!

My 19-month-old and I had a blast! It s small enough that I didn t have to chase him around to see him and big enough that there s plenty for him to do. My son had a great time and I felt like 1 1/2hrs was a perfect amount of time to play. He was able to play in each section and everything was very clean. I love how they limit the amount of people in at a time so nothing is over crowded. I would definitely go back again!

It s a fun and clean place my 11 month old had a great time, it was 15.00$ for 1.5 hours which is okay. My issue was with the white hair lady that works there she was rude I don t care for her at all.

My two boys, now 3 and 4, beg to go to Playstreet especially this location! The staff are so personable and great with kids. Everything is clean and safe. It gives me and my husband peace of mind when we take the boys here to play because we know not only will they have the best time, they will also be playing with safe, age appropriate, and educational toys. The best learning happens while playing and that s exactly what happens at Playstreet! We also love their special events on the weekends and weeknights. Great fun had by all!

I took my kiddos to PSM Plano a week or so ago for the meet and greet with Santa it was awesome. My kiddos (3yrs and 1yr) LOVED it! Not only was Santa very approachable and patient with my kids, he even played with them after everyone had a chance to take pictures and such. My youngest really enjoyed the fort and slide while my oldest enjoyed fishing and playing in the different cabins. The staff was super friendly and interacted with us throughout our visit. My kids could have stayed all day. We will definitely be back soon!

We love playing at Play Street and all of the fun extra things that they offer for the kids to do like making slime or painting pottery. My 6 year old brought a pottery piece that she painted at Play Street to school for show and tell so everyone would know she was an artist. It made me happy to see her so proud and confident about something she had made!

Update after they reached out to me and assured me this was not the norm and they would correct the issue by communicating with staff, I did give it another try and we have had wonderful experiences here! I am always willing to extend grace. They were open to the feedback of my experience and made the adjustment. Thank you so much for being a company that values its customers!! Walked in this morning and there were literally 3 kids playing and the young lady asked me if I had a reservation when we walked in. I ve been to this location several times and had been told a reservation was not necessary. She said she wouldn t be able to let my son play at that time. There LITERALLY 3 kids playing. We will not be back to this location. My son was so disappointed bc it s freezing today and I wanted to find somewhere that he could play indoors. Went on the site just to verify what she was saying and there were 19 open reservations spot within the hour open. I sat for a bit to see if there d be some rush of kiddos and nothing. Poor service. Will not be back.

We love Play Street Plano!! This location is always clean & organized. Staff was sanitizing during and after our reserved playtime. They had lots of fun activities like painting a bucket hat, the slime lab, & pottery painting. The hour and a half is a perfect amount of time for us to play. Total confusion. My wife brought my daughter there today around 2:15 and was told by staff they are still cleaning up from previous session. She returned later around 2:40pm and played until 4pm before the staff told her to leave so they can start cleaning up for the next session. Not sure why they were asked to wait outside instead of the lobby or bench area inside where its cooler. She told me 2-3 other moms and kids sat on the bench outside...Im guessing waiting to go back in.

The staff doesn t sanitize toys as they should, I saw a little boy putting a toy in his mouth and I took it from him and gave it to the girl at the desk, but she just grabbed and put it to the side of the counter top. Later when she got done checking in new customer, grabbed the toy and went and put it back to the play area, at The Allen location they keep one bucket to put toys that needs to be disinfected or sanitized, so I feel that all the locations should follow the same protocol or sanitation procedures. Their overlooking at this issue can cause someone to get very sick with COVID or other viruses.

Updating my prior review to state that the owner requested I apologize to her for requesting a refund for a JUNE party I booked in March. This is after several requests that I meet her in person. Truly strange owner - do not recommend for parties. Bad business practice -> Not refunding your customers who book and request refunds more than 60+ days from the party. Buyer beware. Booked a birthday party months in advance for my daughter. Realized we had a cousin with a party on the same day. We requested a cancellation a week or two after booking and were told no. I asked for a signed contract that said no refunds multiple times and have yet to receive one. The owner reached out and said she would consider a refund if I met her for a coffee. (Weird. No thanks) Will have to fight this with the credit card company. All I needed was a refund so that we could figure out dates and make sure this location had a time available for us. Do not recommend. We requested a refund with more than enough notice for this business to rebook the party. Bad business practices.

Familiar with Play Street Museum from living in DFW area in years past. It is great outlet to let young kids play creatively and experience themes out the normal daily routine. Reservations can be made on for a 2 hour time slot, but you can also call ahead and check to see if you can be a walk in. My 7 and 5 year old really enjoyed the Plano outdoor theme so much we came two days in a row while visiting the area from out of town. The boat, cabins, and tubes that circulate air that shoot out what appears to be scarfs were big hits. Each paying child gets a wooden token redeemable for a snack when you leave. This location and I m sure the others offer painting, paint your own pottery.(extra cost), and make your own slime (extra cost). Also, kids over 8 get in free with purchase of admission for child under 8. I would hugely recommend to others to visit this location and the others as well!

My mom and I took my two toddlers here on a Friday afternoon after discovering the place we were planning on going to was closed. I highly recommend having a reservation, because there are limited spots, but we got lucky and were able to get in without one. Unfortunately, the A/C was broken when we got there right after 10:30, but we decided to stay and try it out. Even though it was very warm on a hot day, the kids had a blast. There was plenty for them to do and lots of hands on things. The staff was very friendly and one of the ladies even bought all of the adults cherry limeades from Sonic and all the kids popsicles. It was seriously so nice! The A/C started working soon after, and there were no problems after that. The one complaint I have is that they have play sessions, so you have to leave after the session is over (my kids were not happy to leave even after 2 hours), but Im sure its okay for locals who can come back and visit when they want. We are just visiting the area but will definitely have to go back next time we are here!

Fantastic place to take your kiddo for unstructured playtime. Lots of activities and some of them they rotate out daily. You can tell a lot of care was put into the activities chosen and it really lets your child be independent, where others place you may have to monitor their every move.

We had my daughters 3rd birthday party at PSM Plano yesterday. My daughter had a wonderful time and so did the rest of the children playing. However, as a parent that party host made it difficult for me to enjoy the party. I paid for the DIY because she wanted a Troll party. Upon arrival the party host did not introduce herself even though I introduced myself. While we were setting up there were several things things that she said and did that made me very upset. I was pulling out the table cloths, And the 1st thing she told me was at the table cloths were not long enough. I had purchased 4 for that reason I just had not had a chance to pull the other 2 out. The only thing that really helps me with was separating the balloons. And that was because there was another younger girl there that was more helpful than the woman who stayed. The party was for a three-year-old so I wanted the snacks to be at eye level for the kids to have a snack and eat as needed. Knowing they needed to stay where the tables were and the parents would have been monitoring that as well. However, when I moved the snacks, her statement to me was Im just saying its not a good place. So I had to move the snacks and the kids really didnt eat anything. In my opinion when my guest arrived she was not very friendly to them. When it was time to sing Happy Birthday, she turned the music down but did not help me gather the children. Then she told me that lighter was by the cupcake but did not help start singing the Happy Birthday song. She did not assist in passing out cupcakes. In fact another parent saw I was trying to pass out cupcakes, snacks and drinks and offered to help me. With 20 minutes left of the party shed started taking down all of my decorations and cleaning everything up. At the end of the party she told my husband Its 330 time to pay and leave. The only thing she helped with was moving my guests out. I did tip, however, I should have tipped the parents who were helping me run the party then the person who was leaning on the counter the whole time. I am just grateful that my daughter was not impacted by the party host, and that she enjoyed her time. Again, I understand I did a DIY party, and I didnt need her help. But at that point she needs just not say anything at all and let me do what I wanted if she wasnt going to be kind. Several guests made a comment about her demeanor. The customer service was just disappointing

We visited for the first time during a birthday party and my kiddos had so much fun!! Definitely a place where your kiddos can use their imagination, and have a ton of fun playing. The floor plan is very open so you can see your child at any PlayStation no matter where you stand/sit. We have visited this play street before and when given the choice which one he wanted to go to today my 3-year-old chose this one to go to with his 1-year-old sibling. It is very cute, clean and I liked the little extra touches to make it festive for Christmas.The staff member working today though was not the friendliest right from the beginning. There was no acknowledgment of my kids when we got there and she never came out from behind the counter or interacted with any of the other guests that I saw while we were there. Then when we left she inferred that I should withhold the snack from my child because he had thrown a fit when it was time to leave. (She said you get two snacks but you might not want to get one for him because.. and then looked at him. I think she could tell that I was offended because she then tried to be nice and talk to him and ask if hed had a good time but at that point he was still pouting.) She also didnt know that he was upset because he thought he had a bathroom accident and that was why he was yelling and crying more. Should he throw a fit about leaving? No but he is three and I was handling it. Should she have insinuated herself into parenting my child? No. Very disappointed and not the customer service Im used to from PSMs.

Cutest little place, looks like a little town inside here and they play make believe, we came for a birthday party and i didnt realize i couldve bought a toy from there! They have alot of the toys for sale that they use in the musiem. Like build your own burger, the drink station, the register with money, the mop and broom set, build your own ice cream cone, a wooden mixer for the kitchen. I really liked the dinosaur section because my son loves dinosaurs!! So we read some dino books and played with the dinos while reading.

The reservation system needs to go (at least on weekdays!). In a season of having littles with unpredictable schedules and nap times, having to make a reservation is so complicated. I wish this was run like the Allen location where we could just show up when the time was right for my family. Plus, I feel like it s a ghost town whenever we come because there s hardly anyone there! I want my children to socialize with others, and I feel the reservation system hinders that. Even if the time slots were extended it would make coming here so much easier!

Over the last few years we ve been to every DFW play street location except Keller and Murphy and have a great experience every single time. The locations are always kept clean, toys aren t missing pieces, children are well behaved and it s never over crowded. The price is perfect for hours of play and the sensory and art activities they offer in addition to just regular play time are fantastic. I started taking both of my children around 11-12 months old and I never felt like they were being run over by big kids like at a lot of other children s places. PSM is hands down the best children s activity in the area and we re so glad we have so many options close to us.

Very cute place! Lots of different areas with fun toys for kids to play with. You get a free treat with admission and dont have to pay for the adults which is nice. Clean and organized as well.

This place is excellent for imaginative play. Its always clean, they have snacks, awesome themed events and its great for the working parent who needs to let their kid(s) run around while they get some work done using the free wifi!

Very impressed with our birthday party experience. Ms. Reagan blew it out of the park with her helpfulness and went above and beyond for us. She took pictures for us, helped serve pizza and cake, and kept water glasses full for our guests too. I am so grateful for her and the Plano team. The kiddos had a blast playing and never get bored with all the activities. We ll definitely be back!

Great interactive play area for my toddler. Very clean and tidy. Many differently themed spaces to hang out either letting child play on own or interacting together. Didnt even notice I had been there over 2 hours by the time I was leaving. Great for something to do especially on rainy days or days that are too hot. $12 price is a bit high to make a frequent stop, but definitely a fun thing to do on occasion to mix things up.

I found this gem because we had been to Birthday parties at this location and Frisco (they re all themed differently). This summer heat has had us trapped indoors so to surprise my 8 and 5 year old we took our first trip (of MANY many more to come) to Play Street! The cost is $12 per kid, that gets you access to the museum ALL DAY and all the fun toys/games. When we went there were several space themed LEGO sets out to celebrate the moon landing anniversary! We definitely paid the $5 to make our own batch of slime in the slime lab, my 8yo also painted pottery!! In my opinion, the service is light years ahead of anywhere else in the area! The ladies were SO genuine with parents and kids (they happily played with all kiddos while cleaning up) The owner truly cares about the entire family s experience. She was warm and praised her staff openly. Our family will definitely be back!!!

My LO is almost 2 years old and he loved it! Lots of interactive and open ended toys. Perfect for learning through play. He also loved the lizard and complimentary snack. We could have easily stayed all morning!

Great place to go for kids parties. They have 3 levels for the party ie what you bring vs what you pay them for. The kids had a great time. There was some seating for adults. Staff was really great. My granddaughter ordered pizza from outside which was fine. She also furnished the decorations. Good family time.

This is a great indoor play place for kids. It s neat and clean. The staff was very friendly. My 4 year old son had a great time. We spent 3 hrs there. It s worth for $12. We can choose one snack and one drink from there. We will definitely come back

Play Street Plano is camping themed. At age 2, my son loves the different types of blocks, play kitchens and animals. He will play for hours :) At age 1 he was exhausted after just an hour, but he still had fun. $11.50 gets you unlimited play plus a snack. Dont bring food or drinks in the play area. Children under the age of 1 are free. Parking is plentiful and free, and there are reserved spots for expecting mothers. Play street has a small toy store where you can buy your kids favorites.

It was quite small for the price. My kids had fun, but they were ready to go after about an hour. This would probably be a better value with a membership rather than a one shot visit. The staff were super friendly and they were always going out to the play area and replacing things that got moved around.

This is an amazing place. We had our 4 year olds birthday here and it could not have been better. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Ample room for any sized party. Excellent organization as far as cake, food, drink placements. The whole setup was awesome and we will most definitely be back in the future. We could not be happier and the kiddos loved it.
