Came here with my dog a few days ago and loved it. Shade everywhere and plenty of big open spaces for me to be able to have my pup on a long leash so he can sniff and run around safely. There were a lot of bugs but it is what it is. Also a lot of trees with broken branches and such- I dont think I would come here if it was significantly windy, but thats just nature, cant be helped.

The park is beautiful, with winding roads, trees, picnic tables under a shady gazebo. A church Reunion & picnic was reserved and a grill was set up on the perimeter, offering burgers, hot dogs. BBQ ribs & fixings like potato salad, baked beans, , sliced onions, lettuce, tomatoes, relish, mustard, ketchup, various pastries, bottled water, & a variety of sodas. There was a playground with swings for the kids, restrooms (tho I didnt use it). A great time, although it was quite humid! Playground: Playground featured swings for the kids. Toilets: Friends & family, especially with kids, visited the restrooms (tho I didnt have to use them). Dog-friendliness: I saw people walking their dogs along the trails; also, dogs were running & playing! Picnic area: Numerous metal tables with attached seating were available under covered pavilions.

This park is a hidden gem. Love how is tucked away around a nice neighborhood. It has a really nice size pavilion with picnic tables under the pavilion as well as scattered around the park. Alot of shade from the beautiful trees. A bbq area and a playground area for the kids. Plus an restroom area. Toilets: Restrooms are there, but I did not use them.

It s a nice area to take your children, and if you have a dog, they can run around in a vast space! I do recommend if you want to have a day of recreational fun!

Dog-friendliness: This is a city park, dogs are welcome, but must remain on leash. Small children play on the playground. There are covered tables under the pavilion roof, and uncovered picnic tables in various parts of the park.

I almost don t want to write this review for fear that the masses will swarm! This park is idyllic. Nestled in the woods and full of sunshine. I go as often as possible! Playground: Excellent condition. Springy turf. Wheelchair friendly!

This park is not safe for woman and children. There was about 10 cars of old creepy men slowly driving past watching the kids playing. Some of them parked. You cannot use the bathrooms here. It is not safe. No doors. Not safe. Do. Not. Come. To. This. Park. Alone. Bring a gun if your alone. Always watch your surroundings. This park used to be a meet up for satanic ritual sacrifices, there has been murder here. Evil things. Very bad vibes. Not safe. Do not come here. It used to be called 111 ranch. This place is haunted. There needs to be mass prayers over this land.

Toilets: Super Rustic no privacy very aired out . Noone can run off with the toilet paper so youre clear there. Sanitary stainless steele. Could use some upkeep with the spider webs. Neutral on how safe it is. Its super close to the mens on the opposite side. There was a sink and soap thats unusual for most parks. Its a concrete bathroom with an open outdoor design no doors. Hope youre not shy. Its better to be aware if you already arent. Besides that the park offers generous amounts of shade and several parking spots. I choose to take a break from DoorDash between orders or #selfcare moment throughout my work run if in area. Never there after dark. During the day you can see golfers. The neighborhood is well kept. They have a nice park nearby. Hopefully they enjoy it and not take it for granted. Its a hidden majestic nature escape.

The park is rather small and really focused on having gatherings. It has a huge pavilion for events and a small playground with equipment for both big and small kids. Our 2 yr old loved having her own size slide to go down. Picnic area: Several picnic tables spread out around the lawn.

I would have given it a five but I had a very strange interaction there. I was walking my small dog and a man in camo with a large camo lens camera and a small satellite dish got out of his truck and set up in the parking lot. He kept looking at me and my dog so I left. It was just a very uncomfortable situation.

It would ve been enjoyable if there weren t black wasps roaming around the kids play area. I noticed a bunch of them hovering on a tree nearby so there must be an active hive. We had to leave to avoid having anyone from the family getting stung and one of them almost got into our car as well. Other than that it s a good place to hang out

Awesome park with two play structures (older & toddler), swings, and picnic tables! Nearby restroom. Lots of trees! Beautiful! Only downsides are 1. the playground is close to the parking lot (in that you have to keep a closer eye out for kids) 2. it can get pretty sunny & it is not a covered playground. Great for fall/winter!

It is a kind of isolated park in a wooded area with a small children s playground (one for older kids and toddlers). Lots of trees and a lake out back if you re willing to trek through the woods, but there are no walking trails. There are paths for the golf carts used near the entrance since the park is connected to the larger golf field. Overall, an okay, small, clean park.

Was surprised that the park was unmaintained after seeing so many good reviews. No path to walk along, the grass was like crab grass. The creek flows around the park. But only one or two places to access it through the the bushes lining the steep banks. To be fair the playground areas were under construction and look like they will be nice when done. One of the access points led to a rope swing that was over the creek which was a nice.

Lovely park for just a beautiful walk ro exrerices or just a stroll by yourself or with the kids. Park has a swing set from what I seen that the kids were playing it. Went for a birthday party. Very spacious and cool. Would definitely look into it myself for something outside with space.

I liked this park. Its has a really beautiful scenery. There are lots of pretty trees providing lots of shade. There is also a little area for lityle children to play and a lare field area big enough to play ball or frisbee. There is a huge pavilion for hug family cookout or picnic parties. The only thing I didnt like is even though you dont have to walk far to the little restroom building, there werent any doirs to the stalls only shower curtains. Im not comfortable with that. So I wouldnt go alone if I really had to go, nor would I allow children to go alone. I also suggest the install a soap dispener, hand dryer, and a baby diaper changing station, some lighting for the evening (maybe lighting that can be solar charged durig the day). Oh.... and lets not forget doors for the stalls.

I remember going out to this place many times back in the seventies when we were teenagers. Firewheel golf course or the whole neighborhood didnt exist back then. It was a little spooky what with the devil worshipers going out there and leaving their remnants behind on the ground.
