I was in line behind someone ordering. They got their order while I was still deciding. The 2 guys working were on the phone with one of their friends. They then put a we ll be right back sign up as I walked up as they continued to talk to their friend on the phone. I stand there for a second, and they tell me their system just went down as they continue talking to their friend on the phone. I walked past after getting something else a couple minutes later to see someone else ordering.

Came in here a few days ago for my friends birthday and decided to finally try the waffles here after walking past the place during several other visits to legacy. And i am soooo glad that i did! Literally had the best waffles i ve ever tasted in my life and will be returning many more times! My waffle was burnt on the edges (visibly blackened) and nearly bare with little to no drizzle of the multiple toppings I got. Staff were doing their best to keep up with orders and were really nice, but the stale waffle that was dense and burnt could not even be cut with their plastic utensils and was a waste. I m not sure if they are reheating 8hr old waffles, as this was purchased towards the evening? I enjoyed this place a few years ago and am hoping this was a fluke incident.

Last night i visited legacy hall for the first time with my family and was pleasantly surprised at the creativeness of waffles! I was assisted by the kind workers christian and blake and they were so helpful and patient with my family and I, as we were new and unfamiliar with the menu. The waffle I got was so delicious, my favorite part was the whipped cream. Only complaint was that the strawberries were a bit sour, and the waffle was kind of hard and maybe a bit old. The girl who fulfilled my order was so nice. I ordered a waffle without Nutella and she accidentally made it with Nutella but made another waffle without it and gave both of them to me. I ordered take out and when she saw me struggling to carry it, she offered me a bag. Parking: Place can get busy during lunch time so parking is competitive

I recently visited Press Waffle Co. located in Legacy Hall. I decided to try their cinnamon roll waffle, and while the flavor was good, I was a bit disappointed cause It was a bit hard, which took away from the overall enjoyment of the dish. However, I have to commend their customer service. The lady working was alone but was friendly and explained it would take longer cause she had to make them, I was understanding. Waiting for 45 mins in line for waffles! The House waffle was excellent! The service by Robert was exceptional!!! The poor reviews is for the owners and no one else!! We ve been coming here for years for the amazing waffles but past two weekends they have been under staffed and poor employee working solo on a weekend night having to prep, take orders and make the waffles. Robert was exceptional and though it looked like he was manning a 3 person job he still did it with a smile and great attitude! The owners need to figure out how to improve the Plano legacy west location staffing issues otherwise this will hurt their business and many customers waited for 20-25 mins and then left. This is not a problem of the hard working employee, Robert, who showed up but the owners should have come in on the Saturday night when you have a hot product like this that everyone wants. This line is 30 clients deep waiting to order and I m telling you in the 45 mins we waiting they lost more then half and other would join and more would leave. Talk about lost revenue!

The waffle was really good! I was torn between the cinnamon bun waffle and the Elvis. Ended up going with the cinnamon bun waffle and regretted not getting the Elvis. Don t get me wrong, this one was absolutely delicious! I just happened to pick the wrong one for what I wanted at that time. The cinnamon syrup did overpower the icing a little bit, but it didn t stop me from loving every bite. I also got a side of bacon, and that was completely unnecessary. I think this should have been my first hint I should have ordered the Elvis instead. Don t listen to your friend s opinion when picking your waffle. Follow your heart!

Sadly, we didn t get to try anything bc, when we stopped by for brunch at 10:10 AM, the young man working there ignored us for several minutes before finally saying he d be open around 10:30 (their hours say they open at 10 AM). We said thank you and circled back at 10:35. He ignored us again (we were the only people standing there) while he moved supplies around the shop, and, when we asked if he knew how long it would be before he could serve us, he said, I ll get to you in a bit without ever making eye contact. The food looked good, but the service was literally nonexistent.

So I came here with my friend and it was interesting to say the least! There s not that many savory options for the waffles and as well it s dessert waffles (recipe uses more sugar so the batter is dense with caramelization) so it s not what I was expecting. As well the chicken is frozen not fresh so a little disappointing. This place is trendy though so 4 stars for atmosphere and presentation makes it better like look how cute my picture is! The food is great for pictures but it tastes like constipation. 4 stars!

So no follow up so unfortunately I will leave my experience on here as a review On 04/05 I attempted to place an order at your Plano store and there was a young man making waffles facing us. I waited about 5 minutes and finally asked if I could place an order. The young man seemed both frustrated and bothered and said I will help you in a little bit while looking down never making eye contact. I had to ask him as he was ignoring us and never bothered to even look up. So I waited patiently another 5 minutes or so and after nothing I asked is there someone who can help you and then hr aggressively repeated I told you id help you in a minute. I then felt extremely uncomfortable and addressed how unprofessional he was acting. He threw his towel back as if he was about to come my direction but then stopped. I reminded him that this is a family business and a bad review could affect the business which is why I am reaching out to you direct vs leaving a Google review. I drove to Plano from North Richland Hills specifically to enjoy gourmet tacos and waffles and meet my girlfriend at Legacy Hall to have a special lunch outing and instead I was treated with such disrespect and left with a waffle craving and a ruined trip/experience. This young man needs to be addressed asap before he behaves this way to another customer.

I am an OG Press Waffle customer from the waffle truck days. I always enjoy them. I usually get the house. Its my favorite. Robin made my waffle and it was supurb. Dajua and Robin were so friendly and gave me the customer experience that I have come to expect when I venture over the legacy Hall to get my waffle fix. Highly recommend this place. Give them both a fat bonus.
