Always a great experience with our groomer Mr. Ruben!! A XL Goldendoodle s coat can be too much but thanks to our groomer his coat is always beautiful. Our baby is always excited to show up for his appointments and it never disappoints.

The service was good when I first went now the girls that approach me are very rude. My dog on the other hand sheds a lot and I paid $60 for him to come back shedding even more teeth not done nor nails. I understand he does not let them do this but at least knock off the price or give a discount. I know it comes with the package but I guess I felt I was paying too much. If you have a dog that sheds I do not recommend. If your dog just has long hair and doesn t bite when nails need to be cut or fuss when teeth need to be cleaned this place is for you.

After always going there for the past year and half almost every two weeks spending over $140 each time I go, I will never go back!! They refused to actually try and help my fur baby with out even taking a closer look at her fur. It was we have to cut her hair short plan and simple! Ive taken her in worse shape and Alma my groomer would always find away to fix her hair with out cutting it. I would pay the extra brushing fee always, and she always did an amazing job! This time unfortunately she wasnt there and of course we have to cut her hair short! They just wanted the easy way out. Never again will I go here, yoj jusy lost a loyal client. I know you have more clients but its unfortunate you all didnt want to help! Thanks, Fred

Over priced for them not to do anything. To be honest I m not even sure if they bathed my pup. The most they did was trim the hair around his eye, his behind was left still hairy and the legs they dint even bother to trim anything. Don t waste your money here.

Molly is a 9 year old, 56# Golden Retriever mix. She is a rescue who has anxiety issues. She was also hurt by a prevous groomer. Jessica was very interested in Mollys history and took the time needed for Molly to get used to her while I was still there. Molly willingly walked to the back room with Jessica to await her turn. When I returned to pick Molly up, I was astounded by the transformation! Molly was beautiful! But, most of all she was happy and not anxious! I highly recommend Jessica and Nails 2 Tails!

Bad fur trim, there excuse is that my dog wasnt still while being trimmed. Manager was informed but she didnt address the problem, they corrected the neck but not the paws, and my dog was nicked while being trimmed. Will no longer take her to this place.

They always take such good care of our beasties! Weve got one dog who has absolute badger claws, really thick and curved, and they do an excellent job on them. Hes always so calm with them, which means they treat him well so hes not afraid. The other dog is ancient, with bad arthritis in her hips, so we have to hold her up so they can do her nails. She stays calm, and they do a great job with her. So kind and so professional!

For the first time we took our 4 month old puppy here. I absolutely love this place! Everyone is super nice, genuine, caring, loving and we re super helpful towards my puppy she came back with me very happy and her hair cut is absolutely so cute but unfortunately when the time came for her next appointment I tried to call like so many fricken times and they never even answered. I tried my best to get a hold of someone so that I could reschedule her appointment because we couldn t take her for that time and day her appointment was. but nobody answered so we decided to make her an appointment somewhere else where they always answer the phone immediately. it s very unprofessional for me to be calling and calling and nobody is picking up the phone. So we will be taking our puppy to someone else from now on.

Very professional and they really care about the dogs they groom. The salon is very hip and trendy looking and I like that you can see what theyre doing to your dog at all times. Most other places take your dog behind a wall and that makes my dog anxious. Not here. Plus the groomer was very good with my Cody and trimmer his nails with no problem. Theyre appointment only so keep that in mind in case youre thinking of just walking in.

Setting an appointment was easy and were clear with their packages. The spot is clean with very nice and respectable staff. Our groomer took time to Go over what kind of cut I wanted for my dog. Picked him up a couple hours later without any cuts or injuries. Overall he came out looking amazing, healthy, and happy.

Just moved into town, and was looking for a friendly professional place to get my Australian Shepard bathed. Super pricey for just a bath. Super rude customer service. Was told a price over the phone, went in person and price went higher because of a MISTAKE THEY MADE. Wanted me to drop off at 11 and that he wouldn t be ready till 4 hours later. For just a bath. No grooming. But yet I HAD TO drop him off at 11 and book the appointment. No reason to drop off my dog for an appointment if he s not going to get worked on at his scheduled time of appointment.

Never again. Sadly they always want to chop off the beard of schnauzer without your consent. I literally said don t care how bad it is, please don t cut it. The first thing they freaking cut off. Second, I ve called and complained and they would switch groomers on me. To not be that person and expose the groomers I won t say, but I will say they are not at all passionate to care enough for any pet. They are like the groomers from petsmart which is where they should be if they just want a job. Recommended two family members here and they saw how my schnauzer ended up and decided to stop taking their pet as well. I remember being very pregnant and picking up my dog and real cool, the groomer says oh don t worry the beard will grow back in month. WELL update it s been 10 months he has a messed up beard that has yet to grow. I m so annoyed that they ruined my dog and sadly I thought I had finally found a place.

Luna And Charlie where there for more than 4 hr. Luna is a small dog and they didnt give her a good hair cut and she have scratches all over, and to Charlie his ears where not clean, they came home shaking. The offer me free bath for them 2 days later. Not taking my precious dogs there ever again.

Poor experience. We asked for a trim and for the nails to be cut. We ended up paying for shampooing and a special conditioner when we dint ask for it. Yes, we were 20 min late since they closed so I understand the 15 dollars late fee , ( btw , they called my cellphone instead of my husbands after we asked for him to be called ) however, the 84 dollars for extra things we dint ask for was completely ridiculous. I could not go since I gave birth less than a week ago, so my husband went and just paid what he was told since he had to hurry back and the lady was uncooperative. Very upsetting. They pretty much decided what they wanted to do and charged us for it. Never again. Poor service and experience overall. If you are not up for a surprise bill, it would be best to take your business elsewhere.

Those is the first time we have taken the Wild Ones anywhere to be groomed, so we were nervous about it. They asked if the dogs had any special needs or any health conditions they need to know about in order to groom them. They gave the schnauzer mix a gorgeous cut. They did a beautiful job on their nails especially. They were all tidy, and the edges were all smooth. We provided soft muzzles just in case, but they said they didnt need them when they did their nails, so the dogs must have been pretty comfortable. What really sold me was standing in the front watching them trim coats while we were signing up. One worker was so sweet with this puppy getting its first trim, and another was being calming to a big dog getting a paw trim. Well be taking them all back!

We recently moved to Mission from Garland Texas and were looking for a groomer for our 13 yo West Highland White Terrier. One groomer refused to take him because he was over 10 years old. Im glad they did. We found Nails 2 Tails and have been very pleased with how theyve treated Riley. Hes looked great every time weve taken him. We now have a standing appointment every four weeks. We definitely recommend them.

I really love the friendliness and the way everything is open to see our pup get groomed. He was so happy. I am so happy to find a place where my LeBron doesnt feel nervous when I pick him up. He was so chill.

Theyre always great with my anxious Rocky, its a privilege to be able to get him groomed at a place that will always treat my animals right. Price is something you should throw out the window when it comes to the well being of your loved ones,I dont always get the opportunity to bring him but Im always willing to spend whatever I have to get top care for my pets. Thank you guys for always allowing pet owners the relief of having to worry about the safety of pets at a groomers.

DO NOT take your pet to this place. My dog came out of there infested with flees and a bruised ear. I contacted the owner and he offered to give him a free bath. Why would I take my pet to the same place where he got this problem from? This does not only affect my pet, but also my family since fleas are contagious. I asked the owner for a PARTIAL refund from the $60 that I paid and he said he wanted to do something that was beneficial for both sides. NEVER take your pet here. Owner didnt own up to this, instead wanted to brush it off with a free bath.

I ve taken my dog there since they first opened up and I just have always left with a good experience. I ve noticed so many bad reviews due to their dog being there for 3-4 hours. Honestly, there s no need for those types of bad reviews. I have never questioned why my dog is there for that time because common sense. My dog is not the only dog getting groomed. She doesn t come back scared or with any sort of abuse. I run my errands and when she s ready, I get a text and I head over there. Groomers should be okay to not allow owners there because as owners we spoil our pets and I m sure they won t want to stay still and makes it more difficult for the groomer to do their work. I understand as pet owners it s scary from how many things you hear from other places who have abused dogs. But as of now Nails 2 Tails has always treated my Lawluh with such love and the owners always remember her and it honestly makes me feel happy cause I know they see many pets but they know mine personally. Also, I ve gotten my mother in law to start taking one of her dogs and he loves it. So please, before you want to leave bad reviews. Give them a try. The owners are such humble people and their groomers are professional. Plus they take photos of them and give them their little bandanas. Like so adorable.

This place tells you over the phone/ advertisment that you can view the pet grooming process just to lure you there and thats a lie because they dont let you watch. With all the grooming horror stories whats wrong if you stay. If COVID-19 is an issue as the owner States why are you open for business?

Our dog Paco goes here now. The last place said he would growl this place has never reported anything and his cuts are always great and We ve never had an issue the 4 times we have taken him. We go to their edinburg location staff is nice service is good.

Natalie is awesome! She did is first puppy cut and now his first real cut! The puppy cut was his private and face. This cut was his entire cut. She gave us advice on how to get him use to the shaver. I highly recommend Natalie and Nails 2 Tails for all dog.grooming! I have been to so many in the RGV with our other dogs that aren t longer with us! This is the best place for dog grooming.

My daughter went in to have her dog groomed, unfortunately because her dog has a lot of anxiety, they were not able to trim its nails, since the dog was trying to nip at the groomer. But despite this, the staff was very friendly and patient. They even refunded the money my daughter paid them. I will definitely recommend this place to all my pet owner friends

Too expensive for the services rendered. They were charging me 80 For two dogs..one of them a basset the other a sheltie. Now they chargede 97 Im thinking the cheap bandanas the put on the dogs should have been used for the robbery Too much never again.

My dog and I LOVE this place!!! I just love how nice everyone is here. It smells nice inside too! My dog couldn t wait to get out the car to go inside and get pampered. My poodle comes out so clean and soft. It s so nice that you get to speak with your pets groomer before service. I LOVE my pet s after photos and adorable bandannas!!! Affordable monthly price! Can t wait for my doggy to go again to get spoiled!
