Use to be fun playing here. The atmosphere has changed. Pull tabs, well if the employees would offer the players these would be great. Seems they only target the players on the and NOT the ones that sit in front by the doors. Seems this area is off limits. I would buy these but they never go up there. So very unhappy about the whole situation.

Rosa is extremely rude! She verbally attacked my mom because she claimed the night before she didnt yell bingo loud enough. But yet she didnt say anything the night before? She went on a 5 minute rant with my mom thurs Sept 12 before the 1st bingo. My mom felt very bad the whole evening after that. Please get rid of Rosa or have her attend several Customer Service trainings!

I highly recommend anyone who cares about safety to avoid going to this Bingo Hall. I have witnessed homeless people sleeping and visiting inside this facility. The HVAC doesnt work at all during the summer months when the heat is over 100 degrees, and they use fans as an alternative solution. Their bathroom facilities are not in working condition, and the security guard is not visible on site at various times. They have allowed a hostile environment where players threaten each other. Go at your own risk.

Good Frito Pie if you like HAIR in it AND on the outside of the box it came in. Cooks long shaggy nasty hair was the source Im sure...why doesnt anyone make him wear a hair net? Bring your own food and be safe.

Update #2: so, its hit or miss.... if the lady is calling the numbers plan on things moving freaking fast and not having as much fun because if you even slightly loose concentration you get behind and forget about catching back up for that game.... she calls numbers like shes got somewhere better to be..... Anyways... Have fun Yall. Update #1, our experiences since have been better, everyone else so far has given an appropriate amount of time between number calls and weve definitely not gotten 18 card game, so thats been helpful!! We still have a bit of confusion when they are playing the mini games because not all of them are listed on the schedule sheet, but most of the time the announcer will let you know.... You just have to be paying attention. Fun, but they call the numbers so dang fast! You will NOT have time for the 18 game paper version.... DO NOT GET IT, unless you want to waste you money, and spoil your fun. No rest for the weary!! Also, we were left confused with what game was going on - you better listen carefully, as the announcer says it fast! ( Reminded me of an auctioneer) They play lots off mini games that are not listed on the yellow schedule sheet (the schedule will say one game not in your set, but they might actually play 3-4 games not in your set)...we had so many false starts on our own bingo card (because we werent aware that they played more than one mini game), that it wasnt even worth playing when we actually got back to the games in the set, also, we werent sure what the rules were for some of the games we were playing because the announcer said it so fast, and initially we didnt have the yellow schedule sheet explaining the rule for each game - so make sure you have that, it helps.

Place was clean and smoke free, I was able to relax, enjoy myself and keep my lungs healthy. It wouldve been nice to have won, but overall experience was good. I would return to this location. The pacing for calling and pictures of how to play the game was helpful. The staff was friendly and accomdatiing to explaining how things go.

The worst place to play... the kitchen is so nasty dont use gloves r sanitize there equipment use meat thats brown..stuff un thaws they refreeze it.. stay away..some of there floor workers r very nice but they do go back n say well that was a 0 tip r if u dont tip they tell them stay away from that person..maybe they wont win again then they have their favorite people..thieves 1 for sure works there... but nothing happens cause she having affair with mgr ..Co workers talk bout each other n bout the mgr so bad the main cashier talks about the mgr its so sad.. this place full of drama...STAY AWAY FROM EAST PLANO BINGO!!!!!

If youre a seasoned bingo player and have played at a number of different halls and locations, the game play here will confuse you initially. Why you say? Because EVERY pattern for EVERY game has to be on the same square; not the same sheet. For example, one of the games played is Triple Bingo: 3 lines or corners in the same square. Self-explanatory. Another game is Three Bingos. For the experienced player, this means three lines ANYWHERE on your sheet, not in a single square. Which in effect is TRIPLE BINGO. This manner of play makes it more difficult to win. It would help if this rule of play was on the program. They also play mini games in-between the regular session games. It would be nice if you could purchase these at the same time as your session packs because the sellers on the floor are too often chatting with their regulars to get to you in time to buy it. Overall, you cant beat $20 for two sessions with 18-on cards.

We discovered Plano Bingo about 2 years ago! Definitely a fun place to go and burn $20 for a good double date or just girls night. No alcohol allowed, but they do allow you to bring outside food / drink. You can also find a concession stand inside with a fountain machine & desserts. This place does emphasize computer usage a lot & a majority of winners are on computers BUT every once in a while an old school paper & dobber will win. We love rooting for the little guys. Don t be discouraged if you don t win! Have fun, try to not talk to loud & let the good juju flow.

They cheat too much here for me. If I could give this place a whole -0 I absolutely would. Im tired of Seeing the Same Exact People win. Their computers are horrible. They never switch callers. The same person calls 95% of the time, and she is so slow. Part of making bingo enjoyable is switching callers giving everyone the opportunity to win. Its bad enough their house players get the winning printed tickets on their computers all of the time. Come on now! Sorry, but the truth hurts! When I see change, Ill remove this review.

We went to Plano Bingo for a girls night out. Lol no winners here but for 20 bucks it gave us 3 hours or so of entertainment. We had a lot of fun & the people who frequent the establishment seemed very nice. We played the bingo 9 face card pack $6.00 per session.. so $12.00 total for both sessions & the 2 extras per session was $4.00 so total was $8.00. They even walk around selling pull tab games too for $1.00. All cash for everything, cash is all they accept here. If playing bingo on paper isnt your style they have the bingo computers at a higher price. They also have food for sale at the concessions stand. My friend got nachos which looked pretty good. I would definitely go back.

Ok so we wanted to go for the first time and enjoy some bingo fun . This was a total let down.. only 1 person that worked there was nice..one of the girls we bought our paper cards with.. everyone else were totally rude!! Acted like we were supposed to know how TH to play the pull tabs, etc..they acted like they didnt have time for us.. and would ignore us when we wanted to buy tabs/cards.. ppl there are like sharks when it comes to buying pull tabs.. its nuts. Needless to say.. we will probably try out another location if we ever to decide to play ... I say if u dont like your job and going to be rude to paying customers then find u another job and retire already...

First time bingo player and I went last week Sunday. Got an 18 face sheet card and it was absolute hell!!! If you re a beginner start off with the 9 face sheet first the caller is super sweet but she calls the numbers super fast! You can barely keep up. For the last two weeks the kitchen closed early. First week couldn t get anything from the grill except fried foods. Last week we stood in line and at 8:20 the lady told us just as we got there that they were not cooking anything from the grill, only stuff that could be fried. Closed early. Have always enjoyed all the burgers, sandwiches etc, but here lately the service and the rudeness is unacceptable.
