I recently attended an event at Grand Center Plano, and I cant say enough good things about this place! The facilities were absolutely top-notch modern, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Every area, from the main lobby to the main halls, was equipped with everything we needed and more. The food was another highlight! From start to finish, each dish was delicious and presented beautifully. You could tell the catering team put a lot of care and attention into the menu. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. If youre looking for a venue that combines amazing facilities with outstanding food and service, look no further than Grand Center Plano. I highly recommend it!

We had booked the main auditorium for an Indian classical vocal concert. After booking the hall, when we found out that the adjacent banquet hall was also booked out for the same time, we were worried about the sound filtering thru to the auditorium. However, Gagan assured us that he will have the autitorium soundproofed. The soundproofing worked and we did not have any sound seep thru at all. Besides that, the sound quality of the hall is very good, and hall provides a great ambience. Great venue.

Had the opportunity to celebrate my Sangeet wedding event at the Grand Center and I can express to you how special it was. I had one of my wedding events here and it was the best venue ever to have it! The lighting is one of their stand out features at this venue; it gives it such a grand look and a fantastic addition to your event! Gagan (the owner) is amazing as well: super cooperative, understanding and a fantastic host! They also have an upgraded speaker package that was just incredible! The food is in house and it was amazing as well! Would 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking to host an event here!

I used banquet hall for party, rent was little expensive for me the owner did not mentioned any other service they offer with rent, what i asked they added more money for example warmer $100, ice $100 & cleaning service fee $200, these stuff they should addd in one package instead of adding separate charges we were getting late at end of party i asked them is it okay with extra 30 minutes said you will need to pay additional $350/hr. I wasnt happy with their charges added. I can t appreciate only on decor other services, your charges are ridiculous we used ice less than 25 lbs and paid $100, I never used your banquet hall ever again as well I ll tell my families add, friends about your charges & limited time.

Went to this place for 2 concerts at 2 different times. It was a great experience. It has a auditorium setting with great sound effects & quality music that makes it a amazing concert arena. Sitting is comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. It s a good place to see your favorite artist play your favorite songs.

We recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this beautiful hall. Mr. Gagan Bhalla co-ordinated the event on our behalf. He provided excellent dining tables and utensils and his DJ was superb. He even set up a special screen to show family pictures, but above all, he consented with our request to extend the stage, so the dance performances could be superbly seen by everone in the hall. We have booked this hall almost a year ago and host - Gagan is awesome to work. He is has provided all facilities and went above and beyond where ever its necessary. We have booked 700 seating capacity hall for Arangettram and 80 capacity for food dinning. Gagan arranged lighting, sound engineer at reasonabl price. Faciltity wise - AC, Toilet, Green Room, Parking - all are excellent. I would say this is perfect place for arangettran and any large functions. Thanks to Gagan, Susheel(Sound Engineer), Onion (Sound Engineer), Amol (light Engineer). Gagan said on day one that he will treat this function as his own family function.....he has fulfilled his promise. Everyone was pleased about this facility - easy to access in DFW area. We will come back to this facility for another function soon.

One Stop Shop for all your Expectations for all special occasions. Sincere advise, be upfront with the owners on what you want and hear him out patiently, you will get more than what you bargain for. I just hosted my 25th Wedding anniversary and it was a grand celebration in true sense. The owner Gagan practically took over as the host and ensured every service was top notch. I am glad, I gave him the turn-key project for decorations, Catering, food, Bartender, DJ and everything was above expectations. He was very flexible and was willingly accommodating all our last minute requests. I will strongly advise to consider the place once BEFORE you go to other venues. Its incomparable to any place in and around Dallas area for all your events.

I used Grand Center for a birthday party and the place met and exceeded all expectations. Gagan (owner of the place) was very easy to work with and made this a turnkey event for us. He coordinated with all the vendors for food, bartender, servers, DJ, Decorations etc. All we had to do was show up. He did an amazing job with the decorations. They were quality decorations done tastefully. I would highly highly highly recommend this place.

We rented the auditorium for a dance performance (Bharatanatyam Arangetram) and it was a bad experience due to bad management. Because I paid all the amount before event, Gagan took advantage of that. He first canceled our rehearsal one day before, because he didnt allocate the resources(light and sound tech). Then we had to reschedule our rehearsal based on his convenience. I had confirmed the rehearsal date few weeks before and planned everything. Few hours before the event, Gagan called me and said we shouldnt use entrance for decorations, and even if I did use, he said he will remove after event starts. We did all our decorations in front of the auditorium and they moved that and allowed other party to use that space. Our event is 3 to 7 pm and the other event supposed to start at 7 pm. The other party people started testing the sound system and that was really loud, it was a big distraction for the dance. At the end Gagan kept his laptop somewhere and started accusing my friends of stealing. There were also cockroaches in the dressing rooms and the stage itself was very uneven, causing the dancer some minor bruises on her feet. Overall, the facility is okay but the management makes this place pretty bad.

This Review is important for future event managers who is looking for a venue in Plano. Do not rent this place at all. We did an event two years back , these people are very unprofessional, they never returned our deposit after event, even though verbally agreed. We booked the whole event center but when we went there there was some Church Event going on which delayed our event and another hall was occupied too. We had problem with everything that day but we let it go coz the event itself was good. Now two years later they had some other work with us and get in touch when we asked for a deposit he now (after two years) generated some expenses and took away our $700. I am an event manager I have an event company if you need a venue in the area let me know I will find you better for free but never rent this place. If you have no options make the proper contract and get your deposit the same day after the event.
