My sister wanted Cajun, and my brother n law wanted Japanese food. I cant believe I found this place with both. It was the best experience and food was delicious. Robot is cute. No beer, but they let you byob, lol. I had mango cream tea with the beads, so good. We cant wait to go again. Go, you will be happy you did.

We gave this place a try on Sunday for dinner. And it s definitely a place we will go back too. Food was good and the portion sizes are great. We were the only ones in there for a while and towards the end of our meal others came in. The prices are also great. I spent $90 on 4 adults and a few appetizers. We were impressed as well as having the robot deliver our food. This place is a 5 minute drive from our house and I m glad we stopped here and decided to try it out. Definitely didn t disappoint!

I had the most unbelievably delicious build your own vegetarian fried rice here last night. Miso soup was amazing and so was the service by Indu. The restaurant is so nice, spacious and clean with beautiful decor, especially the umbrellas hanging from the ceiling. The robot always brings a smile to our faces. If you re looking for delicious vegetarian hibachi in Plano you have to try Ninja Grill!

We ordered the hibachi shrimp fried rice and the combo lomein both medium spicy. It had just the right amount of heat and it was not overbearing. Both we frankly amazing. Also ordered the boiled shrimp in Cajun. It was ok, but my wife loved it! Amazing service. The hostess was warm and the robot delivering the food is a nice touch. This is a hidden gem in DFW for sure!

Sitting here trying to figure out why the heck I didn t know about this place sooner!? A legit hidden GEM. DELICIOUS and delectable. Great food, great staff and great environment. I usually go to Hana s in Garland which is amazing hibachi and very reasonably priced but a far drive. I stay about 10 minutes from this place and I must say 10/10. Food and service are good but I have to give them one star for refusing over many months to have their online ordering system fixed so that a customer can reorder previous orders. They offer a large variety of items for their hibachi dishes so its an important timesaver to be able to reorder rather than start from scratch each time. Despite my telling them at least a half dozen times about the problem, identifying the actual coding problem, and demonstrating the problem in person, they still will not make their vendor fix it. One lost regular customer here.

We tried this for the first time (take out) and we both loved it! We had the Hibachi Chicken and Hibachi Shrimp and both were excellent! Wonderful flavor and quality ingredients. I like being able to choose my favorite veggies. The portions are generous. Even the leftovers re-heated were very good! A great value for quality food! Will definitely be a regular place for us.

We saw Ninja Grill had just opened and wanted to try it out. We came here for an early dinner so there was no crowd and only 2 other tables at the time. While we waited for our food we noticed that the walls were sweating and the sushi display up front was sweating too. In disgust, we told ourselves thats a big No-no and we skipped the idea of getting a roll for an appetizer. I opted for the miso soup and a boba tea to start. The waitress was attentive and very friendly. For dinner we both had the steak hibachi. Unfortunately, we figured out why the prices were low. The meat is low quality and very fatty, the rice was kind of bland. Hoping for some improvement but this suite in particular seems to turn over a lot.

I eat here with my friend before work almost every weekday and it is so delicious. The hostess is so nice and she really makes the experience worth it and deserves every tip she gets. We were really looking forward to finally trying this place out. We were disappointed with the environment and food. The restaurant is large, very brightly lit and felt cold. The waitress was very inexperienced, although she was nice. My husband I both ordered the steak hibachi with fried rice. The steak was very fatty. The fried rice was just white rice in a brown broth (no veggies/egg). The veggies were the only good part about the hibachi dinner. The sauces are served in plastic to go containers and were not flavorful. Disappointing experience. Was really hoping to find a new place to dine!

We happened in on their first day of operation and it was great! We all got the hibachi. I love that you can customize exactly was vegetables, sauce, food base (rice, noodle, etc), and meat. Just tried this place with my brothers and we had a wonderful experience! We split pan fried dumplings and shared a bit of each other s plates so we could try the chicken, steak, noodles and rice options. I ve seen this place under construction for a while and saw it finally opened, so I ordered dinner from here for takeout. I ordered chicken hibachi, spring rolls, and pan fried dumplings. When I asked the woman up front when they opened and she said yesterday! So when I got home, I noticed part of my order was missing, which was no big deal, it was only a small appetizer (2 spring rolls), and they ve only been open for 1 day after all. I decided to go back and let them know they forgot them. They were very apologetic and gave me not only 4 spring rolls instead of the 2 that I ordered, but a complimentary drink as well! It was their orange drink I believe, and it was so tasty and I will get again! I was blown away by such exceptional customer service. The food was delicious and the ingredients were very fresh. Overall, it s a great value for the price with the portion size and quality. I will definitely be coming back again as a regular customer!
