Headguard (Trinity) was extremely rude. There is no need to scream at adults, communication can be done without screaming at adults. We were inside playing with a football we had not been advised by anyone it was not allowed. Lifeguards had not advised anything either. She came inside demanding for the football screaming. There was no need for that embarrassment she could have politely asked for it to be put away.

For the price, its a great place to relax, cool off, and take kids or grandkids. The pools and rides are clean and well-maintained. There are lots of shaded tables and places to take in the sun. Music comes from speakers throughout the park, but not too loud so as to be obtrusive. The did not burn my bare feet even at near 100 degrees. There are lots of lifeguards. I did not try the food at the snack stand, but price and variety are about what I expected.

I d probably give this water park a 1. I went today and it s was super crowded. No personal space what s so ever. I get it s a water park and there s going to be poeple all over your space. But I didn t get to enjoy myself at all because people were all over my personal space, pushing me and etc. The lazy river was a bust. If you re expecting a cool lazy river it s not it. Irs so small it gets over crowded. It s not a place where adults can go enjoy themselves. It s very kid oriented. Which is nice but I wish they had a section where adults can swim and relax. It also took like 30 minutes to find parking. The parking lot it s not it. So if you re thinking of taking your kids here go for it. I m sure they ll love it. But if you re an adult and are expecting to enjoy yourself too, it s not gonna happen. It was so hard for my bf and i to find a place to relax without people being all over your personal space.

we loved this place. There a lots to do to entertain the kiddos and you can bring your own food & from outside. It seemed a bit expensive for us. $30 for 2 adults & a kid. Too much. But there was no wait in line. The lifeguards are respectful & courteous. There are a ton of lifeguards so the kids are safe. There s several toddler slides & adult slides, lazy river, and indoor pools. this location definitely has it more together than Edinburg. We re coming from Edinburg bc the new water park is a joke. If this place offers season passes we ll get some! Would be worth it.

It was our first visit, but I was surprised that the price they had at the entrance was nothing like what they actually charged me at the entrance. That shouldnt happen. The lifeguard service was exceptional, I have no complaints with the boys, on the contrary, I am grateful for the attention and protection that I felt over all those who were inside. They sell snacks and some light snacks that do not exceed 2 dollars, a very reasonable price and nothing exaggerated. I would recommend planting a little more vegetation than shade and the yellow slide to be ready for times like these.

Not very refreshing. Main/indoor pool was not open, nor was it last summer. Only available area to swim is shallow kiddie playground. Water was very warm and lazy river requires for you to stay on float. Lifeguards very confused as to actual rules

This place was cool it was nice and chill the pool is not deep only goes to 3 ft so the kids could stand up after coming down the slide. We went today and everything was great. My kids had fun. Only thing is be aware of your belongings we noticed our Ghetto neighbors stole our sunblock and and our bags were open. They had there kids sitting on our table so we decided to leave and get some ice cream to cool off. Thankfully, it was just that. Next time we will getting a locker.

The Pharr Aquatic Park has been a go-to for our family of five for the past years. Its a small to medium water park that includes a few good size slides, a kiddie area, and a lazy river that refreshes nonetheless. You can take an ice chest as long as there are no alcoholic beverages or glass containers which make it a pleasant experience for all ages. I do recommend you give it a try.

Its very affordable and great place just to take the kids get wet. Just incase you need to know you can pay with cash or card. Water isnt to deep for little ones in some areas. its 4 feet in some parts of the lazy river. The blue and yellow slide you have to be 48 inches tall to ride and its only 3 ft and 6 inches deep. The middle area where the small slides and park like area is maybe up to ankles or mid leg but you start to walk away from the middle area the pool starts to get deep for little ones up to 3 ft 6in.

Really fun place for families but the lifeguards make it a huge low rating and ruin the experience. They whistle for any little thing like fixing yourself in a floatie, as if they feel better being controlling adults. If they replaced the controlling lifeguards definitely a 5.

The price was very affordable. The kids loved it and had a lot of fun! For an extra $5 you get to bring in your own ice chest with drinks/snacks, no glass bottles. The place was very clean and kid friendly and had life guards that were very attentive to everyone! It has a lazy river, a splash pad with slides for toodlers, and several toboggan for adults and teens, two huge water slides for teens and adults. It was open from12:30 pm to 5:30. Has showers and lockers available!

Great price and the kiddos (age 5 and 3) had a blast! We are definitely returning again. I did remove 1 star because several times the lifeguards were not paying attention on the slides and the older kids were cutting line in front of the little ones and they were even too crowded at one slide.

The place is well maintained, theres a lot of lifeguards on duty supervising the kids, following CDC guidelines and procedures including evacuating pools if fluids are detected like blood and vomit. Theres 3 waterslides and 2 pools for kids, theres another pool but is only used to exercise so you have to be swimming from side to side nonstop and costs extra, the food could be a little bit more healthier since theres only hotdogs, nachos and Cheetos, but its ok I guess and within the parameter since the valley is leader in obesity nationwide LOL, aside from that is a nice place to spend the afternoon while kids have fun.

If you take little children, its an excellent place but there isnt much fun for older people since they ask you if you want to go to the water park or the pool and you asked for both and then I had some problems because they wouldnt let me pass and we clarified it and I went in and they told me that I cant since I dont know how to swim and other things. The food is very expensive and I prefer to go to the Alamo pool and the McAllen pool. In both, they let food in and you enjoy it.

What a great place to bring your family on a summer afternoon. The place is very clean and very big. Lots of things to say and do and the food is an overpriced. The sodas arent more than a dollar and they have decent food selection of everything. This is what was key for my family, the park wasnt HUGE. So if the kids ran off we didnt have to form a search party. Finally they have lifeguards EVERYWHERE...so some of the slides did take longer but they were very attentive.

First of all, the indoor pool was closed and there was no information about the closure beforehand. Also, there is no actual pool space, just kids playground and lazy river. The sprinklers throughout the park were not bothered to be turned on. Lifeguard with control issues. Overall, a disappointment, wouldn t recommend. I d give 0 stars if I could.

I think it is a good idea that food is not allowed from outside. People tend to be very dirty. They throw their trash wherever. I have seen this in parking lots,parks and even at stores. Not impressed. Looks beautiful but too many lifeguards with control issues. Cant sit in the pool. Cant swim in the lazy river. Wait 30 mins for the slides because they need to wait 2 min even after the kid is out of the pool. The pool is literally only 3-4 feet deep. QUIT BLOWING WHISTLES NON STOP IT IS LOUD AND ANNOYING. Must be run by liberals. Rule pool.
