Went in today for my son to be denied his medication for his condition just because pharmacist said that even though insurance covered it, the pharmacy was still loosing a lot from it and it didn t benifit them. She continuously asked if there was any other place that could give him his medication just because of it. Additionally, pharmacist kept saying that she could process it but the only thing was that we weren t their clients when we have been there with the clinic next door 20years+. Definitely not how you should treat patients just because of their condition and get told their business isn t as important as others. This attitude made my son feel discouraged and discriminated just for living with his condition and it definitely should be the way someone s child should feel. Deeply disappointed!

We went to get vaccinated. A short man was serving and completely ignored us. I asked him where we could sign up and it bothered him. Other people arrived and he did attend to them. I dont know why he had that attitude. They are there for the customer, they need CUSTOMER SERVICE classes. I asked a woman at the window if I could talk to someone else, she told me that she was the supervisor, she had the same attitude
