Booked me in a room that had a cracked tub which leaked into hallways moved me to another room which a/c stopped working assistant manager said she would talk to manager about inconvenience and offer a free night manager came in and found a excuse to kick us out by saying a string was sticking out of a bedspread saying we damaged it as well as other rooms they changed us to and put us on do not rent list corporate offices wont do anything this place is short staffed and they dont pay any attention to people stomping above you let dogs in pool area and allow loud music in pool when rooms are right next to it ... ridiculous ...manager ( she is a total Butt ) I cant imagine how many people have gone threw this trucks always honking at all hours of night not to mention the police are there on weekends getting drunk people outta rooms fighting when they claim they are a family friendly location DONT RECOMMEND BY FAR!! CHEAP PRICE BUT CRAPPY SERVICE AND STAFF! STAY AWAY TRUST ME ONCE U COMPLAIN THEY WILL PUT U on dont rent list

Wanted a clean place to spend 1 night. I saw that this motel had an 8.0 rating on a hotel finder sight. The pictures are not what we got. Bathroom was dirty. Build up of dirt on door floor and toilet. It looks like someone made the beds but did not do any real cleaning. The pool area is run down. Bugs in pool. Loud banging noises coming from the floor above our room all night. The traffic was also so loud we couldnt sleep. Not worth it to stay here, not even for an inexpensive 1 night stay.

The area around the hotel is Trash. Literally! They have large trucks with noise and the smell of diesel. The truckers and some of the guest have beer parties outside and leave the place filthy and a mess. Management needs to walk on their property and inspect there property. The owners (franchisees need to revamp their business management and start to upkeep the property.

This hotel over booked to alot of noisy families. There was no peace and quiet at all. The housekeeper didnt come to our room and ask if we needed anything because we left the towels outside for her to pick up. The room was okay and had no working phone.

Please be careful when checking in. The past 2 times my husband and I have gone to this motel, the ladies at the front say the room number OUT LOUD even when theres people around. I thought it was policy that they have to write it down and show it to you for safety purposes. They used to do that but not anymore. I dont know who is training these employees but they need to fix this.

Checked in was given the wrong room. Travelocity called them and they said the next day they would put me in the room I reserved. An hour later (9pm) they called and said they needed to move me that night & it would be a wonderful upgrade. I hurried to get my things together, got the new room which was like an apt only to discover the next morning it only had hot water. I almost burnt the crap out of myself they said sorry be careful. Ended up checking out at 4am and found somewhere else to stay with less traffic in the halls and cold/hot water. Unbelievable customer service.

Very disappointed at this place! I have always stayed here for the past years, did reservation on mobile app. I have always gotten a specific suite both alone and with company, and never in the past years have I been charged a fee for being a single adult. The guy in front desk charged me an extra fee like if I had another adult just to get the suite but what difference does it make being I am a paying customer? I am constantly out of town and wanted to be well relaxed, I would give a 0 but don t have that option.

Customer service was so poor and rude especially the lady at the front desk, Alexa Leal. I went in to get a room and she was so passive aggressive and rude because I asked her how much a room would cost and why she was charging me more from the last time I stayed here since I am a regular customer at this specific motel. Please avoid this hotel at all cost.!!! One star isn t enough. I booked a room and found the sheets dirty and bed bugs crawling all around the bed and curtains and asked for a different room. I spoke with the manager and they were very rude and unprofessional. I was told to leave because they didn t want to deal with the problem. Also they were also racist and said we don t accept your kind anyways. Your better off finding another place it s cheap for a reason. Bed bugs and rude customer service is what they serve

Rooms are nicer than most Motel 6 s , however, they have no toiletries, no sodas or snack machines. They do have them, but they do NOT maintain them. So you re SOL if you want a soda or snack to sleep comfortably., or brush your teeth in the morning. Basic stuff they should have. That s why I give them 1 star. Any Slumlord could run this place!!! Terrible experience. Sign at front desk shouldve been a warning (no drug use or loud noise tolerated) but still decided to stay cause it was late. Didnt sleep all night rooms are not sound proof heard person across the hall coughing all night. The rooms are conjoined so theres a door between rooms we could here the person whole conversation then snoring all night long. Stay away from this place.

The rooms in the hotel were furnished and painted nicely, however my bathtub had a leak in it which flooded the room and had to be moved to a new room. The main issues were with the type of guests staying at the hotel at the time and the way hotel front desk staff handle issues. I went to the pool with my daughter and an hour later a couple began heavily making out for 5+ minutes in the pool while their friends, 6 of their kids (7-10), as while as my daughter (6) watched in disgust while I had to explain to my daughter that they are behaving extremely bad and disgusting. Thankfully only the couple left to their room however they came back within the hour and began making out again. I had to leave with my daughter to avoid her watching something so inappropriate. I notified the front desk who only asked them to go to their rooms instead of being removed from the hotel. Pretty horrible experience and will not return for fear of other disgusting guests.

Everything was fine and dandy until I needed some new sheets. I requested for my room to be turned down on my last night of my stay. I was told by the front desk we will clean and turn down rooms should you stay four or more nights. Also, we do not clean rooms after 3pm So I asked myself they will change your sheets every four days only? Gross! I then asked the receptionist Jada can I at least get some sheets left in front of my door? She says let me put on hold. She left me on hold for over five minutes. I hung up and left because I wanted to continue enjoying my day. I return to my room hours later and there are new sheets on the bed. Keep in mind this mattress had multiple yellow stains of which none were mine and I have taken photos. Also, be aware that I stripped out the bed and pillows myself. I was in hopes that they would at least put them on, nope they were just left there. The sheets which were taken off and put in a pile along with the dirty towels were not taken from the floor in front of the bed. I m not gonna lie, I kicked him out into the hallway in front of my door in once again a neat pile. Hopefully the cleaning service will pick them up. Please let it be know the cleaning service was still working my floor much after 1500, in fact they are still working the floor and it is 1841. Simple unfulfilled request is how you ruin customer service. My stay went from a 5 Star to a ZERO Star.

The rooms were ridiculous the bed uncomfortable the spigot in the shower was literally coming out of the wall you had to turn on the water all the way to the hot to get semi hot water which had absolutely no pressure the drain plug didnt work in the bathtub but the heater and air conditioner worked. The customer service was the only thing that was good and it was a gentleman that helped me because of my situation and he was very personable and I appreciate him I forgot his name and the location of the motel I guess is it right in the middle of everything you can get anything you need in the vicinity I hope this helps anyone

The rooms are good, economical, highly recommended. The only thing I struggle with is a reception employee who didnt speak Spanish, everything else was fine.

Roku TV was small (32 inch) and placed on the wall in an awkward place. No Roku remote, instead the room had a universal remote with limited control. The beds are not as bad but could be comfier. For two beds, both beds had different sized pillows. No refrigerator, microwave, or handheld iron in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, although I was told to wait so the next shift could start even though there were two employees behind the counter, but whatever. Overall, my stay was good. Wasnt in the room all day just for when it was time to sleep.

They banned bcus our dogs were barking an we had made reservation an we slept at a friends place bcus e everywhere was booked then d following day I got charged for not staying there we had left already from d valley were in Falfurrias already an had to travel back so they could reimburse our money back to d credit card so we asked why did they banned us if pet friendly

It s an alright place but walls are thin and you could hear everything around, didn t know pets were allowed because the neighbors dog was barking all night don t like the doors in between seems very irrelevant because it should have more privacy overall rooms were cleaned towels at dispose it s an alright place just few more details for it to be a comfortable place.
