So very Clean, although the outside could use some attention. Staff is very polite and attentive, food tastes fresh. I went in at 11:am placed an order to go for a caldo de pescado, it was fast and well packaged, i was out by 11:20.

Service is terrible we got there and they only had about 3 customers and we had to wait to be seated all the girls there just kept looking at us and kept talking and just kept ignoring us we waited about 10 minutes and we left we will never be back and now I know why the parking lot is always empty those girls need to stop talking about their personal jobs and do their actual jobs

Food is actually fresh ... Servers are friendly and the atmosphere is delightful. I loved the chipotle fish plate a little to much sauce for my liking but delicious. Had a lot of favorable spices which exploded in my mouth. Didnt mind that either.. I would love to try the rest of the plates when I get a chance. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant if your looking to taste fish and shrimp plates from Mexico.

We have gone to Muelle 37 many times but never to the Pharr location. We were running some errands closeby and decided to stop by for late lunch, it was around 5pm and there was only 3 tables but mostly empty, we started out by asking for a shrimp cocktail and a few drinks, the cocktail itself took almost 20mins to arrive, we noticed it took long but did not think much of ir, we then proceeded to order our plates, the waitress took our order and left. 25mins later we asked why our food was taking long and she replies, sorry we are out of beans and rice and we are currently making new batches, if you like to wait 20-30 mins it will be ready and we can serve your dishes or else ask for another dish, we thought it was ridiculous since most of the plates have rice, we told her we were willing to wait. 10 mins later she comes with our plates loaded with extra french fries, we told her why did they bring the plates if we were willing to wait for the rest to be ready, she said it was the cooks fault for being new... we dont plan on going back at least not to this location. Almost 3 hours spent in the restaurant just to wait for two meals, ridiculous.

On Friday March 15, 2024 around 1230pm, we went to lunch there, service was horrible and waitress was even worse. So after an hour, we informed her our food had not arrived, and never once offered a refill. In addition , she got upset because she forgot to put our order in. But the most unprofessional & biggest @$$hole award goes to the cashier, with the worst attitude a human being could possibly have. She rolls her eyes, speaks in an unprofessional and condescending manner to customers, and I guess she doesn t know all debit cards DO NOT have a TAP feature. So if management is reading this, please speak to your employees and retrain them in customer service principals, reiterate their job description, and you may also want to set the performance expectations. What I liked most about this place was its famous little bean starter and surprise, they have already lost the authenticity, the broth also tastes x, what a shame, it was one of my favorite places, if they have already started with the changes they will begin to decline, no way look for options.

I ve been a customer for many years, I always call to order take out, today they wanted me to give them my card number over the phone. I don t feel comfortable doing that, I don t see what s the point of asking for my phone number if you re trying to get my card information over the phone. This place has been one of my favorites for a long time but today my broth had a curious flavor. To close with a flourish, my palate was stung by a fish bone. I had never had any bones come out, but as is normal, they told me to just have them. Quite no, in that case I ask for a whole fish, I say.

The Michelada was super well served. Excellent beans. Christian Nogal in the background. I ordered the Deviled Shrimp, they gave me spicy Aguas. Im sweating and sweating. We were assisted by a super cool lady Amanda. It was my birthday so I eat for free. Grateful for the very good dinner on Wednesday.

They found out that my birthday is this month and they offered me my dish, completely free. I was very pleased. In addition to the abundant food, exquisite flavor and excellent service. Thank you. Parking: It is one box per vehicle. The restaurant has enough drawers for a restaurant with maximum capacity. Kid-friendliness: Economical dishes suitable in quantity and also quality for children. 4:46 pm: I bought a seafood platter at exp dock and cage Pharr TX. During my purchase they forgot to put the tortillas, they only put 2 toasts for a plate for several people, the problem was that I spoke to the restaurant and Suhey (cashier) answered me and commented that I have to order the tortillas, which was my mistake, He added that he doesnt have tortillas, then he said Ill pass you on to the Manager and the Manager didnt answer because he was busy, and then he said If he has tortillas next time, ask for them and hung up on me... my annoyance isnt the tortillas, its the reaction and the lack of problem solving.

When I go with my sister and husband we like to order the one from #PaseoPorElMuelle we order that dish for 2 people and the truth is we eat 3 because they give enough and for starters they give you two toasts of ceviche or combined... They are the best

Terrible service, the waiters and the one at the entrance arguing between the tables. Then a waiter attends, it takes them a long time to bring my food and someone else brings it to me, then the waiter arrives and tells me that it took me a while because I was in a meeting... the trend more or less, its not worth what you pay.

I have been 4 times and none of the times have they served us well... Terrible service, it takes forever to attend... On one occasion we were waiting for more than 10 minutes and no one came to my table, I had to make a call to restaurant to tell the cashier to please send a waiter to my table... That was the only way they served us... The other times we have waited for up to 30 minutes for a table and I dont know why, well in the there were many empty tables, not to mention how long it took to serve us, in any location, mcallen or pharr is the same
