Not one to write reviews, but please avoid this location!! A few months ago I ordered a double beef burrito and what was given to me had no beef and beans instead. I forgot about it until today, I went to try the Crunchwrap supreme for the first time and ordered it as a cravings box with a beefy 5 layer burrito and once again, the crunch wrap had no beef and the burrito was all beans no beef. I may add that I did not get the vegetarian option. Given that these instances happened randomly and months from each other, this negligence might be more common, just get something else or drive to another location if you re really craving it.

I took my kids to eat at Long John Silvers. The fish and hush puppies and fries. I was disappointed with the Mexican pizza. My kids were expecting a bigger size. It was a small tostada filled with ground meat with some kind of sauce. I deleted the photos I am unable to share. Service was good. Very rare I go eat out at a place like this. I have never had such amazing service at a Taco Bell, any Taco Bell I go to they usually get something wrong or are rude. Today I decided to try again and amazing! The girls who helped me were quick, nice and they were accurate on the order taking. I come home and my food is accurate and I actually have enough sauce for everything. Behold this absurdity. Look at the miniscule portion. It is a disgrace this Taco Bell/Long John Silver hybrid has the cheek to sell food in smaller dimensions just to increase profits. The hush puppy size is an insult in itself. Wasnt long ago that my favorite from this place had normal sized portions at a decent price yet months later I opened the box to witness this travesty. Dont know about other locations but this one is BAD. They always get our order wrong and the last time we went was definitely our last. They hardly put any protein in our burritos, they just drench them with cheese sauce. Our chalupas were stale. They did a good job of covering the potatoes with cheese so I didnt notice how bad they were until I got home. Once I was able to see them I was appalled they even served it. Were paying for this. Is it so hard to just serve something you would actually eat to paying customers?

This place was kind of busy when we got there for lunch. We place an order for 3 Tacos Supremes, 3 Crispy Tacos, 1 Nachos Bell Grande, & 1 order of Churros. They made the mistake of not adding the sour cream or tomatoes on the Supreme tacos, and they also forgot to give us the churros. However, the manager on site was nice enough to correct our order and let us keep the other tacos as well. The food here is good, and the service is always great. Im all about the nacho fries. The visit before last (the day before) the fries were hot, crispy, and so deliciously seasoned that I found myself running my finger through the inside of the box to get every last bit of deliciousness. The next day, like a loyal customer would, I went again only to be violated with dry, stiff, wrinkled, soggy, lukewarm nacho fries. Note to manager and franchisee: learn to find balance on how many fries to make at one time so you dont find yourself disappointing customers by having to serve them day-old Nacho Fries. Also, make sure to train your employees in reading and following customized online orders. Sometimes, I dont even get my Diablo sauce for chrissakes.
