Usually get great service at 7Brew but the worker at this location was rude and seemed annoyed that she actually had to work and not stand there talking. We asked what seasonal drinks they had and she couldnt give us and answer and was just plain rude in general. I get it its early and you have to be outside but thats what you signed up for.

Coffie is ok, but it was very hot today and the managers are inside in the shade while the workers are outside in the heat. The managers was VERY passive aggressive when I confronted him about it. This type of work would be called animal cruelty if it were dogs but because they humans its somehow ok? It doesnt matter if you have an ice vest or whatever excuse they have, a human is a human and with the technology we have they should be inside not outside with this dangerous heat.

I always go to 7 brew and never had an issue until yesterday s event. Yes I do understand you all had an event and it was busy, but I got there at 7:00 pm place my order @ 7:15 !! And didn t get my drink till 8:35pm. I asked where my duck was and she said sorry we don t have anymore I ask the workers are you guys only doing the drive-thru because they had a lot of drinks on the side that they were just throwing away every minute. My drink was watered down. The worse experience and drink I ever had.

Very bad management and bad customer service. Went in for the BOGO and decided to do the walk up. Bad idea order was taken at 7:15 and no one was doing the walk up orders till 7:50 when they started taking out the orders! When I asked when they were going to start taking out orders I was ignored and just told by one of the employees that was working very hard that they would be with us shortly. I understand they were busy but I think someone should have worked the walk up side, which was being ignored until 7:50 pm. We finally got my order at 8:22 after my drinks had been sitting there for 10 minutes they decided to give me my order. Waited for my order more than 45 minutes very disappointing. Work on management skills please! Need to be more organized!

Don t go on their BOGO days. They have very bad management skills. All the employees were running around like headless chickens. We decided to get off and order in person WRONG IDEA! I placed the order at 7:15 and ended getting my drinks at 8:30. If they were prioritizing drive-thru orders, they should have closed the walk-in area or at least given us a warning. POOR MANAGEMENT!

i had gone to a different location and asked for an island dream arnold palmer with a splash of coconut milk but they couldn t find the button for coconut milk so they put splash of coco milk in the notes. it was perfectly fine, but when i went to this location when i got my drink they gave it to me with cocoa? I love this place they have great drinks and most of the time friendly staff. Most of the time my drinks typically come out exactly how I like them. They will typically be just right, slightly stronger or slightly sweeter than what I like but I dont mind it, they still taste good. I did go today and had my drink remade because it was watery and it still came out watery. Ive had two instances like that but one of the times they were able to correct it, unfortunately this time the were not able to correct it which is disappointing because I love this place and go here all the time.i ended up just getting a refund. Over all a good place but consistency in flavor isnt always there.

I came here Jan. 6 with my sister at 9:30pm and we were the only ones there. We got off to order at the window, but nobody answered. We saw 2 people there and knocked multiple times and stood around waiting to be noticed for 10 minutes. One of the ladies even passed by, but somehow didn t notice us? It even seemed as if they went to the back to avoid us. So we went in the car to the drive through and they acted like they didn t just ignore us. You can tell when someone is genuinely sorry that they didn t notice you, but they had a body language and facial expressions that said otherwise. I don t usually write reviews, but I found this extremely rude.

You need to try this coffee place. I m always looking for a good black coffee and this is my #1. My husband ordered the hazelnut latte and he said that it was well balanced. The people who take your order are very nice and you will get your order quick. This is way better than Starbucks.

I always go to 7 brew and never had an issue until today. I show up and usually they have people outside taking the the order (they didn t for a while) Then the workers come out and start taking everyone s order but skip my car. I wasn t even at the register so for them to skip my car means they lack common sense. Then 10 cars get there and everyone s order is taken except mine. I get to the front and tell them they skipped me and If my coffee could be priority and they said yes but still continued to make everyone else s coffee before mine and the girl at the register said she told them twice to make mine first yet they were unaware of my order. I was late for work because it took 20 min all because they lack common sense with first come first serve. This has happened many times where they take others orders before mine but never this bad.

Coffee is good, but im everytime i order an iced coffee they over fill it and it spills everywhere. The cup when they give it to you its sticky and then when you ask for napkins seems an inconvenience. Please dont over fill the iced drinks or have napkins available.

I went early morning and the attendant was very helpful and patient. The drink was really good and I like the flat rates for the drinks. Only small suggestion, dry the tablet before giving it to the customer because mine was very wet from the condensation.

Honestly my favorite place to stop for coffee. Everyone is always really helpful if youre confused on what you want to order. The sugar-free replacements taste exactly the same as the regular stuff. Extremely quick so great for mornings when Im running late and they have a point system... on Tuesdays you get double points! My go-to is the blondie completely sugar-free. If youre looking for a coffee that tastes like a real coffee, this is your place

I went here for the first time ordered one drink. They took my order asked for tip. & then they apologized because the person in the back was feeling silly and threw away my drink so they had to remake it. Also the persons order behind me was ready and just sitting there. It was a slushee consistency so it was just sitting there melting since it was such a hot day. Overall coffee was okay. Wouldn t go back simply for that considering the service experience I had.

Knocks out any other local coffee shop in flavors, customer service, and accuracy of the orders they take. I loved so much that they replaced a drink i messed up,i decided to get creative and made a combination on a tea that did not work,and theyvwere kind enough to replace it for another tea.i love that they also have a nive variety in sugar free options in flavors. Dietary restrictions: Love all their sugar free flavors!

I like coming to this place for an iced or hot coffee/chocolate, they have other drink options, the service is good, one thing they need, they really need a mobile application to make it easier for their consumers but other than that everything is great

My daughter ordered something to drink and she enjoyed her beverage. I on the other hand, ordered an Iced Cappuccino and was told that they could not make one even though it is featured on the menu. The music was blaring so loudly that I could not hear the gal taking our order, nor could she hear me very well. I mentioned this to her and she said it was someones favorite song and the music continued to blast away. It was not until I lost my patience with the young lady that she asked someone to reduce the volume enough to be heard. I am not in the habit of giving a business a negative review on the first visit but honestly not impressed by the service or the staff. Visted Saturday May, 6th at 2:05 pm.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Hands down the winner in the drink standbusiness!!!! Fast, friendly, patient staff that explain the drinks if you dont have a smart phone or the desire to look at a menu online. Delicious drinks!! We are repeat customers. Prices are similar to the other guys, but we love this place and service!!We literally live down the street from multiple drink stops, but we CHOOSE to drive 30 minutes away from our home to drink this deliciousness!!! Keep up the great work!!!

I bought a cappuccino in this place to try its flavor and it was a bad experience, the taste of the cappuccino was totally artificial, the drink had a terrible taste, I had never tried a bad cappuccino, and the music was very loud.

Excellent customer service. Every single employee that has assisted me always has a smile and takes their time to recommend options. Favorite drink is a sugar free blondie with oatmilk. Definitely recommend 7 Brew.
