I was reluctant to pay over $18 for chicken strips and if I could do it again I would NEVER eat here. So glad I didn t waste anymore money. The batter was burned to a crisp. The sauce was ranch and it looked like someone had stuck their dirty finger in it. Had other sauces on the top. But the chicken was inedible. The ranch was the only item that wasn t completely disgusting aside from the obvious cross contamination with who knows what. A complete disgrace. I won t be eating here again. Fancy marketing, cute & trendy. Focus more on the food. It s gross. Reading the other reviews confirms this place is a complete don t waste your money or time

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Wing Daddys Sauce House in Pharr, Texas. From the moment we walked in, the service was the worst I have ever encountered. Our server was incredibly unhelpful and rude. When we asked about the menu, they repeatedly directed us to look at the mobile menu instead of providing any assistance or recommendations. This lack of basic customer service extended to our inquiries about available drinks, to which the server again responded dismissively without any effort to assist us. The overall demeanor of the staff was discourteous and unprofessional. My family and I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected that we had to walk out. My kids were shocked and embarrassed by the entire ordeal, which ruined what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment based on my recent experience. The poor service overshadowed everything else and left a lasting negative impression.

If I could put 0 stars I would. For one the good sucks. Second of all, the waitress/bartenders there like to harass people on the clock. The bartender Lucy wanted to fight at Wing Daddy s saying the manager has her back and the idk what. Then when we talked to the manager about it he chose to block me from the business page. If these are the type of women working there I suggest don t go! To threaten customers and want to fight with children around is ridiculous. Don t waste your time all the employees there verbally insulted me multiple time during operation hours.

I placed an online order and till my pick up time was told they didnt have the flavors sauces for the wings I asked for, but the bad thing here is they COULD NOT CANCEL the order because they didn t know how to do it, including the manager so after time debating on how to cancel I had to choose from the few flavors they had available or to just loose the money :/

This is an awesome place to dine. The atmosphere is great with televisions all around for the sports fans. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and wanting to please. The food is delicious with a great variety for even the pickiest of eaters, and daily specials to choose from I know I will return.

Staff is so friendly they even bring you a trashcan so you can throw your chicken wing bones. Multiple times staff came over and asked if everything is OK, but they didnt remove the trashcan they left after cleaning the table next to us. Love the food here, but I m going to start with this. All menus, tables and chairs have this weird sticky feeling to them. It was relatively slow we arrived at 11:55 took roughly 30 min to get our food (again it was slow maybe 5 tables). Their food selection and sauces are great, and you can t beat their drink and happy hour specials either. I do recommend this place but keep in mind the above, it is usually like this it is not a one off experience.

Today I had placed an order online but accidentally selected the Mission location instead of the Pharr location. My wife was in the area and was picking it up for me. Unfortunately nobody realized it was the wrong location until she was at the Pharr restaurant. After hearing the story the manager said not to worry about anything and made my order for my wife! We didn t get his name but we really appreciate the hospitality and understanding from this manager and the staff!

Service was ok. Never cleared away our chicken wing bones. General tsi sauce was bad! Garlic parm was good. Shrimp tacos were the worst food I have ever been served in a restaurant! Corn tortillas were dry and stail. Ever bit of moisture was cooked out of shrimp and replaced with salt. You know when you over cook shrimp they get chewy. This place is amazing. I truly love the variety of sauces. Play with the sauces and find the one you enjoy. I personally get the Cajun and Hellfire extra wet. I recommend some thing on the menu but slightly modified the chicken breast sandwich but instead of breast do two strips and do texas toast not the bun Ines recommended that, she s a great bartender. I truly to believe that people aren t aware of the weekday lunch specials! As of today on Wednesdays they have 5 chicken strips for less than 8 bucks all day ! Tuesdays they have 10 bone in for 7.99 which is a good price considering the avg price of wings now a days. I get one and take the other half for the next day for lunch. Today it was Danni, Anna and Malcolm for management they do a good job of checking on you with out being over bearing in the sense of continuously checking on you. My server was Lucy then Allison and they are always very attentive. Honestly every time I ve had them I ve had a speedy and pleasant service. I ve had other girls in the past who honestly take long but they are no longer here, back then with old management it wasn t any where as good as right now. Parking: I ve never had an issue with parking here.

Cauliflower wings were really good. Another in our party was not a fan of the traditional wings. They thought they were very overcooked & crispy. Which was the opposite of the French fries, which were barely cooked and soggy. Our server couldnt tell us what beers they had on tap and couldnt provide a drink list. When we mentioned the issues with the food they just said oh and avoided us until we had to flag her down to pay the bill. Probably wont be back.

I ll start off by saying our server was good she came frequently to check on us. However the wings we terrible and I m being nice. These wings were larger than average; however they tasted like they were boiled halfway then fried. I ordered lemon pepper, these wings were rubbery and nervy. The meat was difficult to pull off the bone almost like they were undercooked. I will never go there again nor will I recommend. It was my first time having dinner with my parents in a while and this was by far the WORST experience/customer service tonight. It all began when our waitress took our order. She was about 5 4 , slicked back greasy bun hair, wore glasses, medium dark skin and medium weight. After the waitress flirted with my dad for a good 5 min knowing my mom and I were sitting with him, he ordered his entree and my mom ordered a salad. She completely withdrew of my existence so I was unable to order. She comes back to bring my father his plate and forgot my moms salad. After 20 minutes of waiting, my dad asks another waiter to bring our waitress asking where my moms salad was. She then proceeded to argue that no salad was ordered like that of a child. I was distraught, clearly. What kind of adult argues that no food was ordered? It s a restaurant. She refused to apologize and didn t dare to put an order in for the salad. We left due to the inhumane customer service. The manager was polite however; he apologized and stated he will talk to the child of a waitress. Beware and do NOT come here if you want a waitress that was clearly jealous to flirt with your dad or your significant other.

I have never set foot inside the restaurant itself, but I have ordered take out for at least a couple years now, its one of my favorite places for that. Love the food, but you gotta know what to pick. The menu is big and I havent tried everything, but based on what Ive tried I will say the following : First of all, avoid the wings, despite the name, the wings here are just okay at best, you can get better ones with a larger portion, fries and cheaper price not too far across the street. That said, the sauces themselves are great, very flavorful and many flavors I havent seen in other restaurants, and thankfully, you can taste them in some of their other chicken dishes, such as the Chicken Strips (a bit expensive but fairly large pieces, cooked just right too) or the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (yes, despite the name, you can pick any sauce you want for the chicken, not just buffalo). Speaking of which, both the sandwiches and burgers are great, the prices are reasonable, the portion is generous and it comes with fries, very filling. I do suggest you avoid the rib-eye and brisket sandwiches though, the former I tried twice and both times I found the meat kinda hard to chew, the later was okay but they were VERY stingy with how much meat they actually put on the sandwich. You cant go wrong with any of the other sandwiches or burgers though, my personal favorites are the Smokey BBQ Burger and the Philly Cheese Steak. Also, heres a tip : they have a queso sauce, its the one they use for the Sloppy Queso Fries or Burger, but even though its not on the menu, you can request it as a side for any order, its like a couple bucks but its really good and goes specially great with your side fries, totally worth it. So yeah, love the food, just ignore the wings and the brisket/rib-eye stuff. Cant speak much of customer service since I just pick the stuff up, but they usually bring it fairly quickly after I park, dont even have to check in. If I were to criticize something that would be that somewhat recently they added an extra fee specifically for take out. Its like a dollar something and its supposed to cover the take out supplies (you know, the ones you get for free in any other place?). They already increased their prices last year like everyone else due to inflation, so adding this on top of that seems a tad superfluous and a little bit desperate to wrangle some extra money out of you. But if thats what they gotta do to stay in business, so be it.

We like the wings. Tonight I ordered using UberEATS. The driver called me from the restaurant to say they only gave him my wings but not the hamburger. Wing Daddy told him there was no burger on the order. I asked the driver if there was an orange soda. He said yes. I ordered a 10-pc bone-in and a kids burger meal. I selected the orange for the kids meal. How could they have the soda but no burger order! I sent a screenshot and they made the burger. The driver was thoughtful to us and insisted that Wing Daddy make fresh wings too. Wing Daddy was going to let the wings sit and get cold while the burger cooked. Since the driver had to sit and wait 10 minutes for the correct order I double tipped him. Wing Daddy caused the extra cost! BTW, this burger was TERRIBLE! GREASY bun cooked on the grill. Burnt patty. No condiments. No kid would eat this burger.

Somewhat disappointing. The person taking my order was pretty rude and condescending. It felt like I was fighting instead of placing an order no matter how nice and polite I was and saying please and thank you. The place was not busy so I don t understand why the bad service. The food quality was pretty concerning. They sold me celery sticks and carrots not complementary. Which is ok but they were dehydrating and had black and dark grey tips from how old they were. The celery sticks were also old and drying out. The hot wings flavor was good and the buffalo shrimp were good also. The TSO wings were not good in my opinion. They were simply covered in soy sauce and crushed red pepper. Super salty not sweet like TSO should be. I don t recommend them unless you like a lot of soy sauce. If you like large and meaty wings you will really like these but they do seem to have flour so they will become soggy after a short time. They do seem to make everything on the spot. Every time I have come the food is super hot. I have dined in and carried out. I definitely recommend eating in for better food quality. The customer service is mediocre at best no matter where your eat.

It was nice, was new to this place with my family, the atmosphere and decorations are cute, my waitress yadira was amazing on time and very sweet food was great loved it, was able to save a plate to take home enjoyed my visit here, I recommend this place and if you are looking for a waitress ask for yadira as well, thank you

It was totally worth it food was delicious and my server was super nice. I got the wings and fries with and drink and my fiancé got the fried chicken and pickles. It was totally delicious and really worth it and my server Yadira was very friendly and helpful 10/10 would recommend would definitely be coming back again.

The food took about an hour to come, the order was incorrect, and they were not busy at all. Disappointed. We should have read previous reviews, the complaints are the same issues we had. I don t know why the restaurant replies wanting to know customers phone numbers so a manager can contact them. Just fix the common feedback you can read in all of the reviews here. We will not be returning.

We tried this place because we saw a Facebook post saying they had the Best wings. The menu and Facebook images show a full chicken wing. I ordered 10 wings and was served 10 wing sections, not full wings. I ve had gas station wings that were MUCH better. I also ordered the rib eye steak salad. Beef was full of grizzle and very though. Hard to even chew. If this was actually rib eye they need to a new cook! My brothers raspberry ice tea was weak and flavorless. My sister and law had water and the waitress kept trying to get us to order something else to drink, despite being told we just wanted water. It was not very busy at all about 4:30 on a Saturday but service was very slow. Extremely long wait for our food, waited and waited for our bill and for my husbands carry out order. It was wrong. Regular fries instead of sweet potato fries. Waitress said it would only take 3 minutes to make sweet potatoes fries so I told her ok. She just stood there and looked at me then tried to reach in my bag and take the burger back in the kitchen. I told her no, just forget it . I paid with cash, and it took her forever to get my change. She had to go across the restaurant to the bar, there were two people that had to get the change out of bar tenders cash register then 3 more people were counting the change with her before she returned to our table. The receipt showed I should have received $10.43 back. She just handed me $10. Oh and the place was SO loud. Bass was set way too high on sound system and over all volume was stupid loud. I was thankful for my app on my hearing aids so I could decrease the volume coming into my ears. Aver all a very pitiful excuse for a restaurant. Especially when there are so many to choose from. A hot dog at Cost Co food court would have been more enjoyable.

Todays visit left me a little disenchanted. Previously I had come and they had excellent service and attention, after sitting at the table we waited approximately 35 minutes to be served and thats because I got up to request that they take my order, then I asked They provided forks and he just brought them and threw them on the table just like that without care or napkins . Food is amazing! However, the service has been the worst I have ever experienced. The waitress forgot my order of wings, but brought me my basket of fries. When my wings were finally brought it was the wrong flavor of sauce!! She then brought me the right order and wasn t in sight for the rest of the dine in. So we waited about 40 minutes to be checked out, no refills, absolutely no check ins if everything was fine.

Terrible service, terrible vibes, management pushy and seems scared of the chef. The most random playlist Ive EVER heard in my life. Akon, to M83, to Madonna and Britney Spears. My girl was overstimulated to the max, and I had to get her out of there, she was fighting for her life. Also their specialty drinks just seem like sugar.

Wing daddys is slept on. Its such a good place for the obvious WINGS AND DRINKS... The service is always on point. I recommend and would go back Parking: Plenty of space to park it has a lot it lights so you feel secure. Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and designated parking for wheelchair accessible

We were here 5-6 months ago and enjoyed it so we stopped in again. Place was fairly empty, so the service (one waitress) was ok. She tried hard, but they had her running. It is a sports venue, I could understand it being loud, but this was a lite crowd, about 2 pm, we didnt need or want 85 decibel loud and asked to turn it down. I dont think often, but when I do, I like to hear myself and take notes. Manager was nice about it but had to defer to the owner. (Time and place and it was neither). Wing strips were good and flavorful, but could have used more sauce (honey BBQ). Sweet tater fries were on the soggy side, (were not timed with the chicken, done early and kept warm for too long) and came with a marshmallow sauce, different but was too sweet for either of us. Parking: Went mid-afternoon and there was plenty of parking. Ad ambiance to the selection choices

I went last night with the couple of friends and they ordered the garlic parmesan bone-in wings I had one and they were good so I ordered 10 for me when I get my order mine are well done and it took like 25 minutes to get it and it wasnt that many people there and when I did get them the wings were overdone should have sent them back but you know how that goes when youre hungry and youre ready to go

Food was good. Beer was cold. Music was good. Would have been a 5 star if it wasn t for the bar tender that insisted on turning light on at 11:000 PM to start her cleaning. Made everyone feel unwanted. Like, leave. I want to clean and go home Everyone at the bar complained about the lights and she insisted on keeping them on. . Needless to say, we didn t order a second round of drinks. We left and went to another pub where we felt more welcomed.

On arrival there was no greeter so we had to wait to be seated. The restaurant was almost empty so there was no reason for them to take as long as they did to seat us. After being seated it took us almost 10 min to be acknowledged and a waitress finally came to our table. It took very long for us to get our food as well. Once we paid, all the prices on the receipt were wrong compared to the menu. Once the waitress was informed she had no response and appeared careless. The manager came over and stated the menu was not updated with the new prices and did not attempt to resolve the issue. Over all, bad service, but the food was good.
