Most of the time people reach out to complain but not this time The service was on point by the two young Gents whom helped me out. They were very friendly and courteous. The chicken was tasty and hot even after driving to McAllen! Thank You for a Great Meal! I will drive back again and Again .

Ive been here in the past and have had problems with drive thru, they either got my order wrong, missing something, or the food was cold and the chicken had been there too long, and there was a language barrier in which the people couldnt speak English. This time around the guys did an awesome job and spoke English and were very courteous. I saw the improvement! Thanks guys!

Out of all the places on this road to get a quick bite, Popeyes has by far been the best. Whenever I go in, I order from the app and its out in a timely manner and Im good. I have never met such a group of incompetent employees. While ordering I had to tell them my order 3 times because they kept switching people on the headset. Ordered for lunch breast and wing. The wing was not available was offered a thigh plus I ordered macaroni and cheese. I drove away I looked in my box it was a drumstick and another piece of chicken that I couldn t identify, both pieces were dry and over cooked. Its Popeyes. Either its your fried chicken of choice or not. That being said there were a couple of issues this trip. One. The thighs were small. Im talking comically small. Literally thought they were wings for a hot minute. Second. The mac and cheese was watery and bland and the noodles were way overcooked almost to the point of mush. Not at all appetizing. Still the chicken was crisp and tasty and the potatoes and biscuits were good as always. So very middle of the road meal.
