Stop looking for flower shops because this is it!! What a wonderful job on the flowers we ordered for a friends anniversary and they did it even when the shop was supposed to be closed ( July 4). The designers did an amazing job and the owner assisted when nobody else would. Above and beyond for your customers!! You have a customer for life.. Cannot give enough praise for this local shop. I ordered a last min small bouquet for my daughter s performance 20 min before the shop was set to close. I wasn t going to get off of work in time to pick up so I told the lady never mind. She stayed late for me and charged less than $20. It was a beautiful bouquet and excellent service. Plus they have so many neat non floral items in the shop.

Needed flowers delivered same day, then needed to pick up the order instead. Chloe was very pleasant, helpful and informative over the phone. Was able to pick up the arrangement without issue. On arriving at the shop, Chloe and another very nice lady were very friendly and accommodating, offering to put the flowers in a bag for easy transport, and offered good advice on how to carry them in my vehicle. Would definitely use Blumen Meisters again, and recommend them to anyone needing flowers, with friendly service. Oh! And was greeted by the most wonderful and friendly dog when entered the store - which is very nicely arranged, as well as inviting. Smells great inside actually. This review is a smidge late. We were fortunate to find this most special shop when searching for someone to do funeral flowers for my grandma in February 2022. We came in days before valentines day, when things are at their peak of craziness in their business. Everyone was amazing. They took wonderful care of us in the shop. And the flowers were stunning. I cried when I saw what a loving, caring job they did. I have always meant to come in and thank everyone. But, I know Ill cry. One day.

Best Ever Service! I called in desperation after my plan to send a gift to my daughter fell through on the hope I could get something quickly delivered. Wow! The florist was so warm and helpful. We went in to have them put together a nice little bouquet for a new vase my mother received for Christmas. We admittedly do not know much about flowers, but we told her to make it nice and we also told her what color the vase was and the size. We walked out with an old rose and some green filler. It was very disappointing and it cost $16. I should ve gone to H-E-B for some flowers.

The made the chapel and reception hall look amazing, while also ensuring beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres for the wedding party. The team at Blumen Meisters helped make our Wedding day so special with their unique, creative, and beautiful floral arrangements. I highly recommend using this florist. Mariah patiently helped me for 30 minutes listening to my wants and giving me suggestions. I explained what I wanted and she gave the message to the owner. The owner understood and had put together a beautiful arrangement. I didn t have much to spend but wanted to send my Aunt and Uncle flowers for the loss of their beloved furry child named Sal. My Aunt called me crying and loved them so much. She expressed and sent pictures of how beautiful they were. Let me start by saying that Molly saved the day! I called my usual teleflorist to get an arrangement and chocolate to my parents for their anniversary. I got the order in within their time frame for same day delivery, but two hours later I got a random email that the order would be delivered on Monday. That would not work. I got on the computer and looked for local florists in the New Braunfels TX area and these dear people were the only ones with the ability to assist me. I explained that I was calling from Michigan and had the above mentioned dilemma. Molly was patient, kind and very accommodating. She assured me that the delivery would be made and that the arrangement would be nice. The wonderful service didnt stop there....as fate would have it, no one was home for the first delivery attempt. Molly was in constant communication with me and allowed time for my parents to return home to receive the arrangement. I wouldnt have given them a star at all if it was an option. Not only did they not have my wedding bouquet ready but after they got one together at the last minute they gave it to someone else by mistake. Now they had to put another one together. Then Teia proceeds to apologise and tells me the bouquet she mistakenly gave away was a lot Fuller and beautiful than the one she put together so that I can have something to give my niece on her wedding day. My husband and I went into the shop in November looking for a floral arrangement for my daughters casket. The Blumen Meisters team was incredibly sensitive and professional. I know there is one employee who specifically does the funeral arrangements, but unfortunately I have forgotten her name. (When youre arranging a funeral things seem to get past you) Its annoying because I wanted to personally show her some appreciation. When it was time to pay I came up $8 short, she immediately ran to her purse, and paid for what was owed. I cant relate how that compassionate gesture made us feel in a time filled with grief. Not only does she have a heart of gold, her work is phenomenal as well. In the craze of it all I forgot to take a picture of my babys casket but my mother in law took one after she picked it up. Ill forever recommend this shop and Ill also be a forever customer.

My husband and I got married in Gruene in late April and we used Blumen-Meister for all of our floral. The venue itself was beautiful, so we only used their services for the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and ceremony/chapel arrangements, as everything was naturally beautiful. Ill start out by saying that the end result was acceptable and lovely, but if you are planning your wedding from outside of the area you may want to look for another vendor. We asked for a quote back in the early fall 2016, and Sheri and her team were very responsive. Then, she reached out to us again in late November to see if we still needed her services, and when we came down for Christmas to the area we met with her in person and she seemed very knowledgeable and energetic so we decided to go with them for all of our floral needs. Blumen-Meister said they would send us a quote within the week, and with the holidays and New Years around the corner we werent in a rush to get the quote because we knew it was a busy time of year with family/time off, etc. Unfortunately though, we didnt hear back until February with an initial quote for what we wanted. My husband and I responded back that day with the revisions we needed on the quote they sent and asked that they send an updated quote with our edits and revisions. We didnt hear from them for another month (March and wedding was in April). We had to continuously email them asking for a quote of services and we were put off each time. My husband and I finally had to send a disappointed email to Sheri, the owner, who we were working with explaining that we probably had to find floral elsewhere because we were getting down to the wire on the timeline and we werent local to the area. She immediately called that day to apologize for the oversight and said our needs just got away from her and she is extremely sorry. We went with her services still, because she was extremely apologetic, but seemed slightly flighty, and then the day before the wedding she left a voicemail to say congratulations and that she would see us on Saturday!....but our wedding was Friday. With all of the issues we had with being put on the back burner, and all of the week-of things we had to get done, the last thing we needed was to worry that our florist wasnt going to deliver the services on the correct day. When we met with her at Christmas in person, she boasted about how she gives all of her brides a complimentary throw-away bouquet as a gift. The day of the wedding when everything was delivered to the venue they did not include a complimentary bouquet. Its a small thing, but it goes to show that they do not consider customer service as important as other vendors might. She text me the day of the wedding saying she misunderstood that I might not want one, which made no sense, because we never had a conversation about that after our in-person meeting. And the last thing I wanted on our wedding day was to have a text conversation with the florist about something they left out. To her defense, they did go out of their way to let us use buckets they had free of charge. Our venue recommended this florist, and they are local to the area so Im sure others have had great experiences- we could be the exception to the rule and just be a random oversight. Overall, the arrangements were fine, but I wouldnt necessarily recommend this florist if you worry about having to hand hold a vendor throughout the process.

The design team here did an amazing job on my wifes birthday arrangement. Molly was also exceptional at coordinating a time sensitive delivery. Excellent experience! Shop local!

The flowers for my mothers memorial service were spectacular! The arrangements were amazing, thoughtful, and elegant. Best of all was the joy and excitement with which Sheri radiated in helping my daughter and I with the plan. Her enthusiasm and commitment to meeting our needs was unique and extraordinary! These arrangements were floral art, and they made a real impression on all who attended. The experience reminded me of an episode of Chopped for florists. I gave Sheri a wide variety of flowers my mother loved, and she turned it into a visual feast. You turned a very sad circumstance into a joyous memento to her. Thank you!

needed flowers for my mother-in-laws 70th birthday. Found Blumen Meisters and first off liked the name since we live in Germany. I ordered early morning their time from the web site to make sure she would have a same day delivery. I am lucky that I called around 3:20pm their time just to see where they were since we were talking to her and we didnt hear anything about the flowers. They actually said that the website has issues and that they didnt know anything about the order. I told them that I also sent an email saying which message I wanted to send with the Language of Flowers. They were very kind and apologetic and told me to call back in 20 minutes. In the end they said the flowers would be delivered within the hour. They were beautiful and just what I was hoping. My MIL was thrilled. It would have been nice to have them before when we were talking with her, but they fixed the situation very nicely. Overall very pleased and would use them again.

I stopped by Blumen-Meisters Flower Market to place an order for flowers. Come to find out they were actually closed that day but were allowing for prom flower pick up. The very friendly woman behind the counter, although slammed with to-dos took my order since I was heading out of town. She was so insightful and helped me pick out the perfect arrangement. When the flowers delivered to my dear friend, they were GORGEOUS and simply perfect!! What a great florist!!! They now have a very loyal customer thanks to their excellent service and quality flowers.

11/27/13 First let me say that I never take the time to write reviews which means I had to create a profile to even write this one. Am from Austin, attended a funeral in New Braunfels and needed a stand-out flower arrangement. After looking at various websites, I called Loren at Blumen-Meisters. She was extremely helpful. We looked at photos on their website and made changes to accommodate the color and feel I was looking for. It was delivered on time and it was spectacular with many special touches. I was told afterwards that they have won awards for their work. I think they should also win one for their customer service and follow-through.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sheri for my wedding. When I arrived at the venue on my big day (march 2) all of the center pieces were set up so beautifuly! The next things I saw were my bridesmaids bouquets which were absolutely beautiful! Then I laid eyes on my bouquet and it was breathtaking! It was everything I thought it could be and more! I also loved that she gifted my toss bouqet to me which was also beautifully arranged! If and when I have future floral arrangement needs I will always go back to Blumen-Meisters!
