I ordered a sandwich from this place and the delivery driver is crazy. He got mad when I didnt tip the $1 on my $11 order so he grabbed my trash can and climbed on to a place I couldnt reach it to mess with me then kicked my door and ran off. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do but talk to him. I said it was fine as long as he leaves me and my girlfriend alone. He then got my number and started texting me. I called the store again and they gave me the same story that they couldnt do anything and they sent him out on another order since they dont have another driver. I told the store that this is getting out of hand and Im going to have to get the police involved if it continues. So this morning I woke up to a note on my door from the same delivery driver. The store hasnt done anything and Im now going to have to get the police involved.

If I could rate a zero I would. The only saving grace is the food itself. Worst customer service. NEVER coming back to this location. I love Jimmy John s but wow .no hello or welcome. Said no about 3 times to what I asked. I also noticed other customers got a lot of nos coming from staff. Over heard staff complaining about having to credit a ladies account. Atmosphere zero starts. Customer service zero. No smiles. No happiness. Will not be back.

First time visit, not coming back. All the employees at this location seem really unhappy, they have bothered faces and they are not welcoming or polite. They also messed up our order and they were not helpful to fix it. Food was not good. If you are craving a sandwich Subway is the place to go!

Dont bother asking for a giant sandwich from here after about 6:40 or so... They ripped the bread out of damn near every sandwich there... when its supposed to be left in on giants, and any number higher than a 9 on the menu... I used to work at jimmy johns in bee cave... It is day one knowledge... Train the people better...

I love this location so much. I like to do mobile orders and they always have my order ready so fast! I ve never had to wait after arriving. They always get my order right too, which is even more important. Definitely my favorite sandwich place!

If I could find this place 0 stars I would. This sandwich has a thin layer of turkey, a three tomatoes, and a thin sprinkle of lettuce. I for sure am done eating at this place. $7 for this mess is just a slap on the face. A waste of duke driving way over there, money, and gas.

Last time Ill ever order from this location, usually JJ is pretty solid but this store is a joke. They never have staff to deliver but are always willing to take your delivery orders then ask you to pick it up, completely unacceptable. Then the store manager is an absolute joke in regards to customer service, absolutely unwilling to help or assist in any form or fashion. Do better Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mikes up the road just won all my business.

The food is usually made correctly. However l, this location dose not like to deliver. The should not advertise delivery if they cant do what is advertised. Second the will charge you the tell you they cant make your delivery and tell you you have to wait a week for a refund. If you do get your delivery they wont bring the whole order. If they try and give you a gift card you wont be able to use it. Because their app doesnt allow it.

I keep trying to give this location the benefit of a doubt, and tell myself that maybe they were just having an off day. It happens! I completely understand. At this point though, its clear that every day is an off day. My orders are never correct, I have to go back in and request portions of my order that are missing, the staff always looks at customers like their sheer existence is an unwelcomed burden... today I placed an order for curbside because I have an injury and didnt want to have to limp inside with three kids to pick up lunch. I checked in on the app, and it said to give them a minute and my food would be brought out. I waited about ten minutes and nothing. I checked the order status and it said it had been completed twelve minutes prior. I verified that I was correctly checked in for curbside, and it showed I was. I went in and grabbed my food from the shelf and when I asked about the order being a curbside order, I got blank stares from all four staff members behind the counter. One said yeah, I havent seen any curbside orders. No apology or anything. The receipt on the bag said curbside right at the top. All of that and the food was still incorrect when I got back to the car, but I was in pain and decided to cut my losses rather than go back in. I have been coming to the Pflugerville location since they opened, but the decline in quality of service and food is definitely a disappointment.

Today was my first time ever going into Jimmy John s , I was so hungry I mistaken it for Papa John s pizza. Am I ever so glad I did because oh my so many options to choose from especially for me I do not eat pork so I chose the #15 Tuna sandwich with a medium drink. It was made so fast that I barley filled my cup with Blue Powerade/sprite and only taking my first sip I hear #15 is ready!! Truly amazing first time service way better than most Vegetarian options: A great Variety Dietary restrictions: For whom are on a diet I say 100% Parking: Great sized parking for all, including disabled Kid-friendliness: Great and kind staff very understanding Wheelchair accessibility: Good disabled parking spot with small ramp

Ordered on line . They kept saying it was on its way and they kept changing times, so after an hour and a half I called she said order was still there and they didn t know , they were short staffed etc, etc. so I said why didn t you call I would have come to get it, short staffed. I said I was going to give a bad review she said she didn t care! Ok there are a lot other sandwich shops I will give my business to. Don t order from here because you will never get your order!

I came in on Sunday, 1/26/2020., evening around 6PM with my brother. A customer had just got their sandwich and left. My brother ordered a single sandwich and then I ordered two sandwiches, one of which was a simple turkey and cheese only. We waited fifteen minutes before our sandwiches even got started. They made all of the online sandwiches, about dozen or more before that happened. I m sitting there waiting and would have expected to get mine first since I m physically waiting. No apologies except, were busy. One of the worst experiences I ve ever had. All this and you claim to be very fast. Very misleading.

Where is the meat? I usually order from the JJ app and get the regular number nine (Italian Night Club) and the regular number five (Vito) for my teenagers. I mistakenly ordered the number 5 for myself and found that there was one line of meat (sliced on one (deli talk). So you re basically eating bread and vegetables. Jimmy John s used to be my favorite place mainly because the bread is good. Now I realize they don t serve near as much meat on their sandwiches like Thundercloud (fresh bread good portion of meat). Wish there was one on this side of town. I m not paying extra for what I should get off top for the price.

I ordered a combo. Waited an hour. They told me it was on the way. Waited another 30 minutes. Then had to tell the staff multiple times that I did not receive the order - as if I did not check outside my door or anything. Only to be told they can remake the order but it will take a long time. Or I could come into the store and pick it up but only have the delivery fee or tip reimbursed. Never ordering from this store again. Terrible customer service and wasted time.

Most of the time they re fast, friendly, and get everything right. Started using the JJ App and they now lose my order, the sandwiches are smaller for some reason, and it s just a bad experience all around. Also kind of weirded out that most of the customers wear masks in there and some of the folks making the sandwiches wear masks but not all of them do. All the other restaurants and fast food places around them have fully masked staff. Curious why they don t.

They have a very bad service I ordered online I was waiting 30 minutes for my order they never had it ready I went to ask about my order and they told me that they still did not have it ready and they have not yet placed my order in advance, the receipt had been mixed with other receipts, girl told me that they had been very busy but while I was waiting at least I looked at 7 who gave them the orders All the time I was waiting I lost my lunch, I told him to cancel my order, they told me it was taking a long time to get my money back so bad service

I love Jimmy John s but this location is bad. Check your order before you pick up. I was told my order was ready, picked it up and realized that was someone else s order when I got home. They never asked my name nor verified the order. Went the 2nd time and still didn t verify my name and order. I hope they will redo the order I picked up erroneously considering we are in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Very disappointed!

Sandwich quality are consistent across locations but this may be the dirtiest one I have visited. I had to clean my own table and chair. Soda was spilt on one of the very few tables and left so long it dried. I tried to wipe it with a paper towel but the evaporated soda just smeared making it worse. So if you dont mind eating in filth and assume this neglect doesnt extend to their kitchen then by all means eat here.
