Felt bad for them. Was very crowded . The staff was really nice but I placed my order for pick up at 11pm. I get there at 11:30 AND I STILL had to wait another 30 minutes to get the 4 salads I paid for a pickup order that was scheduled for 11pm .. as I was waiting, I was told they were out of the grilled chicken

We go here only for breakfast because the taquitos are easy for on the go. We went there 7:30am. Just my car and a car in front. Took me 20 min to get a biscuit sandwich and a taquito. The person in front of me also had a small order. We waited and waited till someone even came to get the card for payment. Then they vanished and took so long to get the food. I understand they maybe short staffed or so but then dont run a drive through. Stick to in the shop. The way they ran orders is it didnt matter of you were in the drive through or inside, the order in which orders were put through it was cooked accordingly. So between the car in front of me and myself there were 2-3 in person orders, so I had to wait. There should be separate kitchens or 2 chefs for the orders.

Not 24/7. Third time in 3 weeks Ive come to this location at various times between 3 and 5am to conveniently be told the computers are updating, itll be 20 minutes. This location somehow gets worse every time I go. The food is literally always cold and done correctly half the time. I ordered ahead of time just to wait at the speaker for 15 minutes and still be told to pull up to the third window and wait another 10 minutes. This is the worst location Ive ever experienced. The wait times are excessive and the employees act annoyed you are there to give them money.(specifically the early morning crew.) So many times Ive gone to the drive thru just to be told our billing system is updating or were closed for cleaning or better yet, we are not taking drive thru orders, but you can order online or come inside. Also, its great when they just dont answer the intercom at all. If i go inside, i wait 20-30 minutes for my order, for me, one person. I will not come back here again, itd be a less waste of my time to go to another location that cares about their service. God forbid I ask for condiments. This place needs some serious house cleaning. Its too bad this place is an easy stop for morning commuters.

Had a nice meal with an old buddy from work. I ordered a patty melt even though it was only 7 am. Always get a nice warm burger and steaming hot fries. Horrible experience. I went to the drive-thru to order a number one with cheese. They asked me to pull forward because they were running behind. So I pulled forward. The guy behind me received his order first so I had to move forward so he could get out. After that, I moved back in line waiting for my order. Finally after 7 minutes, one of the attendants came up to me and asked me why I was waiting? I said that I was waiting for my order and the guy behind me had already received his. Then the attendant said, can you please move around the corner and wait there because youre blocking everyone else. I said the only reason Im blocking is because youre running late with my order, so where is my order? I said the guy behind me already received his and Im still waiting. The attendant said go ahead and park in a parking spot and I will get back with you. So I parked and went inside the store. I asked for my order and no one knew anything about it. Finally after a few minutes the attendant came up and said we lost your ticket. Were starting your order now. What was your order? He asks, again. So after almost 26 minutes I finally get my order. I received no apology, no, thank you, nothing.

They have both in a single bag, and I asked if if they had labeled which is what, for which the 2 drive-through cashier girls asked me to open and check each food and they dont make the food there but just deliver it. Compared to fast food from the northeast, this was really good. We got regular cheese burgers, fries, apple pies, and the Dr pepper milkshake. Kinda like a cross between BK and Wendys but better ingredients and quality. Service was great, they bring the food to you and sauces to choose from. Price was pretty reasonable for what we got. Dr pepper milkshake was incredible. Also, some of the local patrons were really friendly. Good conversation about my Red Sox hat and were Im from. Lol

Update 4/18/24. I have changed my review from one star to 4 stars. I do not know if they saw my last review, or if they got a change in management. Either way, the last four times I have been here everything has been on point! They have been efficient, food has been hot, and the workers seem to be genuinely nicer. The WORST Whataburger! So we went through the drive thru and ordered 4 #1s, 2 grilled cheese, 2 small fries, 1 onion rings, and 2 strawberry Fantas round one they leave out both grilled cheeses and two burgers. We politely go inside and let them know. Manager takes the bag back to get the missing items and I ask for a remake of the fries and onion rings. He says yes. I ll remake . Sounds simple right?!? Absolutely not. He walks it back to the back and it takes 15 mins! No priority whatsoever. We already sat in the drive thru for 20 mins. He brings back the bag. Apologizes and we leave. We get home and we re missing a medium fry that was in the bag before it went back there! The fries, onion rings and everything that was in the bag before is ice cold. There is no syrup or carbonation in the sodas. 6 sodas. All flat. Imagine a Waterloo or LeCroix with color. How is it possible that these sodas are pretty much the color they should be. What? How? I just don t understand how it s so hard to get the order right. AND I just realized this is the same WB that gets our DoorDash order wrong every time, too!

I had a big expectation given how much Texans rave about Whatsburger so we were excited to finally try it. We had the patty melt, which was boring. We also tried the onion rings (ok), and we tried to order the white chocolate raspberry but they were out. We got the chocolate shake, and again--nothing special. When we arrived there was only like two other groups there. There was hardly any place to sit due to most of the tables being dirty,as well as the floor. Then, the family that was there was treated rudely by one of the staff members when he tried to address an issue. The team member proceeded to discuss the matter with another team member, while within eye sight of the customer. Needless to say, the customer left displease, and I can understand why. Maybe if the management and the team members took better pride in the establishment and the team members werent walking around with ear buds for personal use. Adding egg to the chicken honey biscuit is your only option. Its really tasty. The service here was the absolute worst. They socialized, and sang, and danced like this was a morning work party, all the while causing my entire crew to be late. Will not come back here.

Slowest Whataburger! If you do curbside pickup you have to go inside and pick your food up 99% of the time. The other 1% you have to watch the employee take your order to another vehicle that s in the numbered spot you didn t enter.

Pflugerville is just different. The burgers were awesome. Moist, tender, flavorful. Down in Austin, Ive sampled Whataburger all over town - horrible,tough, dry. They seem to be squeezing all the juices out ot patties and keeping the burgers dry to save a few calories. So dry you have to choke them down. Not at the Pflugerville Whataburger!! Moist & juicy- best Ive had in a long time and Im a harsh critic.

We went after a night out, and there was a group of teens being teens. Service was ridiculously slow due to being understaffed, and the teens took someone elses food and said,**** it, Im hungry only for the food owner to come in right after they started eating it. Then they started slinging ketchup at each other, then threw a drink that hit my husband and I, and exploded all over the floor. One of the boys picked up some mess and apologized for his friends behaviors, but the employees all hid during the event so they wouldnt be responsible.

What happened What-a-Burger? Their buns used to add to the flavor now they detract from it, leaving you with a so-so hamburger. Seems like the meat patty used to be thicker and juicier, too! Parking: They have lots of handicap spaces right in front. Its not far, wherever you park here.

This Whataburger seems to run a tight ship and have their act together unlike other locations! The drive thru line appears to flow fast, the staff is friendly and my food order is always made fresh!
