I ve been coming to P Terrys before they expanded their locations. The food is affordable and the shakes are delicious. The only issue is the fries are not very good and they are not crispy so I recommend asking them to make them crispy upon ordering.

Delish food! First time eating here and already so much better than a lot of the burger joints around. Chicken burgers and bites are super tasty! Fries are delish and tea was fresh! Yummy!!! When we walked in, the employee on register was on her phone. There is no clean table to sit at unless you clean it yourself. When there are no customers to take care of, she sits to the side and gets back on her phone instead of cleaning the dine in area for customers to sit and eat.

I ordered online I was at Costco, I walked to pick up, there was 3 paper bags the lady handed me one I asked is everything in here she confirmed yes, so I took off, got back to seat and eat and I was missing 25 ck bites , so I had to walked back and ask for what I was missing and she went to the cook , the cooked said he made them but obviously not for me and she ask 2 more times so what do you need ? Again I repeat my self not too nice my 25 ck bites and blame on her not double checking my order when I asked if that was all and making me walked back , so another lady hands me a lil box and I ask her is this 25 chicken bites ? and of course not so she goes oh you said 25? She went back to the cook I asked them to check my receipt, they didn t but they did ended up making them , no one apologized ( I recorded Everything) . So I was about to missed the beginning of the fireworks show thanks to their inefficiency. Augh!

My 1st time eating a meal here (lived in Austin 28yrs, and never crossed my mind, always skipped it because the building seemed passe or overdoing it). Nothing special. Its a burger place. Its not rocket science. Unless youre used to McDonalds, nothing special about their food. Mcdonalds is complete garbage, as I always feel sick to my stomach eating there. I had the double with cheese meal. It seemed slightly larger than the size of a cheap double cheese burger you get anywhere else, which is too small. I asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes, and they put a healthy portion in a container on the side. That was nice, but in the burger already would have made it easier, but less quantity. The fries were fine, correctly sized in fact. Its nice that they leave the skin on so you feel like youre eating healthier fries... or maybe theyre too lazy to peel the potatoes. The drink was only 3/4 full, and so was everyone elses. It was drive-through, so no refills, and the cups were small (litterally the same size as a water cup I got at Jack in the box the other day). Compared to Whataburger, which is my new favorite (ever since I learned to tell them to sub mayo for mustard about 2yrs ago), the burger was smaller, the fries were different but slightly lessor, the soda was about a third the size (12oz vs 32oz). The service wasnt great. The workers seemed like you were bothering them for placing an order. Ill take whataburger any day over puck-terrys (puck is the size of the burger). I knew I shouldve just driven a little further. Conclusion: they cheap out in all the right ways to make it a healthier meal for the same price, without actually being healthier, but they increase profits in so doing. Small burger, small soda, their too lazy to peel potatoes. Buy 2 meals, and now you have enough... too much, in fact, so give the leftovers to your dog. If they make everything about 30% larger, then they might be ok. Final note: like Mic-Donalds, Puh-Terrys may be following in their footsteps and have menu items like puh-nuggets, puh-chicken, puh-double, puh-flurry, big-puh, puh-fries, puh-crispy... and putting profits over substance. 3 stars overall. For reference: McDonalds is 1 star, Whataburger 4 stars (would be 5stars had they alleviated the pain for 28years of eating a mustard burger and told me every time & reminded me to sub mayo). Wendys 3 stars. Jack in the box 2stars. Yeah, its equivalent to a Wendys, which is good enough, but this place seems more expensive.

It is on the cheaper side compared to other burger stands. The beef is made with real angus meat, so you are not left with overly full feeling. Their fries are real cut fries! They offer grilled chicken sandwiches and nuggets.

Great burger. This was my first time. Good burger good fries. Service could use training. Couldnt do one order with 3 burger combos and one to go. Made me pay twice. Simple training. But cleanliness gets a 2 star. BoH looked to be ok, but I. Skeptical given the FoH. We slid out table a few inches and there was all kinds of old food scraps under the base like someone just swept under the table bases. Was gross. Im a good service manager veteran and this is a red flag for cornera being cut and puts me alon edge for food safety. Again, simple training.

My ratings have gone down for this once home run hit place. The service is not as friendly, but my last order was the last. I , like always, eat my French fries on the way home. The Pflugerville stand has gone down hill. The burgers are gross. The meat is cold, flavorless and the quality of the meat is disgusting. The fries are gross as well. Theyre soggy and cold. I used to frequent that location once a week, not anymore. They used to serve up everything fresh. What happened?! The customer service has also deteriorated. They used to be friendly, efficient, not anymore, now, it pains them to do their job. Its ridiculous how bad that particular location has gotten.

Visit 01/24/24 about 9pm. This place is horrible! The employees and especially the manager lady don t want to do their job, they act mad that you re ordering and take it out on your food. I suggest hiring better employees with an IQ above their shoe size. I don t trust her and had a feeling she put something in my food, so I threw it in the trash. It was gross and undercooked anyway. The fries were sopping in grease and clumped together. And the burger was wrapped so tight it was mushed. The owners/CEO should stop opening more locations and worry about quality and consistency in the ones that are open. And that comes from hiring the right people, people who actually care. But who am I kidding they don t care either, considering I ve reached out to them many times, just to be ignored.

I love the fries at P.Terrys so much. Lately, they dont make the fries crispy anymore, so you can ask them to make the fries crispy, and they would. One day, I ordered crispy fries. I was eating the fries that I ordered and wondered if these fries were actually crispy. Suddenly, the employee approached me with actually crispy fries. Now I have 2 bag fries for the price of 1. Their customer service is just great. As for the atmosphere, man, you gotta visit P.Terrys for lunch on a sunny day. The whole interior is lit up by the natural sunlight because of the architecture. Along with the interior design, it looks very beautiful on the inside. Beautiful Googie architecture and beautiful interior design.

This P.Terrys location gave me the most violent food poisoning Ive ever experienced in my life. I recommend going anywhere else unless you would like to spend no less than 12 full hours locked in your bathroom with your friends and family listening for the sound your wretching to confirm youre still alive in there. On the bright side, if you are looking to lose 8 pounds in 24 hours, heres your ticket.
