I ordered pizza for curbside pickup. My confirmation said that the order would be ready by 7:05pm, however, when I arrived while waiting I noticed that the workers were looking oitside but they did not bring my order. I had to go inside to get my order which was sitting on the shelf. If they are not going to bring the orders outside the option for curbside should not be an option when ordering online. Will not be coming back to this location.

I get Marcos from time to time because to me its far better consistency and quality then other major pizza chains. Ordered what I usually get last night and it was kind of disappointing. We got the large pepperoni and large chicken florentine. The pepperoni pizza was wet and very soggy. The cardboard box was wet itself. The dough seemed undercooked. Put it in the oven to hopefully revive it but the dough was just really thick in the middle and ended up burning with it not thoroughly cooking. The florentine was fine as usual. Although we didnt get the dipping sauce we had requested but that isnt the end of the world. But for how much you pay expecting better quality from them this was a terrible experience.

Great pizza! Big slices, fresh ingredients, and good service. I really liked the man who took our order. He was older and I think was the night manager. I told him that this was me and my husbands first time to order. He made sure to check back with me after eating the pizza to see how we liked it. I ordered through Grubhub delivery service. Ordering a large pizza, regular crust, pepperoni, sausage, green/black olives, jalapeño, mushrooms and green peppers and 20-piece chicken wings with sweet spicy sauce. When my order came I received; Large cheese pizza and the correct wing order but the wrong sauce. Being tired and hungry I phoned Marco s Pizza and out of frustration I was not happy , after getting an unprofessional response from the Shift Manager, I became rude myself. And I was wrong. After evaluating my email receipt and measuring it by the actual cost and what I paid. I was charged accordingly to what I received. I can t fathom why the system didn t tally what I actually ordered. An overview of the taste, quality of food and how it was prepared. Pizza: Italian flavor comes through well enough, but it would have been tastier if I had of received what I was attempting to order. Chicken wings: juicy and fried to perfection but they have absolutely no flavor or seasoning to flavor them. Please season your chicken a day prior to cooking and your business will gain value from your efforts. The chicken taste like chicken. No salt or seasoning!

I normally LOVE the pizza however the last few times I have ordered the service is horrible. Manager was extremely rude and I had to leave the feedback. They never know who the customer is. I ordered pizzas they delivered them and didn t even bother to cut the pizzas. I called and the manager said they would make it right the next day if I called. I didn t call the next day. I called a few nights and was on hold for over 15 minutes with No answer twice. When I Finally did get through on the third night (I was attending school at night so I couldn t call before 9:30) I was met with confrontation and rudeness. The manager said he would make one pizza I told him I would just pay for another, ordered they said it would be ready in 20 minutes, when I get there they only made one. I had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes and the manager Josh had an attitude with me, even though they were the ones that messed up my order initially. Terrible customer service.

I had a call in order earlier today. I asked for an XL pizza with half extra cheese and half pepperoni. There was a young girl with clear glasses, and short black hair. Im sure shes the one who took my order. First she put me on hold... didnt read my order back to me after i ordered(I work in customer service so I know how things are suppose to go). Then when I came to pick up my pizza she stood there on her phone talking to her friend next to the register, I was greeted and stood there for about 2 minutes before she even spoke to me. She went back (without washing hands after touching phone, hair not tied up) and put the pizza in the box and brought it to me.. it was a large pizza instead of extra large, then when I said I asked for an extra large pizza, did you only charge me for a large? All she said was Yeah like she didnt care and had an attitude about it as if I was wrong. So might want to tell her about her service. Ive never had nobody from there treat me the way she did and if there was a mistake, it was always fixed in a respectful manner. I tried to do a survey on the website because i didnt care for her customer service, but isnt working for whatever reason. It just keeps trying to make me order pizza.

Not great service. Waited over an hour a medium pizza and cheese bread. Driver shows up disgruntled complaining there was only two drivers tonight. He tries to hand me the wrong order, and then apologizes for it and tells me he has my order. I assume that he left it at the restaurant he gave it to the wrong customer. This is why we check names in receipts and ask the customer their name. No I don t want food someone els has received, I don t want it cold, and when I asked if they opened it yet he said it s a possibility . I m not waiting another 1hr and a half.

However, every single time they put onions and a ton of them. It s extremely irritating. Ordered online and got notified stating my pizza was delivered and never was delivered. So I immediately called the store to let them know my order was never delivered to my door. I explained my situation to the employee who answered the phone and told me to call back in 5 minutes because the driver possibly entered delivered button accidentally. So I did ! waited for 10 & still nothing! Called back and she told me she spoke with the driver and said he delivered the pizza at the right address. Practically called me a liar without actually telling me lol. Come on!!! its PIZZA!!! Told her I can even show her my camera footage to show nobody ever delivered my order and to show her no need to lie about pizza . Asked to speak with a manager and told me the manager was no longer there. So then told me she can refund me my money back. Didn t even offered to remake it until I brought it up during the conversation. Bad experience and might never order from here again! I just ordered delivery and not only was my order more than 20 minutes late, but it was incorrect. I called the store to see what could be done. Unfortunately, Timothy, the manager was feeling very overwhelmed by the number of orders and lack of staff. He offered me a coupon for a free cheesy bread for my troubles. When I suggested that it was not commensurate with my order being delivered late and incorrectly, he told me that he was too overwhelmed to deal with my problem. I feel for businesses going through staffing issues, however as a paying customer I was expecting a little bit more in the way of customer service. Needless to say that I am disappointed with how my meal turned out tonight and I will probably not be going back for a while.

I like Mario s.pizza. But with the times as they are we have to be cautious. I would like to know what s the protocol on the food preparer wearing gloves while handling food items that go on your pizza? In the prep area I only saw one person wearing gloves. Several people had prepped orders with no gloves. This should be a concern. Shift lead should make it a high priority to make sure hands are washed and gloves are worn and changed out frequently when making orders. Other than that the staff was polite and kind.

This place was awesome!!! We ordered from online and got their delivery. Pizza was really warm still and so delicious. A lot of toppings and cheese!! Crust is nicely crunchy too. Definitely filling! I ll order again soon :)

Loved this pizza since they opened here in pflugerville. We get pizza almost every Friday. This last month or so something is seriously wrong with this location... Last time the pizza was delivered more then 30 min last and very cold. This time... Well... A picture is worth a 1000 word...

This is my go-to pizza place. The chicken flourentine pizza is my favorite. I love the crust on the pizzas. Its just yum. I had some relatives recently visit in town, so I ordered Marcos and they also were impressed with the pizza here. I would say better than Papa Johns or Dominos.

I love Marcos. A friend introduced me and I have been hooked ever since and is my favorite pizza place if not favorite pizza. I used to travel and have had Chicago and New York pizza. I usually cant stand pepperoni on pizza also when I like pepperoni. The cheap pepperoni just turns pizza in a grease puddle. You can see the grease literally piling on the pepperoni. Marcos pepperoni however is not greasy and is flavorful. The ingredients they use are pretty high quality compared to other places. If havent tried it try it. Wont be disappointed.

My mom asked for pizza, so I ordered it I made sure TWICE that they got my order correct, I order 1 large pepperoni pizza half mushroom and jalapeno, and 1 large pepperoni pizza with meat on it ONLY MEAT. They went to go pick it up and came back with the pepperoni with HAM and under the pizza was PINEAPPLE. I did not want to complain but next time they need to get an order right.

My go to franchise Pizza place! You guys dont disappoint and we appreciate you guys in Pflugerville! Ive done pick up and delivery and every time the food is hot and even when you dont make good timing you call to apologize. I lucked out tonight calling early, like I hung up and he was here! Happy costumer!

3/1/22 Update: manager emailed me but never followed through with contact smh They had no control in the kitchen, an employee was cursing up a storm, as I addressed my concerns with the manager on duty about my recent order he literally told me I don t have time for this, take it up with the regional manager tomorrow named Josh I had issues with ordering online, over the phone & when I asked can a manager try to help out the answer was no nobody could do anything. Last time I order from here, there s plenty of other pizza s restaurants nearby.

I never thought a pizza could be this bad. We ordered pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni was discussing, and there was very little of it. The pizza doughy and chewy. The sauce was disgusting! Ugggg, never again. But cuddles to the delivery driver! We tipped him well!

Marcos Pizza is our first choice for franchise pizzeria in the 78660. Their old-style pepperoni is unique, and they have anchovies as a topping choice. They dress the crust on request and have a good product for the value. Of the dozens of times that I have ordered carryout from the Dessau location, no complaints from me. Staff is friendly, and the food is very good.
