Overpriced garbage food with crappy service. The waitresses spend more time on their phones loud enough for everyone to hear, rather than doing their jobs. Also, $3.99 for crappy, burnt coffee is dumb. Not to mention, they charge $1.39 for adding 3 piece of onions to eggs. Overall, first impression was crap.

Worst service weve had in years. Server was missing most of the time. Food was gold because it sat on the bar in the kitchen for about 9 minutes. One of the cooks kept looking for her, but she was nowhere to be found. Coffee was cold and old. Others have told me theyve had similar experiences there. No wonder theyre going under.

Our experience was just ok. We waited for a while to be seated which is ok and expected but also the place seemed dirty and many tables were still with dirty dishes. They didn t have kids coloring pads and the food wasn t great as the pancakes fell apart. We asked for hot sauce and the waiter gave a bottle which was packed so we had to wash our hands and open it ourselves. We won t be coming back.

Tried to dine in at 7:30PM to an empty restaurant and there was no front end staff to seat us. There is a camera facing the entrance but no one came and after waiting for a while we left. Could clearly hear someone watching cartoons in the kitchen. I tried to call back the next day and spoke with a manager who just said it was typical because there are only two people on staff for evenings a manager and a cook. We won t be returning.

What a terrible experience with my kids. I decided to surprise my kids and bring them to IHOP on a Friday for lunch, because the weekends are way too packed. The lady who took our order didnt seem very friendly and acted rushed. Then comes the waiting. We waited about an hour for our food and in the meantime my kids...especially my 4 yr old...kept complaining how hungry they were. I finally went up to the kitchen and saw a young guy standing around (waiter) and asked him if he knew how much longer our food would be. He literally just stared at me blankly and said, I dont know. I said, how can you not know...you work here. He says, Well, Im not your waiter. Thats when I started to get upset and told him, You work here...figure out where my food is. He finally says, which table are you at (finally acting helpful) and then a young girl comes over when I say that I want to talk to the manager and she says, shes busy right now, handling an inspection. Meanwhile, Im watching people that were seated after us get their food. So it dawns on me that Im guessing our waiter is the manager and maybe she didnt put in our order yet. Finally she comes out, finishing up with the inspection people, and within minutes grabs our food. When she drops our food off, I say wow, that took a long time. And she says, I know, I had to handle people doing the inspection. What??!?! No sorry? Meals on the house? Something? Terrible service and the food wasnt even worth the wait...will definitely not go back.

Management clearly need to step up and save this diner from closing. The amount of people visiting showed how popular this establishment really is. There were 5 patrons in there when we arrived. When we got there we were seated and someone with 3 screaming kids was placed right behind us. I simply asked the hostess if we could be put on the other side of the restaurant. There were like five open tables. She was very rude and told me that she was not able to do that. The waitress was way too busy for us to move over to one of those 5 tables. I dont understand why we couldnt be moved to a different table. My wife had a migraine and didnt feel like sitting next to screaming kids. We left and went to Dennys. They were very nice! It was right down the road. Definitely happy with our decision to leave.

I left my backpack at the establishment and I was robbed. When I requested answers from my waiter or manager, they simply did not take the time to assist me and even told me that their cameras were useless and that they could not do anything to help me recover the 1,700 dollars that I had received. They took my backpack when they had it in their possession. I even reported it to the corporation to give me a case number, and they never followed up with me again. I do not recommend an establishment that covers thieves in their buildings.

Terrible Ihop. Smells like mold and mildew inside. The ceiling tiles are disgusting clearly from a leak theyve never attended to. The food was cold and I order pancakes how do you serve cold pancakes? The whole place was so loud and the server although polite was extremely soft spoken so I could barely hear him. They were seating all the guests at the same area of the restaurant which only made the noise worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention we waited over a half an hour just for pancakes and French toast. Whoever manages this location should be demoted immediately. Im not one to demand people to be fired do to the financial situation the world is in now but if you cant run the restaurant properly you shouldnt be in that position. Ive had a headache ever since I left most likely due to whatever I was breathing in during the time I was there. This place needs a complete remodeling and overhaul of management asap. I will be contacting corporate as well.

If you dont do curbside then dont let us order curbside. I was ill when I visited and didnt want to bring that inside so I ordered curbside. After waiting 15 minutes when the app told me someone was bringing it out, as well as no one answering the phone I went in to get my food. The manager was rude and dismissive and said we dont do curbside anymore Meanwhile the receipt itself has curbside printed on it. No signs or otherwise indicating they discontinued curbside at this location. At least I have the peace of mind in knowing I dont be visiting this IHOP again.

Went there on a Sunday morning, the food was very fresh and came out quickly! The coffee was delicious too. I do not remember the name of our server, but she was very nice and friendly. we went in the morning and it was pretty busy, but she still made sure our drinks were filled, and we had everything we needed! Started off with a 35 minute wait for food. That was served cold. The biscuits and gravy we ordered were served as flattened amber hockey bucks and two little black 2oz cups of gravy. When I asked what was the issue (not our first time getting this meal only first time at this location, other locations served amazing food) server was rude and aggressive about how the biscuits are grilled biscuits. When I asked to speak to her manager Douglas came over and started yelling at us about how he is only following the recipe that corporate sent down. The server should be trained better and Douglas has no business speaking to people. Managers are supposed to solve problems not create them. We did not eat our cold food. Server tried to make us pay for meal that was taken from us without consent (we were not given the chance to eat) and then demanded a tip.

My kids loved the happy face pancakes my son wanted me to put a picture! And the only downside to our food was the breakfast potatoes were very undercooked aside from that the service was very slow (it was us (4 people) and 2 other people) and then we saw our waiter hit her vape and then without wishing her hands gave us our drinks the atmosphere on the other hand was like any other IHOP homey yet modern the kids menu was great, my daughter got the six mini pancake breakfast and she lived it! 4 stars (P. The hostess/server thats a middle aged woman is highly unprofessional. Told her the name of the order that I was picking up and could see clearly that it was ready in the kitchen; proceeded to leave it sitting there and intentionally made me wait so she could put in her tips into the computer system. Then when she finally did grab it, she didnt even bring it to me, she made me walk over to kitchen entrance to grab it instead of bringing it up to the lobby.

They were not busy. Took over 15 minutes for my husband to get his tea. Brought me eggs benedict with no hollandaise sauce, sent back to the kitchen, brought it back, hollandaise was cold, had to be sent back again. There was a table behind us that had to have food returned also.

This is a relic of old world dining, it smells old and looks old, and the staff is too young to know how to run a restaurant that large. The front desk service is atrocious, if you put your name on the list, they will call it out but not very loudly and then promptly scratch it off if you do not hear them. When I checked on my seating status they had already called three tables that came in after me and I was in the lobby the whole time.

We waited approximately 25 minutes to be seated and even longer to receive our meal of bacon and eggs, not even pancakes or waffles, a simple breakfast. We noticed that part of the dining room was closed off, maybe short staffed and people were sitting in the waiting area for as long as it took for us to eat. The restroom was awful, water standing on the floor of the toilet, and there was no soap in the dispensers. There were no paper towels in either of the dispensers and no blow dryer. Another customer and I walked out with dripping hands and I located some table napkins at the closest waiter station to the restroom. The time of day was 10:30 - 11:30. We were traveling as well as some other customers we struck up a conversation with during the long wait.

Has to be worst in Texas the place is either closed when supposed to be open or has open sign on with customers sitting eating two hours after time supposed to have closed doors unlocked and rude about you walking in. Have tried several times and not once had an experience worth putting in this review... save your money and keep moving. If could give no stars would have

I waited 5 minutes in a not to full dinner I knowing 1 doing nothing another talking to a customer and one working(Mr.Edwin) I ask if he was the only one working got my coffee he was very nice and courtesy while the other 2 was doing nothing. Thank you Mr. Edward for being understanding to my needs
