1st time and our last time here. We dont get to enjoy movies together often so we jumped on the opportunity to check out the location closest to our new home. The place was highly disorganized including the employees. We were in theater 6, the other people were loud the entire movie! Not one attendant came in to view the room as most others do. The seats were cut up and cracking and cut into my kids legs and mine. Filthy theater room and the guests definitely didnt add to it. I spoke to the ticket attendant where they scan your tickets and guide you to your theater and she was absolutely rude. I asked their policy and made a complaint and she blew me off. I told her I wouldnt be coming back and she was like okay. Didnt offer once for me to speak to manager nor let me know the policy.

Great viewing experience in the big theater. It s nice they have wine, beer and drinks but you can t get a full bottle of red wine and the selection is limited. Issues: Long line to get served. Popcorn is sub par. A theater should have great pop corn and the competitions is much better.

Been going to this place since I was little. Lately there has been a lot of crickets in the theater and one was on my brothers shoulder. There were even on the walls and when I confronted an employee about it all they had to say was oh yea that s been happening a lot. I m very disappointed and don t really don t want to come back to this place.

We enjoy coming to this theater from time to time. Not our go to due to some others closer, but is a nice clean theater. My only quip, would be to have someone check theaters during showings. We had a VERY annoying teenager with a laser pointer when we went to see Alien Friday, Sept 6. Someone in his upper row finally got him to stop midway through.

Clean place. Felt safe. Nice seating layout in the theaters. Great reclining- oversized chairs. Plenty of room & you dont feel squished in with a stranger next to you. My first time having my snacks delivered to my seat was a huge benefit. (Ordered tickets, selected seats & ordered snacks online. Easy.) Would very much recommend this theater.

Terrible experience, staff were rude and standoffish. The theater is old and dirty. They will not allow children to bring their water bottles even though j was purchasing concessions. The GM would not face customers and send his assistant to handle customer complaints. Reached out to corporate due to experience, it has been crickets.

Terrible customer service. I tried to watch the new Deadpool movie with my girlfriend and although I had my valid ID and my girlfriend is well over the age to see the movie, they would not allow us in without seeing her ID which we had left at home. I recently had a terrible experience at Cinemark. Yesterday while enjoying my meal, I discovered a hair embedded in my pizza. It was completely unappetizing. Not only did it ruin my meal, but it also made me question the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen. I wont be returning anytime soon.

The best place to see the Fathom Events in comfort. Especially a long performance like The Nutcracker ballet by The Bolshoi. It is a little disconcerting to see so many overweight Americans splayed out like a frame from the WALL-E film, though.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the discriminatory behavior I have consistently experienced at your theater. Every time I visit Cinemark and purchase snacks, the staff members murmur among themselves, fail to respond properly, and laugh when they see us, which is extremely disrespectful. This treatment is directed towards us as Indians and is deeply unsettling. Today, the situation escalated & new rules My children were not allowed to bring their water bottles into the theater, and we were told to purchase drinks at the counter. However, I witnessed an American woman with her children carrying juice bottles. When informed that outside drinks were not allowed, the lady name: MADISON she was still permitted to bring them in without any further issue. This double standard is unacceptable and highlights the biased treatment we are subjected to. I hope Cinemark addresses this issue promptly. Such discriminatory behavior is not only unprofessional but also harmful. I expect fair treatment and a respectful environment for all customers, regardless of their background.

Its an average Texas movie theater which means its better than what youd find elsewhere. Good food, comfortable but not luxurious seats, small theater sizes and good audio quality. To clarify an average texas theater is better than a $200 movie night in a west or east coast theater. Texas does a lot wrong but theyve got movies right. The value received as a movie goer in this state far surpasses other places Ive lived. The 4 stars is only as a local comparison by other state standards it would be 5.

The closed captions were not functioning at the start of the film for approximately 10 minutes. I approached the manager to request a solution, after which I waited another 10 minutes before the closed captions were finally activated. However, the movie experience included DBox and 3D effects.

We came at 11 PM I brought my daughter to watch a movie we bought the tickets early in the day and the lady at the front said she couldnt go in because she a child. Tell me why I always come here with my brother and my friend and his brother to watch movies, and today we came to watch bad boys an the manager ask for our ids and I brought mine but my friend didn t we are already over 22 my brother is 17 he didn t bring his because they never ask us for id we watched all types of movies we literally had to call our homes for pictures of our id and my brother had to go watch a different movie this unbelievable never had an issue before what is this world coming too so if I wanna watch a horror movie they going to check my id too??? I understand is rated R movie but he technically an adult as a 17 year old and he s with someone way over 21 years old, if someone can get charged as an adult for a crime what s the difference between watching a rated R movie come on people this nation is going down hill quick smh

Discrimination by Ageism, don t go here! You can buy a child s tickets for a Rated R movie after 6 PM online but when you get there you will be turned away poor communication and policies! Corporate and management have no regards for the guest experience. You can take minor to a rated R movie at 5:45 PM, make it make sense? We were turned away because our infant was with us. They said the movie is rated R and it always been okay but today you are here after 6 PM, someone should have told us in advance, so we can get child care. Who and how is that usually communicated? The movie started in 10 minutes and we live 40 minutes away? We ask why it s okay before 6 pm. The manager said I don t know it just is. As a consumer excited for family date night this is the last thing you want when you plan so far ahead. Why is this information not available before you hit pay? This is a huge in convenience. What s the point of being a member to get perks like early screenings if the communication is so poor at this location? My infant has been to 5 movies in and sleeps through them. We make sure plan around his nap times. This theatre needs better customer service, communication and training. If I told a client I don t know why it just is. I would lose that client. I expected better from him. This is the difference between a manager and someone in a leadership role. I would have been fine with a reasonable explanation. I m just having a hard time wrapping my head around this. I think it s needless to say I will make sure to pass this information to all of my family and loved ones so that we can find another theater chain with better communication and accommodations. We know what to expect from Alamo, Drafthouse and Galaxy. We ve never had any issues at AMC or regal.

Theater itself was nice to sit in. Concessions were not so great. The experience with the workers was also not so great. Worst part of the experience was my soda being flat. I left the theater and waited in line again to speak to a worker. When I informed the worker that the soda was completely flat and that I d like a new cup they stared at me like I had two heads. Of course, the new cup was also flat. I appreciated the selection of movies they had here but I will stick to AMC theaters when I can.

Went there to watch a movie tonight 10:30 pm showing (the strangers) and decided to purchase popcorn the guy at the concession booth was very rude. I understand it was late but if you dont want to be there quit your job, dont take it out on people that spend there hard earned money and want to relax at the movies. He was even rude to his co worker. Workers like him are not an asset to the business. Thanks for providing me with this space for reviewing.
