I had the fried avocado taco and vodka sodas at the bar. The service is amazing and our bartender Diego was super friendly and hospitable. He also did well packaging a Togo order for my boyfriend. Great time and a great atmosphere, highly recommended!

I have been eating Torchys for past 10 years all around TX and I can easily say that this is the worst location I have been too. Multiple times I have visited this location and everytime either the Queso is too hot or too salty. The tacos lack consistency and not appetizing at all. The only reason I visit is because the other locations are about 20 min drive and its a pain to drive. But I will never come back to this location as it is complete waste of my money to eat substandard food.

Would like to give this torchys tacos top flight Review Period Diego being the Management On staff as well as supervisor of Operations while on site at the bar Period Everything was about his picture perfect as it got and a nice surprise Was the infused habanero Tequila that occurred in the Paloma that was unexpected and very welcomed Period There are many of the Torchys tacos locations that are questionable at best but this location is Top Flight and everything was picture-esque and picture perfect as it gets Period highly recommended and Having experiences with multiple weight staff on site definitely Would recommend for any and all occasions especially Gatherings and / or meetings. Update: Torchys ended up giving a full refund on this order, which was a nice surprise! For that, Ill give this location another chance in the future! Thanks!! This location got my entire order wrong. I placed it online, and my receipt is correct, but my food was not!! When I called, no one answered the phone. I love Torchys, but I will not return to this location. Sigh... I asked for no guacamole or avocado on multiple things. Got everything on everything. Booooo!!!!

To be honest this particular location isn t great for food quality. This is our third time here and all three times we have pretty much the same experience Trailer park tacos are not the same as at other locations (are you guys running out of lettuce?). steak fajita tacoes are too greasy, beef is very chewy not to mention there was a long hair in it. Gross.

Love the menu changes! We usually go once a week and just left from our weekly lunch date. My husband loves the menu update as his favorite taco, previously known as the cougar, has returned full-time as the republican. While we always leave happy and satisfied with our experience, He said his food today was the best it s been in awhile. The staff, as always, was super friendly and food came quickly, and was delicious.

Had the worst experience here this past weekend, and Ive been coming here since they opened (I work at Stonehill shopping center). I responded to a survey emailed with my purchase receipt. Didnt think anything of it, but I wanted to let the company know about the poor, disappointing service received. Today I received an apology follow up email and it was really nice to hear from someone who took the time to read my negative feedback and offered to rectify the issue. I did not do the survey to get anything out of it but to make it known since I frequent this location. Thank you for the email.. and Im still a Taco Junkie.

This is my 2nd time at this location. The first time was decent, but I did not like my 2nd experience. Our server was welcoming the first time & we had drinks, but when we were ready to order, he didnt check up with us, kinda ignored us when we were ready to order and did not come back to see if we had made a decision. This was at the bar. I hate to say it, but the bartender gave racist vibes. We closed the tab & ordered at the counter and left due to the bad service of this particular bartender. Prons, they have decent margaritas & theyre tacos are fairly good. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Parking: Not sure about how big the parking lot but it is fairly big. Kid-friendliness: They have indoor & outdoor setting which is quite convenient for those with kids.

We came here last Sunday to the bar to kill some time before our Movie started. Ryan had greeted us with a smile. Just to let you know we have been to this location about a dozen times and this bartender (Ryan) was by far the best we ve had. His customer service and personal skills are elite! If someone can teach a class about great customer service, I would choose Ryan to do it! He was super nice and genuine.

Im a very sensitive celiac and Ryan always handles our orders and makes sure everything safe and tasting excellent as always. Sometimes he even hand walks my orders so special requests are handled with care. The whole Torchys staff has always been very helpful with ensuring that my orders are safe to eat for me. Torchys is one of a few restaurants that we always feel safe eating at. Dietary restrictions: Very good at handling celiac and diary free, for us at least. They always know how to configure the items to make them safe for us to eat. Parking: Never for lack of parking spots even during peak hours.

This was my first time at Torchy s. Let me just say it started off with a hello and a welcome from Ryan. From there this gentleman shook my hand and asked my name! Love that! I told him I had seen you guys on Tik Tok and had to try some of the things I saw. I looked over the menu for a minute. Then he presented me with the secret menu! I ordered an item from the secret menu. The Missionary Style Pulled Pork!!! It was sooooooo good. Ryan offered an Avocado sauce he said would go amazing with it!! It was perfect! I also got The Democrat and had a few bites and saving it for later! Best first time ever!! After Ryan had to move over to cashier I was introduced to the new bartender Diego! So sweet so informative on mine and another guest questions and made sure the guest down from me was super happy with her food! Will definitely be returning to see these great bartenders! I also got to meet Scott the manager and he was equally as charming and wonderful!!

Food is great, everything you expect from a Torchy s. The floor however is SO slippery and greasy. I walked from my table to refill my drink and it was noticeable how much my foot was sliding from normal walking. Near the kitchen entrance was even worse. I m a fan of a clean restaurant, and having a slippery floor is not only slightly dangerous, but feels unclean as well.

I come here a lot. Ryan is ALWAYS giving amazing customer service with a smile and has a great attitude when working the front register or even on the main floor. Overall service from staff is superb and the business is pretty clean . The food is amazing as well, I never have any issues when I come here for lunch.
