I just want to give a shout out to the cashier every Pollo regio I go to doesn t seem to understand what I m trying to order, but this pollo Regio was on top of their game. Customer service was outstanding. The cashier was Nice and polite, respectful, and quick to take my order. I recommend you coming to eat. Absolutely delicious . I have come here 3 times in a very short time The food is fresh and so delicious. Its very clean and the employees are very kind. If you dine-in you get free chips and salsa. Today I went to this restaurant and I honestly give it a good rating. Good atmosphere, everything very clean, the food was super delicious and the girls attention was very good. If you like grease and flies, then this is the place for you. It was absolutely disgusting. The tortillas are soaked in grease and you get a side of flies. There were flies everywhere including flies outside the drive thru window. I went inside to ask for lime for my tacos, and their were flies all over the sauces. I only ate half of a taco. I was thinking about the flies and I couldnt eat the rest of them. I threw them away. I will NEVER go back again. Someone needs to make a call to the health department.

Really disappointed, chicken did not taste Al carbon and seasoning is overwhelming. Definitely a different recipe and it tastes oven baked. Which if you know. It s not supposed to! Will not be going back. At this point Pollo Rico has original charcoal chicken recipe right! IYKYK

Not charcoal chicken at all. More like an oven baked chicken. Make the extra five minute drive down dessau and get REAL CHARCOAL chicken at pollo rico!
