First I would like to say we were a large party of 14. Our server was so on top of it. The bacon migas were ok. Eggs way over cooked. I was sad how quickly the queso got hard. My nieces french toast was super lacking. All in all a decent experience thanks to the amazing service.

The restaurant is completely renovated and lovely. Friday night service (Yenifer) was incredible, friendly and fast. Mexican food isnt as cheap as it used to be..We had a beer, fajitas for two, extra shrimp. They accommodated our low carb request with a base of veggies instead of rice and beans. Fresh, fresh! Great salsas and LIVE MUSIC! Try breakfast or lunch for a price break.

Super loud restaurant. Server had a very hard time understanding us. We had to ask multiple times for several items. We asked for the manager and felt like all they kept saying was what do you want me to do? All we wanted was to be heard and maybe train your staff better. Probably wont visit this location again. Vegetarian options: Probably several menu items could be made as vegetarian if you get a good server

Moved to Pville a year ago. This location food quality is not near as good as Round Rock. We were coming regular until they had refrigeration problems around mid July. No more tap beer!!! Waited a few weeks and came back 08-17 and its STILL not fixed!!! Very disappointing. Prob wont be back again until its fixed. Will call ahead next time.

After a long week at work I decided to finally get out for a drink with family. I ve been to other Casa Garcia establishments and they were fantastic. However, we tried a new location (this one in Pflugerville) After being seated we waited about 15 mins before anyone ever approached our table to give us water or chips and salsa. Okay, fine. After the waiter brought us water, we waited another 15 mins to be able to order drinks. My cousin order Mexican martini it was great. I asked the waiter if they had a lemon drop martini, he replied yes. So that s what I ordered w/ tequila. Before he left the table I tried it as I didn t want to wait another 15 mins to tell him i didn t like it (in the event I didn t) well I didn t like it. It wasn t a lemon drop martini, it was a Mexican martini with a splash of lemon juice. The manager comes back to the table and tells me bc I asked for the drink (that her waiter told me they offered) I had to pay it. She then proceeds to tell me that they don t offer lemon drop martinis. So bc her waiter doesn t know his job or the things the restaurant offers, you want to penalize me!?! The manger then says let me check with my waiter And never returns. Needless to say we paid for the Mexican martini that was correct and closed the bill. The waiter never came back to ask us if we even wanted to order an appetizer or food. The service here is TERRIBLE. I would highly recommend any other location but this one.

Talk with manager about there bland tortilla soup, that has no veggies in it. It comes with a bowl of chicken broth and chicken in it. My replacement meal was a taco plate with the taco shells over cooked with a burnt taste to them. I normally dont have issues at the casa Garcia off Windermere, but they are really slacking on food preparation. And the dishes need either replacing due to the films around the glasses or they need better dish washers. This is really unexceptable in a Restaurant. Thats why people come up with illnesses from Restaurants.

It s been a while since I ve had authentic Mexican food. I saw the description read as Tex-mex but this has come VERY close to the Mexican food I eat from Texas border towns. Which I think is REAL authentic Mexican food. Their chips and salsa (complimentary) were an added benefit. The salsa was very savory without being too spicy. I had the mole enchiladas which were SO GOOD. Washed it down with a house margarita with chamoy and it was just the best lunch I ve had in such a long time when it comes to Mexican food in Pflugerville so far.

Deer caught in headlights. This is the greeting you will receive from this very relaxed paced location. The front order desk staff need caffeine and lessons on how to smile and greet arriving guests. The handsome tall gent with the good hair was very slow putting my order in the system. All I had was two items. He had to ask me a few times. Maybe it was his first day oh and I asked for beans on the side of my nachos and instead I got none. Its the principle of the matter, it aint much, but Id love it if I got what I asked for. The food is great! But a little speed and polish will go a long way.

The expansion is amazing. The place is bigger, cleaner and their party room is huge. The food is still great. No standards dropped. Still delicious and hot. You could keep eating the chips and salsa all night long. The drinks are potent and delicious . Only thing I missed was taking photos of the food. Its so delicious that you want to directly eat

Went to Casa Garcias on Mothers Day and it was the worst experience ever. We waited almost 2 hours for food we never got and the TERRIBLE waiter was not even apologetic. Spoke to the manager and he didnt seem to care either. I told him we are not paying for the coffee or chips. He said okay thats fine. I wont be going back because they clearly dont care about their customers. TERRIBLE ,TERRIBLE staff and management. I wouldnt give them any stars if I could. Compliments to Chef Octavio Exactly followed my instructions to the T and took care of details l asked.. Chile relleno with no sauce on top a side of rice and a few slices of avocado.. l can be picky but presentation is key. I also asked to meet the person who in the kitchen took care of my details and this humble but attentive you man came out to greet me! Bravo to your server Christopher as well who was super attentive too. Thursday night Marichi was great too, they played a song for me.. En mi viejo San Jusn since l am from Puerto Rico loved this so much Flour Tortillas were fresh and delicious and my Cocktail was also on point! Margarita w Corona blend.. We were hoping to be taken care of our favorite waitress Maria unfortunately shes no longer there due to her boss firing her for a miss understanding shes been working there for more than 20years. She would always make us feel at home and would always treat my family and I super well. Very upset she s no longer there I doubt they will find another waitress like her she really loved her job.

We ordered chips and salsa and this is all the salsa they gave us AFTER we had to walk back inside and ask for the salsa that was not in our bags. Me and my family have been going to casa Garcia forever and every time we go we spend very good money and tip very good but recently we found out one of our favorite server Maria got fired and if anyone knows Maria yall will know she is a hard working and amazing woman who will always look out for her customers and treat them like family, she always brought joy to the table when she would come greet us, she has been working there at casa Garcia for 20+ years and have never been written up. I am very disappointed in casa Garcia for letting go a loyal worker and will be taking my business somewhere else

I typically dont leave reviews, but this place is forcing it. We waited a very long time to be sat, greeted, served, etc, around 2pm when it wasnt even busy. No utensils even after asking for them, no napkins, and very long intervals between seeing server. It took about 2 hrs just to have lunch. Food wasnt spectacular so it didnt make up for the poor service. We did not feel welcome or appreciated.

This is a local chain restaurant. Weve visited the one in Round Rock on IH-35 but its staff sucks. This location in Pflugerville is great! The food is tasty and a good value for your money. Everything good at Casa Garcia. Just ate there last week. Nice comfortable atmosphere. Quick and super friendly service. Awesome beef enchiladas. And the salsa was excellent. I definitely recommend

The food was good but its overpriced for the portion you receive. This used to be our favorite place to eat. It was our go-to for Mexican food. At least once a week. Breakfast tacos are so expensive now.

We havent eaten here in ages after our last experience wasnt what I expected from them. They made up for the last visit. The chips and salsa were so good and my gorditas were delicious. We will be back.

Food is pretty good. Service is okay but sometimes slow. Not my fave Mexican restaurant but their refried beans are the best here. My son loves their enchiladas. Havent dined inside since the renovations, it looks way nicer now!

So many restaurants in the area After much homework and reading dozens of Google reviews I decided to boogie on over to Casa Garcias.. lemme tell ya bout it The joint was packed like a bunch of Mexican sardines. It was poppin inside, but I decided to order take out The nachos had black beans on them, which kinda threw me off. But oshbagosh they hit! The saying is true, once you go black you wont go back. I definitely dont want nachos any other way after today I also ordered a simple enchilada plate. The rice was, meh, if that constitutes as an adjective Tres leches was drier than Ghandis chancla..I didnt think that was even possible. I like my tres leches swimming This tres leches was unswimmingly subpar Like a rice cake with icing on top. Dont mean to be so critical, sorry, not sorry. Jk, but seriously Did I eat it all? Uhh, yeah, duh ...mama taught me to eat all my food. I can already feel that chancla upside my head for real

The numero uno plate is my go to. We went to celebrate a birthday and it was quite the disaster with the reservation but it worked out. The margarita s are good. The remodel is nice as well!

The expansion of the original restaurant is beautiful. If you havent seen the expansion, its a terrific improvement!! Same terrific food Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking with ramp accessibility

My family and I were there for over 3 hours due to lack of attentive service. The server only came when it was time to take the order and pay. We were sat in the back so we could not easily get anyones attention if we had a need. When the gentleman actually came to serve he was friendly, but the attentiveness here is bottom tier. I wont be back
