The staff here are super friendly. Any time I have had a question I message through the portal and someone gets back to me within a few hours. Location is super easy to get in and out of. I enjoy my therapy sessions and I am already making good progress a month in!

Our experience with Jennifer Diaz has been wonderful. She has helped our family work through some behavioral issues and given me the tools to be a more patient and understanding parent. I highly recommend both Jennifer and Family Care Center.

Had a great first experience with Sarah Weaver! She was very warm, down-to-earth, straightforward, and instantly connected with us and our 9yr old daughter. Office was clean, neat, quiet, and the scheduling and referral process was headache-free.

It was my first time seeking for help with my mental health and I was extremely nervous on how my experience would be but I m so glad I went with this location! Everyone is so kind, extremely helpful and supportive! I ve definitely noticed a huge difference in my mental health and it definitely shows! I will always recommend this place to family and friends!

I m very disappointed in the therapy I received. My parent recommended Derek passed on my past, they wanted him to pursued me to get a job. However, my 8 sessions with Derek were mostly me talking aimlessly. I felt we had no real goal or treatment plan. Then, when I finally needed his professional support and referral he forgets. CBC is great and all, but shouldn t we be aiming to get me the right care.

Honestly everyone I ve encountered here has been so nice. Tiyili at the front desk is the sweetest. She always has a bowl of sweet, encouraging, hand written notes that you can take to brighten your day. :)

Family Care Center has been amazing to me. Jennifer is such a great therapist who has helped me so much. All of the stuff are so positive and supportive. Im so thankful I found them when I needed them. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough. She has helped me so much in my journey, and I appreciate her so much.

This center here in Pflugerville has been awesome in all aspects of my child s care! It was easy to get started here and they got us in within a week of making that first call. Every time we show up for our weekly appointment, Tiyili at the front is always so warm and friendly to us, is ready with my son s school note (really appreciate this cause I always forget other places!) and checks us in promptly! Jennifer, his therapist, has been very helpful and communicative with me about his sessions and gives me helpful tips on how to best support my son. We started off the first few sessions together and then once my son got comfortable, we transitioned to individual sessions while I hang out in the waiting room. Doing so made this transition to therapy incredibly seamless. All in all this center is where I recommend anyone to go when they re in need of these services!

Back in September of 2023 I started having panic attacks and was in need of mental health care . I found Family Care Center on Google and decided to go in. Everyone there treated me so well, they got me scheduled very quick and within days I was already on medication. It s been almost 3 months since I ve started going there and my life has improved so much . Very very thankful for all the staff there ! From the front desk lady to the doctors - all of them took so good care of me and still go . Would highly recommend . And also prices are fair .

We were looking for a psychiatrist for our son and a therapist he could relate to. From the first visit we could tell they were different in a very good way from other providers. Our son use to not like going to his appointments and did not get along well with his therapists but here that has changed. We are very happy with the care he is receiving and recommend them to others we know who are struggling with finding a good provider.

This therapist office has been stress-free and extremely kind since the first interactions. The front desk receptionist Tiyili especially, has gone above and beyond to ensure great customer service. I came here seeking someone to talk to and work some stuff out mentally. The staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming since day one. My therapist connected with me and helped me see some things from different angles. Tiliyi keeps the front desk running smoothly and the waiting lobby is comfortable and always stocked with coffee! This is a more recently established company but you wouldnt be able to tell if you didnt already know. Highly recommend this bunch and their services!
