GET YOUR STORE CLEAN! I frequent Smoothie Kings in various locations quite often. Next to being health conscious is to be CLEAN. This location needs to spruce it up when it comes to cleaning. I arrive upon the store opening and The front door is dirty, the mat looks nasty, the entire place smelled like old mop water, the glass is stain and dirty around the food prep station, dust is pilling around the ceiling vents, mold is growing in the wood of the chairs legs and the bottom of the trash receptacle. And why this location is always out of ingredients so early in the morning? The young lady had the makeshift me some granola from the retail section. Anyway, there was only one young lady working the store by herself. She was fast and her customer service was amazing. It was refreshing to get my smoothie bowl in less than 10 minutes VERSUS 20-30min on most days. Kudos to her. Today is 7/24/24 so the store manager should know who she is and praise her. And don t chastise her for a dirty store because she can t do it all alone. GET YOUR STORE CLEAN!!!!!

here is what you need to know: Hard working staff and well stocked too! some of the smoothie kings out there do not have the Alani protein bars, this one does which Smoothie king is currently promoting a promo in the app for. the young lady here went above and beyond to work around the credit card system being down due to the Spectrum statewide outage Helped get me my meal smoothie and work with each person coming in while remaining calm cool and collected :) highly recommend this location! wide variety of energy drinks and smoothie protein to go too at this location! shared parking and tricky since its tucked between Panera bread next door and yet worth the drive was nearby and hungry! Glad they are open early! :)

Everytime I order online from here they call and say they don t have the product to make my smoothie bowl. I went in with a friend for. Smoothie bowl and the girls in the front were fighting over who had to make our smoothie bowls it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. It took 15 minutes for our bowls and they forgot some of our toppings so we left and didn t say anything bc they clearly were pissed they had to make them. This is happened to me 4 times where I place an order for a bowl and they call saying they don t have the items and they can t offer a refund.

This place and the people who work here are wonderful. The reason for my 1 star rating is a recent change to Free upsize Friday to $1 off an upsize Friday without changing their advertising of it. I dont know of a single smoothie that only costs $1 more for an upsize. Its not even half off upsize Friday for my regular order. I had been coming in 2-3 days a week for months, but this recent change has turned me off. Let me know if you fix it - name or price - and Ill come back, otherwise you lost $100 a month over a buck-fifty.

I m not sure who the owner is but Smoothie King this location and the one off of Ghettos School road both have disappointed me. I m a Veteran and I have always gotten a veteran discount at smoothie King locations just not at the ones owned by this owner !! So if you are a veteran I would look for another location. I ve ordered here through the app 3 times and all 3 times the store was out of the key ingredient to make it. I will give the staff credit for trying to call and alert me of the issue but since the number isn t in my contacts it goes straight to voicemail. Anyway, I know the store doesn t run the website but it speaks volumes to the company as a whole when their franchises cannot get the supplies they need to make the product. I paid $18 for a 40 oz smoothie that - after settling on a substitute probably should have cost no more than $12. And I did not really like it. All I know from previous disappointments is that the store cannnot Refund on line purchases. So my recommendation for anyone thinking of going to this or any other Smoothie King is to place your order in person and be prepared to be disappointed when they cannot make what you had your mind set on. I for one am done. Fill me once shame on you, fool me twice or three times, shame on me.

We just left this location after placing an in app order. The manager seemed to be kind and patient however our orders were pretty horrible and being in a hurry, we couldnt return to have them fixed (nor should we have been expected to). Neither of our smoothies came with their requested add-ins and they seemed to be compromised of ice and protein powder alone. I am pretty disappointed and hoping they pay more attention to detail for their future patrons. Rule of thumb, taste before you leave.

7/17/23 at about 7 pm. Danthony was very rude from the start including his coworkers. There a girl with braids when I first walked in I asked her where to go to place orders and she points, that was rude. Then the guy took his sweet time helping me to place my order and he didn t say hi how can I help he just said what can I get for you. When I placed order he didn t ask for my app to scan and he didn t ask me if I wanted my smoothie in plastic or foam cup. When I told him he didn t scan my app his attitude got worst! And then he gossiped to his coworkers about me! I will never return.

Me and my boyfriend just went cause it sounded good and we ve never tried it. We ordered a 40oz mixed berries. The guy at the front told us they re out of 40oz cups so they ll give it to us in 2 20oz. But when it was ready it was in a 32oz cups. We brought it back and he apologized and the girl that handed it to us asked him if that s why there was extra. He said no it s the right amount. Then she tried putting it in 2 20oz cups and there wasn t enough. Then she just put it back in the mixer with more ice. Now it just traste like fruit water. Maybe the smoothies don t normally have a lot of flavor but it just doesn t taste good. Really disappointing that they can t communicate.

I am a frequent customer of this location. I love the smoothies obviously, but when there are problems, it is impossible to resolve. Twice I have had issues where I have ordered online and my order was not fulfilled. First time it was for delivery and they did not have the ingredients. Instead of calling me, they simply cancelled my order. The store workers are unable to issue a refund. Stated owner had to do it. I waited a week for a call back and never got one. I went on to dispute the charge with my credit card. They notified the merchant, Level Up, who then proceeded to cancel my rewards program for charge backs! That was in March, still waiting for resolution. On 5/29 I placed another online order, went to pick it up and no one was there. I have made multiple phone calls to the local store, Level up and emailed smoothie king customer service. All to no avail. Another location advised me they had recieved multiple complaints on 5/29 of the Pflugerville store being closed. Why wasnt the manager or owner up there turning off online ordering? Bottom line is that I cannot get my money back. I will now be disputing this charge as well and I will no longer do business with this store. Do not trust the online order process. Order at your own risk! And please do not respond with an email address to forward concerns. I have done that. No response from them either.

I just left this location stood in line for 10 minutes for a smoothie. The only sign on the door says hiring immediately. Once I got to the counter the young lady says we don t take cash. There isn t a sign on the door or posted in the store. On the website for this location there isn t a notice neither. This young lady was working all by herself with over 6 customers waiting for her. The management or owner of this location needs to put a sign up so customers will not have to waste their time in line for 10 minutes to be told no cash accepted. The young lady had stack of dirty containers by the sink. Unfortunately she was all by herself but she was very apologetic. I noticed several nets flying around the store as I was in line.

Absolutely horrible. Was day dreaming about my smoothie all day just for me to go and waste my money at this location. My first smoothie was just leftovers from a previous guests smoothie who added extra ingredients I did not want for my my child. She added water to it and then gave it to me as if it were what I ordered. My second drink took about 10 minutes for the girl to put together the ingredients (which I might add was just a simple drink from their menu I did not add/change anything) she had to try very hard to even get it in the cup and when I said it needs more liquid she said it s good she handed it to me and I could still see full sized chunks of the ingredients and could turn it upside and it wouldn t move. I asked them to remake it so another girl came to remake it for me and then it ended up being the consistency of soup and basically just tasting like sugar water. I was also in a little bit of a hurry and spent over 20 minutes in the store. I will not be returning to this location which is unfortunate because it is in a great proximity to my work. *edit* I called customer service on our way home and waited on hold for over an hour.

I went in today and there was only one person working first of all. I was on a lunch break and didnt have a lot of time I tried to call in the order from my car just to watch the one employee ignore my 5 calls. Smoothies were as ordered and staff was awesome! They don t accept cash is an issue. If you pay by the Smoothie King app, there s no way to leave a tip for the team members. I say team members because I was a Smoothie King franchisee and that s how they re referred. I have an issue with this, because there s no way to leave a tip for the team if you pay with the app. In fact this store doesn t take cash, so they can t make change if you want to break a $20 to make a tip. Bad call for Smoothie King. They don t care about their team ; meaning their employees that operate stores.

We stopped there to get smoothie for our 1 yr old son. The girl at the counter did not know anything. I had valid questions for e.g. what is supergrain enhancer. She answered with a shrug I dont know. I asked again if oatmilk is organic; they werent sure about that either. The girl who was blending I requested her to not to add ice; she added ice regardless. The smoothie was super sweet & had some protein powder in it; i am thinking she might not have cleaned the blender well. Anyways our son puked bad after drinking that smoothie. Theres definitely something off with that smoothie cos I myself didnt feel quite good after drinking it. Furthermore, the location is not well kept. We decided to stop in here for the first time to grab a quick smoothie to go for a snack. We walked in and there were several teenagers at the counter blocking the way gossiping with the staff which were also teenagers. All high school age and should know better. There were three staff, two girls and one boy. Soon after we arrived the boy disappeared to the back. Then only girls started making drinks and we finally made our way to the front counter. Had to wait several minutes for one of them to finally take our order. No greetings or anything when arriving. We ordered and she printed the order slip and sat them on the counter and then made one drink (for her friends). She then disappeared to the back and left one girl to make all the remaining orders (about six more) Another customer came in in the meantime and stood at the counter. No staff addressed him at all and after about 5 minutes he left. We still waited for our order to be made. The girl made her friends order and finally got to ours. The drinks should be simple and easy to make since they have the exact ingredients printed in the slip. The process took way too long. We waited over 15 minutes for our drinks. Horrible customer service experience. Two of the three staff disappeared when they got busy but we could hear them gossiping in the back. The drinks tasted good but the experience overall will not have me returning. Staff completely neglects customers. Only gave two stars from the nice tasting drinks.

The entire store appears to be a trainwreck and the owners or management must be a problem. The employees are currently and actively arguing. There were 12 customers just waiting for orders despite adequate staff. The poor cashier just looks stressed out. Multiple ingredients are gone, but this wasnt disclosed to customers until after they paid. Then when people requested refunds, they were told no, but they can return another day for a free smoothie - except they paid for something they never received in the first place. Our order was messed up, but theres no recourse for fixing it. Stay far away from this place until they fix their issues.

I refrain from posting a review until I ve given the location a few chances but today was the last time we ll be visiting this location until they either train their staff better. The person in the store should always be helped first or at least addressed with a I ll be right with you let me take this call . After I finally placed my order I decided to get a cold brew on ice with sweetener and almond milk. When the drink was handed to me it was obvious neither was added so I asked the girl who handed me my drink and she said should be . At that point I was more surprised with the response I m not trying to fix or correct my drink and left. Came home to try and make my drink to my liking but ended up giving it to the sink drain. Yesterday my family and I was headed back to Houston and decided to order smoothie king. We ordered 2 smoothies through the app about 20 min prior to arriving. Upon arrival only 1 smoothie was made. The workers said they ran out of peanut butter and tried to call us to inform us. We never received that call so they must have called the wrong number (we checked our profile to ensure the correct number was listed). They offered to make my smoothie a different way, give me different smoothie, or a voucher for that location for a free smoothie next time (I live in Houston so not an option). I was not interested in another smoothie and didnt want to change ingredients from the original smoothie I ordered (I tried the other option in the past and did not like it). I asked to just simply refund me for that 1 smoothie and the workers said we dont give refunds. They went on to say that the owner of this location under NO circumstances gives refunds. That is absolutely ridiculous especially since its their fault my smoothie cant be made with the original ingredients. I also had a friend with me and he wanted to try a smoothie with peanut butter, so when I told him they ran out he was very disappointed. The workers went on to say they run out of peanut butter every week because the owner never orders enough. I ended up just ordering a different smoothie but I would have preferred to just get a refund.

Every time I come to this location not only is my order always slowly made (even though I use the app), it is poorly made. I got a smoothie with mango in it and I have chunks of fruit larger than a fruit cup in there. Honestly go to ANY other smoothie king than this one. Every time I come to this location they are the slowest location at getting the order ready. today there are two young ladies working had very bad attitudes and were not geared toward customer service at all! I placed my order on the app and called that I was there and then people walked in the door I walked in the door to be able to get my order as soon as it was done and told them that I was in a hurry when I called to let them know that I was here and they went to making new orders for walk-ins instead of the one that was ordered ahead cold was there even walked in the door and then gave me attitude for asking them to complete my order before working on other orders. For years, I have always ordered the Power Punch Plus and a few times now The Activator. My order has always been the same and Ive never added anything different. I have been going to the Sundace location, but was in the area and gave this location a shot. I felt like some of the ingredients were a little off. My PPP taste bland and a taste I could not identify. It was of nothing I was used to. I took two sips, and it was not very appealing. When I got home, I took a big spoon and gave it a stir. The taste became bitter. I could have thrown it away or returned back to the location to request another, but no. I should have gone with my first mind and made my own smoothie when I returned home but I spent 25.00 bucks which was a loss and a total waste. I dumped both smoothies into a blender and remade them by adding mangoes and some other goodies. So it was not a total waste after all. I support Smoothie King, but the one time I stepped out of my normal location, this happened. Maybe they need to be trained better, or maybe it was early in the morning and they were not awake yet. I wish there was somewhere that you could put zero stars on here. This is the second time we have ordered and they don t have half the ingredients that they need to make our smoothies. You don t find this out until after you have placed the order and paid, and then you can t get your money refunded. You have to wait a few days for a manager to come in who has to send your receipt to the corporate office and hopefully within a week or two you will get your refund supposedly. We always have to end up driving somewhere else to go get the smoothie that has our ingredients. How is a smoothie place always out of mangoes and peanut butter? Update-week later and nothing but runaround, they email you back and tell you contact the store. Call the store and they take your information but apparently management hasn t worked all week. Still no refund. Pretty disappointing.

I will not return to this place - ever. Brittany should not be a manager. Unprofessional and unkind. The best smoothie on the planet would not be enough to get me in this store again. Customer service & how you treat your other employees should matter way more than it obviously does from what I observed.

Smoothies were amazing as always. I only gave 4 stars because the ladies working were rude in my opinion. No greeting no whatll you have today nothing just blank stares. The only thing out their mouths were to be sure and notice the tip option on card reader. I still tipped them because i know how it is to count on tips to fill your pockets. But it couldve been better if they put in minimal effort and earn that tip rather than expecting some to do so.

The service when they are out of a smoothie is nowhere near what it should be. I go there multiple times weekly so I am definitely a regular. When something happens and they can t fill an order placed, they can t credit you on the spot. You have to wait not for the manager but the owner to credit you. I had to buy the same smoothie again at different location that the same owner owns and still have not received credit back or any compensation for driving to both locations.

Never been to this location ,but the one on Palmer and IH35. Today 05/08 whoever was in the drive through 30 mins ago you need to get her Off the drive through window. I own a fitness business in pflugerville and I will not be sending anyone to that Palmer location so rude at first I thought maybe she cant hear me with the traffic going by. But her attitude at the window was all wrong almost threw the smoothie at me never said sorry for the confusion couldnt hear you she grabbed my card like she was mad then didnt say a word or apologize for asking me 6 times what I said at the window. Definitely will not go back to that store or send anyone else .

I got the keto berry smoothie and the smartcakes because Im on a keto diet. The smartcakes were delicious! The keto smoothie was okay. It had a weird gumminess to it that make it unpleasant to eat, and my stomach was queasy afterwards.

Amazing smoothies, I always get the Strawberry extreme! I recommend going on Fridays because you get $5 smoothies for the medium size and it fills you up. ($5 smoothies are only for certain ones, so just make sure to double check with the cashier on which ones are $5)

This is not your typical smoothie place. Almost a the smoothies here offer great health benefits and nutrition. It was a bit confusing for me but the person waiting on us walked us through it. I always come to this location with no issues ! For some reason today my shake was gross it wasn t blended right could taste the protein a really bad texture as well there was clumps of dates that weren t blended right when I called back to complain there was no manager in charge and they indicated if I couldn t come back today with the shake in hand they could not replace it and there will never be a manager available . I think this is not good costumer service ! I am a regular at smoothie king if not this one I go to the location on Parmer with no complaints . Team members need to be properly trained cause I don t believe this could be the proper procedure . I will not be returning to this location although I live in pflugerville I rather make my own shakes or go to any location but this one .
