Want to update on my 5 star. I was not happy to have to purchase a new tire..actually I was hot. But the team at Costco was calm and worked to place me in a safe position before getting back on the road. Thank you for working with me despite my frustration. It was not your fault but you made sure I could drive my SUV. Just a Wonderful well-rounded place to shop. I purchased gas and went inside for a couple of meal items ie...the Bowl and the New salad. Wonderful choice. Friendly quick and convenient service.

Costco is a great grocery warehouse place if you want to save more if you dont mind buying more in quantity especially if you have a big family or its something you need to use very often etc. Sometimes the things sold here can even be cheaper than what other regular grocers offer as they have super sizes available which helps you to save more when you buy a larger quantity. There is a good variety of goods here too from electronics to furnitures to clothes to food and drinks. Quality of goods is good and they often have seasonal items which they bring in and that makes shopping here quite refreshing. They also have a kiosk here that serves low cost food and drinks like hotdogs and pizzas. Definitely worth to be part of the membership here.

Management needs to get their stuff together at Costco & with their employees! I have memberships at Sam s Club & Costco and I can tell you the customer service are at opposite ends of the spectrum!! Only reason I come to Costco is for the things I can t find at Sam s! The sample station employees move extremely slow as if they don t want to serve samples . So close up shop and leave!! We won t die if we re not served a piece of chicken . At checkout my wife scanned her Costco card from her phones app and I paid with my credit card..that was an entire scene it itself! . You never EVER have these issues with Sam s Club.

I guess that I would like them better if I could shop on the weekdays. However, it always seems so crowded and I seldom get gas as I think I would offset any savings with the engine idling in the long lines. I find myself going much less than I once did. I am not a fan of being approached by gutter guard salesmen, cell phone reps, and other salesmen while in the store.

This T-Mobile kiosk located within Costco appears to be involved in fraudulent activities. I recently visited the kiosk to inquire about their services and was persuaded to provide my information as I have nothing to lose. Later, I discovered that they had enrolled me in a mobile phone plan without my explicit consent. Despite assurances from an individual named Michael that the enrollment had been canceled, I later received a bill for $160 from T-Mobile. This is unacceptable Please take action asap

A quick stop to p/u some plastic totes for storage! Looking for more of the ones that I purchased about 3 weeks ago! No luck, sold out! Passing the pharmacy on the way out, I remembered I didnt pick up some brain vitamins when I was there 5 days ago! I couldnt see the ones I was looking for. I asked a pharmacy person & she was very happy to help! She came from behind her counter to help & then offered a suggestion! Very nice lady! She went out of her way to help me & I appreciated her doing that! 5 stars for that woman & Costco!

The policy for payment is ridiculous. I was with my spouse and scanned my Costco card while my spouse pulled out his debit card to make the purchase. Buddy, Josh took his job to the extreme and did not allow him to while calling his policy check person to come over because I said the policy was stupid to my spouse. She said WE can make the purchase with a debit card but can t make the purchase with his credit card and my Costco card. Looks like ol guy there needs to figure out the policy a bit more. In the end I still paid with OUR joint account. Also never had issues before this incident until Josh. But if someone wants to pay for my stuff, let it be!! Another incident: Put in a catering order for a funeral ahead of time. Came to pick it up day and time input and it was not ready at all. They literally had to look in the box for my paper to see what I ordered. Ridiculous, I had to wait 45 minutes when they said it would take 15 min. They definitely need to improve in the deli department. No one/ Management did not apologize and said, I hope you re not late to wherever you need to be. yeah, catering for a funeral.

Love Costco! From travel discounts to $1.50 hot dogs and everything in between. Update 8-16-22 Clean, well stocked. Already have Christmas items if you want to get an early start. Update 10-24-22 Love the free samples. The ladies are so friendly. Update 01-07-23 Had the delicious pizza today. 3-7-23, Had Pizza again. Update 9-21-23, Some new employees are overweight and do not show the perkiness we are used to with Costco. Update 4-17-24, Employee seriousness seems lacking in several individuals. I had one of the worst experiences ever at Costco food court. I ordered 2 mocha freezes at the self checkout and 40 mins later I asked a lady with black glasses if I can get my 2 mocha freezes and she said okay give me a second and moved on to pizzas and chicken bake. Later another employee walked by and I asked her if I can get my moca freezes and she tells me the machine is down and gave me a refund. When I mentioned that the other lady with the black glasses could have just told me that instead of wasting my time she lied and said I never mentioned what sink it was. I can t believe I m paying yearly membership for this kinda service.

One of the tires had a nail and brought it back to Costco. The adviser could not help because I put a plug in it. The adviser said I need to buy a brand new tire because he did not want to fix it and I need to read the contract before doing anything to the flat tire. Well, I bought three set of tires from Costco in the past and I never had any problem, this will be the last time that I would buy any tires from this store. I will let others know about this hidden clausefrom now on.

Been an unhappy member of Sam s for some time, Struggling to pay for my membership fee thru savings. I have been a member of Costco for less than 2 months and have already received greater savings than my membership fee. The frozen foods (So far) have exceeded expectations. Shopping for staples and special sales will help to rack up the savings rather quickly. I m so glad we made the switch!

Costco is a great convenience for me as it is no more than 5 minutes from my home. There is such a wide variety of items to choose from. Each time that I visit, I am able to get in and get out without spending too much time. Everything is well organized making it easy to get what you need. There is always someone at the checkout area to direct you to the appropriate line. The checkout process is pretty streamlined and designed to get you on your way as quickly as possible. Update: Costco Gas has been the only gas station that I use. Also, it seems that I go to Costco more for their pizza than groceries. If you havent been to the pizza stand, youre definitely missing out.

Nice place to find useful stuff. I only find a few choices of any product but this is super helpful in deciding which to buy. Oftentimes I would find great quality mango or mandarin, or strawberries, but not consistent. Same with the eggs or dairy products, readymade food or coffee, the quality varies. Dont know why! Prices are usually consistent and sometimes I even get super great deals.
