Every time I went to this disgusting place the elevators smelled like pot This place is trash do not book here these people are so unprofessional and so unorganized, they change things on last minute tell you one thing and it s another I wish I hadn t booked them this is bigger mistake of my life I just hope this place goes out of business .. the old guy with That works there is always taking a smoke break the other worker that works there with the glasses seems confused about his job and to be frank these people do not like black people I over heard them use the n word

This Venue is gorgeous but as they say...everything that glitters aint gold. I was moved around from person to person, I could never reach the person I previously spoke with even if it was just the next day. They day of my wedding...the Director and Staff were so busy trying to eat food from my buffet and drinks from my bar they failed to cut up an entire cake for guests. 30% of my guests didnt even get cake and I paid for Cake Service! My privacy and the privacy of our guests was violated as the staff allowed a man to film my reception...we never signed any waivers and no one has accepted responsibility or provided me the footage. My personal flash drive with our photos on it still has not been returned. The Venue did not provide the food...I had a private chef. The Venue did not provide the adult beverages, I purchased everything except water and soft drinks. I held it together for the sake of my guests but...boy oh boy did they drop the ball!

While the location is great and food was also good but this place seriously lack directions for various halls. They need to add markings in elevator, and on each floor showing which hall is where. Also there could add displays showing host names and hall numbers.
