Kim and her team are absolutely incredible. They provided the rentals for my 50th birthday party and were patient, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect. One of the chairs had a slight issue and they brought a replacement and additional chairs after 9pm! I highly recommend.

Such a breeze to work with on our wedding day! They were recommended my our planner and were so glad we went with them! They have such reasonable prices for rentals and their delivery and setup/teardown fees are super affordable too. We had a little snafu with multiple venues but Paula was so easy to work with and adjusted our invoices/setup/teardown details so many times. On the actual day of, they were in and out seamlessly within the timeframes that we had the venue for. We gave them a layout of how we wanted the chairs (semi circle) and they executed it perfectly. We loved working with them!

Was interested in speaking with someone at the company to discuss receiving a quote to rent tables and chairs for my daughters graduation party. Contacted the company a couple of times and no answer. I completed the quote form online not really sure what was and was not available. Received an email that the quote was denied because some items were not available. I was pretty flexible with modifying my request for what the company may have had available. Would have appreciated someone either returning my call or at least an email with alternative options and availability. Went with a more personable company that offered similar services/items.

Ive used Elle many times and have always been happy with rentals and service. This time, one of the kids chairs was broke. Also, the chairs and tables must not have been inspected/cleaned because dried mud fell all over my floor before my party. Two chairs did not have an end cap on the end of the leg so mud was pushed up into the leg of the chair. One of the kids tables must have sat in mud at a prior event because as we unfolded the table legs, the mud broke into pieces everywhere. Its not the end of the world, but it would be nice to get clean table/chair rentals so Im not sweeping a mess right before guests are arriving. Also, recommend checking chairs to make sure they are not broken.
