Was mostly craving a good hookah experience and was not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The beef shwarma sandwich was great! The fires were fresh, hot, and crispy. The hookah (I got the berry mint mix) was very smooth and flavorful. If Im back in town Ill most likely hit it up after a hard days work.

A customer and I spontaneously decided to hit up this Hookah spot! We went in with confidence when we saw the 5.0 review on Yelp. Well the reviews were spot on! I want to say from the moment we walked in, Moe the owner was very inviting and was so passionate about Hookah. He took his time and allowed us to smell samples of the flavors he recommended for our taste. The vibe was so chill and the 90s R&B music really hit the spot. Moe also allowed us to sample his homemade tea and I will say, as a hot tea lover, this was the BEST hot tea I have ever had. Some of the customers were ordering food which smelt and looked amazing so we were disappointed we had eaten before we came. Because we are world travelers, Moe spent some time talking to us about the Middle East and we shared with each other some of the adventures we have experienced. Although I am from Houston and have very little business in Lubbock, I will find a way to make it back to this hidden gem!

Great experience every time I go! The owner is fantastic and is so nice. I always love coming in here to get their shawarma (chicken or beef) and every single time it s cooked to perfection. The fries are hands down by far some of the best I ve had in LBK. On top of that, the hookah flavors are pretty good and the hookahs much smoother than previous ones I ve hit. I try to come once a week for the food and maybe enjoy a hookah every other week. The byob aspect is great too due to not having to pay $3-5 for a beer like these other bars charge. Due to its location near broadway, it s a great pregaming spot to bring your friends, watch the game, and hit the bars after.

Run, don t walk!! This place is way more than a hookah bar, it s an experience like no other! The chicken shawarma was the best I ve ever tried and everything is freshly made. There is a huge selection of hookah flavors and Moe is super helpful if you re having trouble deciding. The sage hot tea was excellent as well. Wow the food here is absolutely incredible. Moe is such a kind and inviting person that it made the overall experience even better! Clouds is the place my friends and I love to hang out for so many reasons. We absolutely love the Chicken Shawarma with the fries. It fills you up the right amount. The sauces/dip that Moe (the owner) makes from the scratch is wonderful. You can tell that Moe has put in his heart and soul to make this place so good. The hookah is perfect the way Moe makes it and he makes sure to check in frequently if the customers are enjoying or not. Moe makes everyone feel at home and enjoy their time at Clouds. This spot is close to Texas tech and has BYOB luckily there is a gas station like 2 mins walk where you can find beers. Chill vibe, relax atmosphere and music. I found Cloud Hookah through Instagram a long while back and have been wanting to try it ever since. This past week they were advertising $1 wings all day Sunday so I couldn t resist. My boyfriend and I stopped by in the evening and were surprised to find the place empty (we were scared it d be too busy and hard to find seating, I also wanted some pictures with their head in the clouds scenic wall so I was hoping it wouldn t be too crowded). There was a gentleman (assuming is the owner) at the counter to greet us and accommodate us with anything we needed. We were able to have a nice conversation with him and he was super friendly. Promised I d leave a review so here I am. : ) I wasn t sure what to expect, but I came for wings and wings is what we got! There were only three flavors: lemon pepper, barbecue, and Buffalo. The lemon pepper was amaazzinnggg, seriously so good. Cloud Hookah is now my favorite go-to place for this flavor. It s lightly breaded and they re not stingy with the seasoning!! Barbecue? Saucy . Buffalo? Dripping! Super flavorful and it tastes so fresh. The gentleman at the counter even gave us falafels (deep fried balls of goodness native to the Middle East!) on the house to try! They re an appetizer on the menu, but they ll fill you up quick and were really good. (The wings are also an appetizer on the menu, but like the falafels, they re also very fulfilling). I wish they had more wing flavors, but the three they have are good anyway! We didn t even have any leftovers to take home lmao would go back again. From our one and only experience, it doesn t seem like the place is too well known yet so there s not too many customers and if that s the case and you re reading this review, go check it out!! You won t be disappointed.

This review is long overdue. I have only lived in Lubbock for a year and this is still my favorite spot in town. Moe is a genuinely kindhearted individual who cares deeply about his customers and his community. He also prides himself on his authentic hookah flavors and on his unique menu. We were in town seeing family and decided to stop by for a little bit and enjoyed so much we stayed til closing! They have so many different flavors, it was hard to choose! We ended up ordering two different hookahs and didnt like one of the flavors so the staff changed it for free! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a fun, chill night. I would give this place ten stars if I could. We have been ordering takeout since we discovered Clouds (more than a few times a week, too it s become an addiction) and were fortunate enough to try the hookah tonight. Everything is visibly clean and well-sanitized. The vibe is cool and definitely Instagram-worthy! As for the food, I ve never had more consistent taste and quality...the menu isn t a mile long but what Moe does, he does spectacularly. The shawarma...good gosh, it s heaven. The fries are homemade. HOME. MADE. Not frozen. Like, they come from actual potatoes. Where else can you get fries like your grandma used to make?! (Sorry, Nana, these are actually better.) Great place and atmosphere!! Best hookah in town. They have great burgers and falafel sandwiches. The owners are amazing and they provided the best customer survice .
