Carl at Cell Phone Repair is a LIFESAVER!!! He doesnt just repair cell phones. He ALSO repairs computers. I bought a brand new Dell at Office Depot in Pearland. I say brand new because as it turned out the unit not new. It had been registered with Microsoft under someone elses name. No wonder it was cheaper. Nowhere on anything did it say anything about not being new. Smooth sailing for about 1 1/2 months. Then it lost its mind. Office said send it back to Dell. In Viet Nam? I think that is where they are now with their mfg. I took the machine to Carl at CPR on Dixie Farm Rd. He wiped the hard drive and reinstalled Windows 11. Hooray. This took a couple of days and cost me about $40.00. What a deal!!!!!!

We dropped off our phone on a Monday for a cracked screen. We were told the parts would be in the next day. We got a call the next day, no parts. The following day, still no parts, but we were told Thursday it would be done. We stopped by Thursday, but still no parts. We were told we could drive to the Pasadena location, as they had the part in stock. They offered us a $10 discount. After 4 days of doing nothing, we were expected to drive to another location and start the process over again. No thanks. There are several ways that they could have handled this, doing nothing for 4 days and asking me to go to another location is not the best solution. Although other reviews indicate my negative experience seems to be the exception, its enough for me to take my business elsewhere in the future.

CPR Cell Phone Repair came to the rescue when my screen had a small Crack. I was able to get my screen replaced in under an hour. Having insurance on my phone made it inexpensive. The guy working there even was able to put the same screen protector back on it, so I didnt have to go out to get a new one!

I never leave reviews but I m sadly disappointed. I had my 12 pro max since release date with no problems. The charging port recently stopped working(not bad considering how long I ve had the phone) but EVERYTHING else was good on my phone up until I let them work on it. I was told it would take 1-2 hours but it took ALL day. I came up there 3 different times, phone still wasn t ready. My phone was like brand new before I came here ,my only issue was the charging port suddenly going out. After leaving them now my Bluetooth is extremely spotty when I try to connect to something, people can t hear me when I try to talk on the phone, my battery charges extremely slow suddenly and my screen is very laggy. ALL problems that I didn t have until immediately after they worked on my phone. $130 gone down the drain only to STILL have to get a new phone I do not trust them and I won t be back.

I came here a few months ago with my iPhone 8 which had a cracked screen and I had them replace it. They not only over charged me but I had to come back 3 more times bc after the screen was fixed my home button stopped working, then they suggested a new one for $100... I got the new one and I requested it be white like the phone. They gave me black and within a few hours of getting my phone back it started heating up and would actually burn me from inside my pockets. I brought my iPhone back once more, my boyfriend s sister didn t know I had brought it back again so she was calling me and to my surprise a man answered her call on MY PHONE. When I was with her later that day she told me and I tried calling my phone and once again someone answered but they didn t speak. Finally the time came to pick up my iPhone and it looked fine but they still put another black home button and over charged. The next morning after picking up my phone it started overheating really bad and then just shut off. Phone never turned on again. Please save your money and time, just go to apple or a better phone place.

This review should have come a month earlier but Im happy Im doing it now. This is hands down the most professional, friendly and cost efficient phone repair shop in Pearland. my phone camera had fog in it and I couldnt use the face recognition to open it, took it to the apple store and they told me it had to be replaced, a couple stores couldnt repair it but CPR got it fixed and gave me detailed information about the problem which unknown to them I had also gotten from Apple. CPR is the real deal, you wont regret taking your gadgets to them. Also they got my phone fixed earlier than the pick up time frame.

They put a new screen on my phone, when I picked it up ,I ask for a screen protector.The Mgr installed it and broke it, they didnt have another one on hand, had to order one,it took 2 weeks for them to call me that it had come in. Meanwhile, 4 days after having the newscreen put in , it fell out and .broke.I was told it was just a unfortunate circumstance, nothing they would do about it.when I picked it up he said to be careful the adhesive was not dry, when I took it back he said the screws had come loose.Please do not waste your time and money with these people, they do horrible work and dont stand behind their craftsmanship.

Henry saved the day!!! Save yourself the hassle and headaches, and visit the friendly, knowledgeable & helpful techs at the Dixie Farm location in Pearland. I wish we had come here first instead of trying to deal with the run around from Geek Squad, Apple Care, and T-mobile insurance for a screen repair/replacement on an iPhone XR. We even spent $199 service fee at Geek Squad for them to send our phone to Apple only to have Apple return it un-repaired. (We also didnt realize there is a separate Apple repair section in Best Buy that we were supposed to use instead of Geek Squad.) Insurance and Apple care covered nothing, so at this point it all seems like a huge waste of money, especially now that I know you can get a screen repair at a reputable place. Prices are fair and service is excellent!

We had a great experience here. My daughter cracked her iPhone screen and I didnt want to go through the hassle and cost of getting Apple to fix it. Jay looked it over and tested it for a few minutes, gave me the cost, and said it would be ready in an hour. He also showed us 3 screen protectors that fit her phone but he never pressured us into getting one. I mean, we did anyway because, teenager. The phone was in perfect condition and everything worked as it should when we picked it up. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Had an appointment with Best Buy to get IPad looked at and they wanted to send it off for repair. I needed major help with my cell phone. I recalled seeing a cell phone repair shop on Dixie Farm Rd. Its CPR Cell Phone Repair. I was greeted upon entering the store. The gentleman was attentive as I explained my frustration with the phone. It went something like this. I needed more memory so I purchased an SD card. I couldnt figure out how to install it... He asked a few simple questions...is this a new card? etcetera The SD card shape was somewhat different than what my phone would accept. The manufactures book said that I couldnt use more thank a 32mb card. All the while that Im babbling he is opening the phone and observing its specific layout. He stated that his technician would take a look at it. No more than 3 minutes he returned and started showing me how to save pictures,videos on my phone and how to move the ones I already had to the SD card. The technician came from behind the counter and aided in informing me how to use it as well. Both of the staff were very informative, professional and courteous. I asked how much do I owe you. Twice now CPR Cell Phone Repair Pearland have manged to do the impossible. 1st time around they were able to track down a part and repair a lenovo 32 inch tablet that was no longer in production. Additionally, I took this same tablet to a competitior of theirs who told me they could not repair it. Most recently, I took my HP laptop that had liquid damage and would not power on. They fixed my son s iPad, and it looks brand new!!! They did it within a good 3 days, and I couldn t be more pleased! The 2 guys (didnt get their names) that helped me were really nice and the price was very reasonable! I definitely will be coming back!

Very informative and understanding of customers needs.. I went in to get help unlocking my phone that my kid somehow locked after disabling my keyboard, they couldnt get in unless they do a hard reset but then Id lose everything on the phone, so, not an option.. But Mike at the counter was kind and explained everything so I was informed to make the best decision for my situation! I appreciated that!
