Been going here for years and the food and service are always great. Tried happy hour for the first time today. Great selection of delicious food items. Decent selection of drinks, just wish there was a whiskey cocktail option. Had a martini and it was good. The calamari and short rib slider were great!

Made reservations well ahead of time for our anniversary and when our family of 5 showed up we were turned away. Only explanation we received was that they were not accepting reservations for that day - no accomodations or other alternative was even attempted to make up for error in their end. Very disappointing in the customer service in what was meant to be a special occasion.

Had a fabulous experience. We went for lunch and were the only ones in here. My husband got the smoked beef short rib, I got the prime rib sandwich and we shared the lasagna eggroll appetizer. Everything was very tasty. The portion was perfect and I ended up taking my sandwich home. I had the chicken Gianni soup and that was on point. Perfect clean Italian atmosphere with wonderful warm food. Loved it!

The food was fantastic! I shared three dishes with my mom and sister; the Tortellacci, the Patton Chicken Fried Wagyu, and the Short Rib Gnocchi. The Tortellacci was the absolute winner because the sauce was so flavorful and yummy. The Short Rib Gnocchi had homemade gnocchi, which was nice and fluffy, and the beef was very juicy, rich, and tender. The Chicken Fried Wagyu had really good flavors but wasnt as good as what you might get at a true country style restaurant, in my opinion. My mom liked it, though, so that could be preference. The service was fantastic! Our waitress was so friendly, energetic, helpful, funny, and just made the whole experience a joy for us. Sadly, I am making this review a few weeks later and forgot her name! The atmosphere was nice, a little bit on the dimly lit and romantic side.

The place was really elegant looking. Service was good. The food came out on huge portions and was tasty. We ordered some brunch and reg dinner dishes. Alfredo 4/5 It was light and tasty Spinach dip 5/5 Creamy and huge. The dip was good and the chips with it were crispy. Breakfast calzone 4/5 It was a different take on the calzone and a good size. We fairly enjoyed it. Shrimp and grits 5/5 It was balanced and tasty.

I didnt really get a chance to explore this restaurant the way I would like. My cousin and I stopped in after the hurricane in search of food places that were open and ordered to-go. Their menu looked amazing to me. I love Italian food and they had a great selection to choose from. I would love to dine-in whenever I return to the area to visit. They have a nice dessert and drink selection. I ended up adding a nice slice of carrot cake to my order just because I saw a guy sitting at the bar eating one, lol. My pizza and salad were tasty and generous portions. My only issue when I return will be deciding what I want as the menu was heavenly.

Wow!! Thats all I can say. Went for lunch with my sister and this was the absolute BEST meal Ive had in a very long time. I have not 1 actual complaint. Someones Italian grandmother HAD to be in that kitchen lol. Everything was fresh, hot, seasoned, and so delicious. Portions are all a shareable size but you kind of want to keep it all to yourself. I had the chicken piccata with the bruschetta and wagyu meatballs for appetizers. My sis had the lasagna and and spinach and artichoke dip with lump crab meat. Service was speedy, but nothing felt rushed, and the recommendations were helpful. We found out they have a speakeasy! I think it was closed for renovation but we plan to go back for that and the food. Im not sure how popular or well known this place is but Im legit telling everyone to go visit. We had a wonderful time.

Pros.... 1. I is less than 2 minutes from my home. 2. The ambiance is really nice! If you are looking for a date night and want some Frank Sinatra in the background? Then I think you would like this place. 3. The wait staff was really nice. Cons... 1. The food is overpriced! Just outright exorbitantly expensive! 2. The food quality and the price are not in alignment. The lasagna based on portion size should be no more than $7.00. 3. To be fair.... I ordered the lasagna. It was $23. It was mostly meat sauce surrounding a small square of lasagna which did not have much meat saurce in it. The irony was that the meat sauce was actually pretty good. The problem is that I ordered lasagna. They should consider selling the meat sauce separately as it was good enough to stand on its on. Again, the issue is that I ordered lasagna. 4. The food was cold. 5. They need to either train their staff or just do not acknowledge the bread. Reason: The reason that I learned about them is that I am a Hunter. I enjoy going out to eat soooooo it is common for me to go on the hunt looking for a spot. I was in search of garlic bread! This is how I learned about Grazia. Headsup.... They do not sell garlic bread! They do provide bread that is extremely hard and they are too lazy to slice up, but it is not garlic bread. The bread was so hard that I just through it out. To think after all of these years, they still do not sell garlic bread. You know the bread.... Its buttered with sprinkles of garlic and cilantro on it. 6. This one is more of an industry norm so I am not sure if it is really fair to criticize them for it, but ordering a salad just means that they give you the individual ingredients and we put the salad together ourselves. Yes, there are a number of folk that prefer the ingredients. My thing.... If we have to put the ingredients together ourselves, the least that the restaurants can do is drop the price! More to say...... But I have other work to do.... I will say this.... As I just learned this about them.... They do offer a veterans discount of 10%. Something is better than nothing. I just like the fact that they are nice to veterans so I will likely go back for that reason in the future. But it is the distant future as Grazia primarily caters to the rich. I ordered 2 lasagnas, a ceasar salad, and the triple mac. It originally costed $70, but they were nice enough to honor my veterans status after the fact to bring the price down to $63. Because the lasagna portion size was so small.... Instead of $23 for each lasagna, it should have been $7 each. That total meal should not have costed more than $20, but I ended up paying more than 3 times that amount for borderline mediocre cold food with small portion sizes.

Attended a catered event and food appeared nicely prepared. It was delivered promptly and hot and fresh. Disappointed in the food portions. Mike and Jen was delicious however the pasta was cooked then the sauce/chicken was poured on top. So it wasnt mixed up. A big portion of the bottom of the pan had dry noodles- no sauce. The mixed green salad was fresh however there was more shredded carrots and tomatoes than lettuce. It was a small pan however only a few people were able to get salad as the portions was off. There was a full pan of plentiful bread. Cucumber salad was good however it was over dressed as it was very oily/watery. The food was tasty.

Im giving 3 stars because the food was pretty good but they were so rude. We wont be back on account of how rude. First we walked in during their down time before dinner. Just a couple looking for some good food on a Saturday. Even though the entire restaurant was empty, the manager walks us over to the dumbest table with a pole in the middle of it at the back of the restaurant squished up against a window to seat us so we asked if we could sit LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Well being that this was our first time there we didnt realize there was a dress code and they didnt say anything about it. We werent dressed like the houseless. Just t-shirt and jeans like most normal couples on a Saturday. We sit down to eat and the whole time they act like were going to run out of there without paying. Not only are we not ticket stiffers, were great tippers, always leaving at least 25-30% and were never rude or difficult customers. The food was good! And while I might like to go back, we wont because we dont appreciate being treated this way.

The ambiance was nice with low lights and classic italian restaurant decor. The food was good, but not as good as the price would suggest. I am sure it was an off day, but our service was so bad that our appetizers made it before our dinner order was taken. Albeit we were not ready to order when we first sat down and asked for a few minutes to decide. I literally had to get up from the table and ask another staff member if we had to pay extra to get service. A few moments later, our server returned and exclaimed she was busy with other tasks and then proceeded to take our order. In my opinion, with the exception of the service we received, this is a decent italian restaurant in the Pearland area. You will pay a premium for the perception of exclusivity and luxury. Therefore, Grazia would be a decent place for business meals or to impress the opposite sex.

I am uncomfortable and will no longer go to this restaurant. The lamb chops used to be a item for happy hour and the manager Anna removed it from happy hour and kept it for dinner guests. When I asked why I was told by Danielle certain people come in for lamb chops for happy hour because they dont want to pay regular price and their customers that can pay the regular price should be able to have it available. Thats very insulting and she stated if I want lamb chops that bad I need to pay the normal price. Then she said it weeds out certain customers. I dont know what that implied but I was insulted. I enjoy happy hour and shouldnt be made out to feel Im cheap because thats when I go. So I wont go at all. Then she can have whatever clientele shes wanting.

I will try the spaghetti again because normally it is really good. Garzia was a great place to stop in and have some wonderful Italian food. We went during lunch time. It was not super busy. Everything is Farm to Table and made fresh from scratch. The Italian bread was served with garlic, fresh herbs and EVOO and it was delicious The bruschetta was the size of a pizza so beware if you order that as an appetizer that you can probably share that amongst at least six people. I would have to say its one of the best bruschettas Ive ever had. We actually got our entrees to go. Shrimp fettuccine alfredo and lasagna. The waitress was superb. She told us that the kitchen does everything made to order and that we could special order one of the fettuccine without any garlic as a person in our group has a garlic allergy. I thought that was fantastic. Definitely give graza a try next time youre in the Pearland area.

We had our first visit to the restaurant yesterday. We were delighted and look forward to going back again. Food was superb and the restaurant has a great atmosphere with delicious scents. Service from Zaria added to the experience. She was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Italian cuisine!

I have been a frequent patron of this resturant having my company Christmas party in the wine room, my daughters graduation party in the speakeasy, and numerous brunches and dinners with friends and family. Im very loyal and understanding however this last experience has forever changed my thoughts about the resturant. Each year for the Christmas party the guests that reserved hours before remained in the wine room at least 30 minutes after my reservation. I usually am patient due to the resturant offering me and my team drinks. This time the manager Ryan tried to make it seem like we were getting a courtesy although this has been a issue for years at this point. When we finally gained access to the room 30 mins after the scheduled time we were rushed because the restaurant closed at 10pm. My employee ordered a steak at the same time as everyone else recieved it last in a Togo box with the attempt to push us out of the door. The server didnt include all of the items I ordered but kept trying to get us to leave. This was the worst I wont be having anymore events at an establishment with such terrible customer service lack of accountability ever again.

Came in for lunch and I did not like that it was so dim in the restaurant. My friends and I chose to sit outside since it was such a nice day. We ordered the Adrian s art and a Caesar salad to share between 3 people and it was the perfect amount. The pizza was so good!! I do wish the ricotta was spread around a bit more tho. The Caesar salad was too salty.

We have never been to this place before and are not from this specific side of town. My family and I were looking for an Italian place to try, and we saw this on our maps. Upon walking in, however, we immediately felt something was off. After not being greeted we were finally called over and were told that we needed a reservation despite there being multiple open tables. This would have been fine but the waitress just told us we dont have room for you, which only added to the unwelcoming feeling. They did not even direct us where to reserve a table nor did they ask us to wait and simply stared at us making us decide to just leave. I dont think I will ever want to try and visit this place in the future or recommend it.

Was not impressed with food. Went with 4 other people and we each ordered something different. No one was impressed with the food and said the portion wasn t worth the cost and the taste was just meh. Only thing decent was the spinach artichoke dip. I had the short rib grilled cheese which let s be honest it was not a grilled cheese. There was hardly any cheese. I was given a dirty spoon for my soup and the waitress luckily saw it as she put it in front of me and replaced it. Wife had a croissant sandwich and she couldn t eat it like a sandwich because it just fell apart. The sandwich was dry and missing ingredients. Overall I was not impressed and will not return.

The food and atmosphere were nice and commensurate with the price. Nice menu with plenty of options but not overwhelming. Only minor quibbles with the service: it was a bit stiff and a bit slow at times. Kindly asking if a booth was available caused the greeter to become flustered, so we just said never mind to overcome the awkwardness (but she was nice). Food was dropped off by a lady in a winter coat who looked like a customer; that may sound picky (and it probably is) but it was a bit jarring when considering the menu prices and the otherwise upscale ambiance of the place. All that being said, we ll definitely visit again. It s a wonderful locally owned option to have in Pearland! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu.

Over priced. Chicken fried waygu steak was good but not 40.00 good and the chicken entrees werent good quality (heated up frozen Sysco chicken). The sides were small. My 40 chicken fried steak had a tablespoon side of mashed potatoes, Im sure they can afford to give me 2tablespoons of mashed potatoes on a 40 dollar plate.

I was sadly very disappointed in this place we went here for my birthday dinner and the service was really good our waiter was awesome but the food was not they are extremely over priced especially for what you get the portions are super small so it shocks me to see people on here saying you get a huge portion because you do not the chicken taste like frozen chicken from Sysco and is thin and hard you get maybe 3-4 oz with maybe a 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes if that for $28 it would be different if it tasted good and was homemade but thats not the case the chicken fried steak I believe its called the Patton was good but not $40 good the pizza was soggy the chicken parm was soggy and again you get maybe a 1/2 cup of spaghetti with a small breast for over $25 it also takes forever to recieve your food and your dessert we got there at 4pm and didnt leave until almost 7pm in my options its a waste of money also for such an expensive restaurant the bathroom wall paper is falling off and taped on to the wall we wont be back

I recently just went for the first time on my 22nd birthday and they are amazing. Expensive but well worth it, you get a large portion of food and everything we had there was amazing. We started off with an order of bruschetta and mussels to start. Then me and my wife had the waygu chimichurri flank steak and the mahi mahi, which both came with risotto mine was panchetta risotto and hers was black truffle lobster. They were both amazing dishes and even reheated well as left overs the next day. Over all a 9.5/10 the only complaint i had was the price but the food and atmosphere is well worth it. Also we had alot of drinks which can add up on the bill

Wanted to like this place, but we were very disappointed. Very underwhelmed with this place :/

This is a special place... While visiting for my fathers funeral, my sister took me to Grazia.. her neighborhood pizzeria..while enjoying drinks and waiting for our pizza, we had a tour of the speakeasy and given brief history of the place by the knowledgeable & very friendly bartender. The owner came in and had gotten word of our fathers passing, he gave sincere condolences and paid for our whole meal.

I actually went here for my birthday since I was wanting Italian food. Upon arriving, the outside of the building is presentable. Customer service when entering was prompt but was immediately bombarded by the manager as we approached our table telling the hostess that the table was set for a different party of four. I found that odd as it was 6pm in the evening and so many more vacant tables. They could have simply removed the setting for the other two since we were already to the table instead of highlighting the error of the hostess. That was strike #1 for the manager for me. The appetizers were amazing as I had the lasagna egg rolls and my fiancé had the scalloped dish. After having the appetizer, I was excited for the actual meal. My meal was disappointing and a solid 2.5/10. We also noticed that our glasses were dirty and stained to the point the residue was visible and my fiancé asked for styrofoam. The chairs leather was viability cracked and unappealing. He ordered a steak that was dry and chewy. We informed our waitress (who was amazing) and she informed the manager. Instead of the manager coming to address the issue (he wasnt wanting a refund or anything), she sent over a complimentary dessert that was again dry and distasteful. That is not what we wanted nor did it fix any issue we experienced. Our waitress tried her best to make my evening worth it knowing it was my birthday but unfortunately her efforts were in vain. The managers actions basically ruined my experience and I will never return nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Maybe it s what I ordered: Chicken Limone was just too mushy and was soaking in the mashed potatoes. Smelled weird, too. Got my food to go. I had to ask for bread?!?!? I was told that DoorDash app customers don t get bread . Really??? I use DoorDash and pick up my own food. Go orders should have the SAME quality as a dine-in order. But, I m sure they know that .. And, they want a tip .. EARN it !!!!

So it was my first time going to Grazia. I want to start off by saying that its really delicious. We got it to-go. We had a Pizza, their Chicken Alfredo and a Spinach dip. Everything was great. The only thing that I can complain about is that we didnt get our bread with oil. The lady specifically told us we get one with each order. They also added crab to our spinach. We didnt ask for it. I hope I didnt get charged for it I will have to check my receipt. I would recommend you dont ask for the crab. Its not worth the extra 8 dollars. Even if you love crab. We would definitely come back. Its delicious.

The night started off amazing with it being my girlfriends bday I decided to make reservations at one of my favorite restaurants!!! After calling and making reservations I thought about canceling them on 3 different occasions!!! Thats because the person who to my reservation was very dry and didnt make me feel like I was coming to happy place. Once we arrived we were sat at the front of the restaurant and was taken care of my Ora (WHO WAS AMAZING BY THE WAY). I informed Ora it was my girlfriends bday and her first time at Grazia. Also that I wss currently going through chemo and this was my first time out in 5 months. The food started off amazing with the appetizers being the Lasagna Eggrolls and the Jumbo Sea Scallops and Riice. Now as for the dinner part of it I ordered the Waghu Flank Steak medium well and it came out so dry and tough my fork wouldnt even cut through it. Ora came over and I explained and demonstrated how tough the $40 WAGHU Steak was. She went to get the manager who was on a conference call but sent over a piece of dessert on the house. She (THE MANGER) never made her way to our table but passed buy on several occasions because as I stated we were at the first table by the hostess booth. I didnt make a gripe about it but I did inform Ora that I thought that was pretty messed up that she didnt come see me. BUT AT THE END OF THE NIGHT I REALIZED THE MANGER WAS THE SAME LADY WHO TOOK MY RESERVATION OVER THE PHONE!!! She doesnt smile much and she shouldnt she answering the phone!!! P.S. As I stated before I really wanted to cancel my reservation but I really wanted my Jumbo Sea Scallops!!!! Sincerely, Chef Damon Morris CDM, CFPP
