Well, I did paperwork for my wife here and everything went just as she told me, and she told me that she works with an immigration lawyer, she never said that she was a lawyer.

Worst place that you can go to. My sister started applying for a tramite for my mom over a year ago & has not gotten not 1 update, or answer. Ive called them more than 10 times with N/A, left 7 EMAILS & WE HAVE NOT GOTTEN AN ANSWER, but she was quick enough to take the payment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SOMEONE WHO IS NOT GOING TO HELP YOU
