The management at this hotel is a joke. I came here with my family with 2 kids and we re here for a day because we re getting the insulation in our house mended and had to leave the house because the process is toxic. This is the closest thing I ve had to a vacation in years and I was looking forward to spending time together with my family at the pool for one night. There are these two other girls at the pool smoking hookah which is made of glass. I call management to see if they ll do anything about it since I want to go down there with my babies so they can have some fun. They tell me they warned them. I still see them there for the next 15 minutes. I call again. They reply alright just give us one moment. Then I eventually go down there and those ladies are down there smoking weed stinking up the place. They re doing illegal activity down there, have glass by the pool and after I m informed that the manager is going to kick them out of the pool, I m already back in my room and looking out i see, surprise, they re still there. We will not be returning back to this hotel and I don t think much of the name Hilton anymore. So my kids are stuck and cranky in the room because I don t want them inhaling secondhand marijuana or being hurt by glass which the management here won t do anything about. There is an exception? The lady who works at the front who takes your order for food and there is also an older lady who vacuums are both really sweet and angels. Can t say the same for management.

I slept very well in the comfortable bed and the shower was amazing, but updates are needed as the furniture was scratched and the bathroom looked outdated. Be sure to check your credit card statements for any extra charges as I was charged $28.15, for the breakfast that was supposed to be free through my reservation that I booked through Travelocity Rooms: I slept well in the comfy bed, but looking around the room I was disappointed at the scratched furniture and the old bathroom style and fixtures. It looks like there is a need for updating. Food and drinks: My biggest complaint here is that I booked through Travelocity and my stay came with a free breakfast. I explained this to the desk clerk who said that she did not see this in my reservation. So when I went to pull it up in my email, she said, Don t worry about it, I see it now. I just overlooked it. She then gave me a voucher or yellow card to present in the restaurant. I did just that. My sister and I had a wonderful breakfast but I was told I had to sign for it. At that point I felt like I was going to be charged for the breakfast. Lo and behold when I got my credit card statement in July, I had been charged $28.15, for the breakfast for the two of us. When I called the hotel back they said they had mistakenly charged me and would credit it back to my card. My question is, how many times has this been done to people who may have failed to check their statements. I don t think it was done by accident, but something they probably do quite regularly. The breakfast is already way too expensive.

We were in Houston to help with repairs from the storm of 5/17/24. After working 16 hours for the second day, and only getting three hours of sleep the night before, we were ready for a shower and some sleep. Alyssa checked us in and we went to our room. However, through a mistake on the booking of the room, there was only one bed. I returned to the front desk and was told there were no other rooms available and there were also no rollaway beds. She asked me to give her a couple of minutes and she would try to work something out. After a few more minutes, she was able to find a solution and we were on our way to a hot shower and a good nights sleep. The rooms are clean, they smell good and Alyssa was kind, courteous and efficient. I really am thankful for her, and her problem solving skills. Thank you!

Well I was very surprised with the serviceand the room. We checked in the ad said $95 we paid over $160. We got to our room. No television. We had to change rooms ,they didnt offer to help drag all our luggage no help at all. The reason we are here is Im 65 years old and having total hip replacement in the morning. Walking very slowly with a cane. So we go have dinner and we get back ,they give us keys to new room. Wouldnt you know it key wouldnt work,our old room still had items in it the front desk said our old room key would still work so ok no problem. Yes problem old key didnt work as well. Oops go in new room ready to shower and relax. Nope all necked in the shower after giving it a couple minutes to warm up. Oh hell no. Cold shower. The maintenance man came and he explained some cartridges probably need changing and it takes a long time as if I care just do it and start now if it takes a long time. Well the nice young lady and she was trying to make the best of a bad situation told me she would give a 20 percent discount. Oh boy $26 Dollars. A cold shower is not my idea of a good evening. I wouldnt take a cold shower for Paris Hilton for $26 bucks Rooms: No hot water and television broken. That about all. Safety: Well lighted

Wish we could have stayed the night after a very lovely event at this location. Everything was clean except the parking lot. Very spacious facilities and lovely decor. Staff was friendly and hospitable. The servers were also very quick, there was no dragging throughout the event and they made sure that if we lacked anything they accommodated us with smiles. Will be back. Food and drinks: Food was delicious Noteworthy details: They even provide womens toiletries for free which may come in handy in an emergency. Very thoughtful.

Had a welcoming stay. Check-in was quick and easy only because we were able to complete online. Others whod arrived at the time werent as fortunate as there were system issues that had arose. Also, the room wed chose on the 1st floor (3:00 check-in) wasnt ready. We eneded up being put on the 5th floor as we didnt want to wait for another 30 mins for the other room. Rooms were nice, bed great, but bathroom not so much. The bathroom (room 507) could use somewhat of a face-lift. Seemed worn especially in and around the shower. I wore shower shoes just in case. Also, we had the complimentary breakfast the next morning (7 to 11am on weekends). It was great! You can either choose from the buffet style foods, or easily order breakfast from a menu. Overall I wouldnt mind staying at this location again. Thank you HILTON.

Had a one night stay at this hotel and whilst the amenities and hotel looks nice in general, Im very displeased with the service received. I paid for a room with 2 adults including breakfast and upon checkout, I received a bill from Hilton for the breakfast I already paid upfront for and I got charged twice for the breakfast! I have been calling the Hilton everyday to process a refund and so far no one I speak to seems to have the authority to resolve the issue. Ill now be forced to open up a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back since Hilton cant sort themselves out. My advice is if youre considering staying here, make sure you see your final bill upon departure and check that no additional charges have been added on.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The lobby is well decorated. The rooms aren t as clean as they could be but the AC runs well. My toilet didn t have a lid on the back and it was late so I didn t care to swap rooms but it s kinda crazy that this happened as a whole. How do you miss that detail? Breakfast is expensive for what they offer imo. This worked for a quick sporadic night but I wouldn t come here again.

Hilton brand is going down in some areas they need to start caring more about there properties more then profit. Without customers there will be no more profit. They are not cleaning the rooms through out anymore. Carpet needs to be cleaned, bedding strip all the way down. It smells bad. We brought candles and air fresher. Had not for being that we were down house hunting and celebrating a birthday. We would have passed on this location. And Im no one do anything about this matter. They brush it off as usual. Or send a reply on how sorry they are after they have charged your credit card. Its really getting bad out here with these companies wanting you to cover the cost for poor service. The bed was awful and loud. I requested another room but the same issue and the walls were covered in foot prints. Like someone was resting they feet on the wall with no shoes. Overall, I would not stay again. Although the staff was courteous my stay was unacceptable. The entire hallway smelled of mold! Upon entering my room the carpet seemed to be wet so I changed the ac from 78 to 70 in the hopes that it would smell better and it did not. Not only was the room smell but I did not feel safe. The security bolt on the door was 90% off the hinges. Lastly, the pantry was poorly stocked. One of the items was gram crackers that were clearly just removed from the box and there were no prices posted. I will never return and will be vocal to friends and family about my stay.

We were visiting from Dallas and this was the first time my husband and I stayed here. And we will stay here again when we return in May. Everything was very very clean. The only thing that I would say to housekeeping is to check the closets thoroughly when cleaning. As my husband was hanging our clothes in the closet he discovered an empty douche bottle on the top shelf. Other than that everything was nice and clean. Thanks for the stay.

First issue upon arrival I had to argue with the front desk to get the room I booked and paid for 3 weeks in advavce (single king bed) as they gave it away to someone else citing my use of priceline. Eventually they gave me the room I paid for. Location was convenient and staff was nice. But the hotel itself is drastically outdated. The beds are hard and thin, there is no ventilation in the bathrooms, you hear water flowing through the walls all night, the TV is as basic as it comes with no cable or even Netflix etc. Definitely not deserving of a 3 star rating.

Not a great place by choice, but a decent place to stay. Front desk service is probably the worst I have ever seen, seems they are committed to ruin your stay since the beginning, long faces, bad attitude, not good at all. Rooms as ok, internet service is very bad with low signal and constant drops. It is clean enough but there is no housekeeping unless you request it. Location is bad, but at least the hotel at a bar/restaurant with no great variety.

They gave away my non smoking room without even calling me and when I asked why their only response was i went through a 3rd party which is not an excuse! Even then they didnt disclose they r putting me in a smoking room wasting our time to room with all our bags then go back to only find out what they did was wrong. I should get compensated for a relocation, however, I was so tired and took over 8 calls to at least get it canceled and to move on with my life and deal with no dinner as everyone got closed by the time I came out of this mess!!

I love this location for my little hideout. Staff is WONDERFUL. The rooms are a bit outdated though. Breakfast, especially the breakfast staff, are amazing! The girl who serves behind the bar at night is a little... awkward. My guest and I had to take our drinks to our room because she wouldnt stop staring at us. Nothing is really wrong with her other than she might just not have good people skills. Dinner one night was disgusting. I ordered the pasta primavera alfredo. Whomever cooked that needs to take lessons from the chef at Hilton Garden Inn/Home2 Suites Medical Center. Overall, nice place.

The number one complaint is cleanliness. I had noticed how dirty the walls were but decided it must be an old building. But, in the morning I went to make coffee and the machine still had a pod from the last customer and trash from them making coffee! Rooms

This is my second time attending an event in the conference room and both times I have been very highly surprised and thrilled with the quality of the food. Great service from our servers. I will definitely look into hosting events in the conference room. In case you dont find parking in the front, there is a large and spacious parking lot behind the main hotel building. Im glad this facility exists in a very convenient spot right off 288 in Pearland.

I reserved this room on my HH app with my HH account. I had a confirmation. Upon check in, I was not able to use the hotel Wi-Fi. You have to put in your last name and room number. I called the front desk and she simply told me try using the HH Meeting Wi-Fi. We did and it was awful. It kept dropping. The next morning I went to the front desk. The agent was not very welcoming and said it was me or my phone because the Wi-Fi is working. After asking my room #, she realized the name on my room got changed to Stills. Like what? That s not my last name. I asked if it could be fixed, I wanted to make sure I get my HH points for future stays. She assured I would. I checked out the next, 2 nights total. Not able to find my stay on the app. I received 2 email receipts and I have one charge and 2 more pending charges. I called the hotel and was told those pending should not post. That s it. I do not recommend this hotel due to customer service. Coffee machine in room was broken. Yes, I informed them. No changes. What happened to customer service ? Update: after many calls and investigations by the hotel, it was found when the agent checked me in, somehow changed my reservation. And the alleged duplicate charge was not. She made 2 separate transactions on my card. 2 reservations, instead of one. They credited my tab from the bar. I appreciate that. I was so confused seeing 2 separate charges on my card when I had one stay. It was a big mess. I m grateful for the calls to assist in finding the charges and explanation.
