**Beautiful Place!!** Convenient to shopping and restaurants. SUPER HEB is within a mile or 2 of it, you can purchase fuel there too. Lobby is on 2nd floor Lobby is state of the art, beautiful. Super clean rooms, bedding, etc. I wish they had put more bath towels, but cant complain, cause I did not ask for more....I am pretty sure they would have brought me some. Breakfast is $10, and well worth it.

Cannot recommend and will not be back. 1st room they had us in smelled like mildew. They were able to replace our room in a nice way. Walls of rooms are paper thin so your neighbors define your sleep experience. Outdated decor, outdated terrible AC unit, and gross slight damp carpet in room. Terrible coffee in room. Not enough towels/cups etc in room even though they knew there were more than 2 of us. Fries and dip duo from bistro was a small cup of fries with a side of ranch and a cup of ketchup packets. Staff we dealt with was nice. Location is fine if you like chain restaurants and mall-like surroundings.

The location of this hotel cant be beat! There are restaurants and lots of shopping within walking distance. Great for adults and kids, not loud at night as we were there on a Friday night. I just have a few complaints. I am a Marriott member and I was not offered water when I checked in which I am used to receiving at any other Marriott chain Ive been too. The air in our room worked great, but it didnt get to the whole room. We had our air on 65 and you could only feel it if you were right next to the vent. Our room smelled like mildew and wet when we walked in, and one of our pillows literally smelled like dog poop like someone nasty slept on it and it had not been washed. I feel like these are just one offs otherwise everything else about the hotel and area are spot on. We live in Houston area, but I would definitely stay here again.

I want to start off by saying the manager, Kirk definitely did not keep his word. The room we had did not have Internet, which I needed to work and was guaranteed would work. It got to the point where I was questioned for my incompetence and I ve been IT professional for over 10 years. I was very patient trying to be relocated to another room, but never got the opportunity to have that happen. The room had a very bad odor and I was told there was nothing that could be done about any of the discomfort that we were dealing with I was being patient due to the circumstances, but continually be being relegated to unfair treatment. Marriott, if this is how you treat customers then I would definitely look for other hotel chains to spend money with. This was the most unacceptable experience I ve had in a very long time.

Good luck on getting hot water when you want to take a shower. Took almost 10 minutes to get lukewarm water. Also there are no controls on the AC unit. Only a the thermostat. AC comes on full blast until it reaches temperature then cuts off. Very noisy at night when trying to sleep. Maintenance man came and just shrugged his shoulders. Nothing he could do.

We were there for the weekend and the only good thing I can say is that it is in a good location. Their head housekeeper, Edwardo, told me they did not have a lost and found available, a bald faced lie and the overweight manager was confrontational and attempted to engage in a screaming match, but I walked away. The floors were super Nasty and the carpet is old, threadbare and very dirty. Go to a Hilton, run! Rooms: Don t walk around barefoot because the carpet is filthy. Seriously

Love the location of this Marriott. It s close to major roads. Plus point it s in Pearland Town center, so for foodies you have plenty of choices of restaurants at walkable distance. Plus shopping centers like Macy s, Victoria secret and many more. Has a huge parking lot. As for the service and rooms, they are good as per Marriott standards. Nearby activities: Plenty of activities as it s in Pearland Town center Food and drinks: Walkable to many restaurants. Choices from La Medellin to sea food. It s great.

Ive stayed in lots of courtyard/Marriotts and have seen better. This is a good location but the rooms were mediocre, there are no mirrors in the entire room except in the bathroom which I find ridiculous. The sofa bed also was flimsy and the blankets were paper thin. It was clean and quiet and cheap and held us over for our trip. Also the wifi never connected or worked on my phone.

Great location, right in the very nice shopping area with many recommended restaurants. In itself a very nice and clean hotel with nice staff. The only drawback is the room walls, as thin as paper, I didnt sleep at all for 2 of my 3 nights because the neighbors were sooooooooo loud and inconsiderate all night long. When renovating, maybe think about soundproofing!!!!! Would still check in here again. Rooms: Very thin walls, you can hear everything from watching TV to snoring to your neighbors phone calls. Very comfortable couch, soft bed. The bathroom is a bit old but clean. There is also a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Nearby activities: Great shopping opportunities, lots of great restaurants and NASA is not far for a great trip. Behind the hotel there is a small lake with a park suitable for jogging. Walkability: Located right on the pedestrian mall in downtown Pearland

Hotel is attached to a mall. Rooms were clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the sofa bed had an extremely thin mattress and substandard blankets. The bed sagged significantly in the middle and felt like sleeping directly on the springs. It was left to the guest to make up the sofa bed and go back to the reception to fetch pillows.

We were in town visiting family and needed a place to stay nearby. Bella at the front desk was amazing and helped us book a room with ease when we arrived in town. We liked that the hotel room floors were by key card access only. The location is fantastic and there was a lot within walking distance. If we ever came back for a longer stay wed definitely stay here again. The AC units are pretty loud but once we realized we had to use the thermostat by the door and not the buttons on the unit we were able to adjust the room temp to keep it from running all the time.

The one in Lake Jackson is nice but there is something about Pearland that I just can not explain. Big, quiet + roomy rooms with big lux beds! We had an amazing view on 5th floor. Fridge + coffee-maker + blow-dryer, of course. Great shopping just 10 steps from front door with Macys + tons of other quality stores, cafes, etc. Starbucks in lobby is just for mornings, unfortunately, and breakfast is not free but IS AVAILABLE there--ask front desk for times. Great little snack spot + lounge area in lobby so grab a microbrew + watch so sports on the screens. Too cold for the pool when we stayed. Easy parking in huge lot. Very secure building that requires a valid key card to get to your floor, which is nice. Loved our effortless + well-rested time here. And the room coffee is good!!

This hotel s best feature was the beds. They were quite comfy! However, the hotel eggs weren t edible. It took a lot of creativity to get the curtains to close well enough that light wasn t streaming into our room at the break of dawn. The light from the hall was quite bright shining into our room at night and we could hear people talking in the next room very clearly late at night on the first night. It was very convenient to be surrounded by a shopping center and restaurants so that was also nice. But overall, this is a very average place for what you re paying (and considering the breakfast food-you have to buy for a pretty Penny-isn t even edible). The places we ve stayed that serve complimentary breakfast have had better food. And the curtains were awful.

The only downfall to hotel was theres no complementary breakfast and the towels felt crunchy not soft. Theres no USB charging ports in rooms. The keyless entry doesnt work. So we booked here last minute when we were having work done at our home. It was close by and reasonably priced. Basic amenities- what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. My complaint is in the housekeeping. We stayed for three nights and not once did the cleaning staff properly clean our room. Sinks and counters weren t wiped, floors not swept/vacuumed, shower not cleaned, etc., and supplies were not restocked. Do not stay here if basic cleanliness is your expectation.

I was given a handicapped room although I did not request one. After entering the room, it had a mildew smell. I found someone s big toenail between the sheets and two blood stains on the curtains. Thankfully, Brian was able to move me into another room. HOWEVER, although that room seemed a little cleaner than the previous one, there was still someone else s hair in the shower and on the floors. The hallway on the 5th floor also smells like urine. The area is decent, this hotel is not. I will not be staying here again.

When I request service like feather pillows via the Marriott App, they are never provided...even when I call to front desk, som times I still dont receive them. Seems to have gone downhill. I absolutely love this place. Every individual that worked here was extremely nice and accommodating. They even we kind enough to extend check out because Belong didnt have availability until 3pm! Good location for staying south of Houston. Nice Towne Center all around, walkable to restaurants and shops. The staff is very nice and professional. Rooms are large, decently appointed. Wish they would put a dressing mirror outside the bathroom, so two people can get ready at once. Be careful! The tub is dangerously slippery, and the showerhead does not spray very hard. Takes forever to shower...We typically choose this brand for business travel, but this time it was a family trip.

Conveniently located at Main and 288. Staff was very friendly and helpful. -1 star for property condition. Most folks expect higher standards from Marriott. Can also attest to the lack of soundproofing in walls. Woke up at 2am to the neighbors engaging in extracurricular activity.

Nice hotel in convenient location with a pretty big flaw. The walls are not at all sound proof. Its 2 am and Im listening to a baby cry on one side of me and a man snore on the other side. Not what I would expect at a Courtyard.

My experience was quite displeasing. When I first arrived, my room was not only unprepared but also unregistered. I was told that they (Marriot) were booked up and that I couldnt receive my room until the next day because I wasnt in the system. When I tried to call someone to come fix my issue the person who picked up was quite rude. He was supposedly the manager of the establishment and because of that j trusted him to tell my problems hoping that he could do something. Instead he didnt look at my point of view in the situation at all as well as tried to charge me 1000 dollars for just two days at the hotel. When I tried to express my disappointment with the whole situation, he hung up on me not even bothering to call back. However, unlike that man in the phone, the lady at the reception desk in the hotel was very helpful. She seen my situation and address it accordingly. She was a great help. I believe her name was Yolanda so please send her my greatest regards. Thank you.

Rang the buzzer at the main door to be let in. I rang the buzzer three times and no one responded. By the fourth attempt I was told use the front door it is open. Well, the employee was incredibly rude. I could swear she was screaming through the microphone, also I was at the front door. It was NOT open!!! Then, I say that it s not open and the lady had the audacity to YELL AT ME AGAIN. For sure never staying there ever!!!! How disrespectful, I worked in hospitality and would never do that to a customer. Side note: People were in the pool at 11pm smoking marijuana. Yep, definitely not trying to get a room there ever again!!!!

Skip this hotel. We are longtime Marriott members, and this stay was our worst Marriott experience. Stayed four days and three nights and never once saw any staff cleaning anything...during a pandemic! Found live bugs in our room. Some front desk staff were nice and helpful, but others not; totally confusing as some staff got us coffee from the Starbucks machine, but others said no and insisted that it was not open. Never even saw any staff unless I went looking for them, seemingly hiding somewhere behind front desk area. No security at all: elevator in shopping center travels to all hotel floors, with no hotel key card access required. Very disappointed in this hotel from Marriott; definitely felt like an overpriced cheap motel.
